It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. I stayed in Dalian for three nights and chose Qing Song Ya Ju, which is right by Xinghai Square. It's only a few dozen meters from the sea, and Xinghai Square is a 10-minute walk away. The location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I stayed in the Yuzhou room, and the view from the window overlooked the main section of Xinghai Bridge. When the lights came on, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. If you want a great view of the bridge, this is the room to pick. The hotel has been open for two years, and I was surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. As a picky Virgo, I can confirm the cleanliness was top-notch; my fellow clean-freak friends can book with confidence! 🥳 Finally, I have to mention the concierge. He was super thoughtful; seeing that we were hot and tired after exploring all evening, he even brought us ice-cold beers 🍻 – so nice!

I booked this hotel for my family, and they were truly touched by the attentive service throughout their stay. Everyone was very satisfied. The front desk, knowing there were elderly guests in our party, thoughtfully arranged a quiet room on a lower floor for us. Upon entering the room, they also meticulously explained how to use all the facilities. Every day, the cleaning staff would proactively replenish our drinking water and toiletries while tidying the room, providing warm and thorough service. When we went out, the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended local attractions and specialty foods. There were no flashy gestures, just genuine care and considerate service that made us feel incredibly warm, comfortable, and at ease. We'll definitely choose this place for our next trip.

Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's interior environment was decent, with a 'Xianxia' (fantasy martial arts) theme and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available. The room wasn't huge, but for families traveling with children, you could choose a room with a large and small bed. They also provided kids' toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Drying clothes wasn't super convenient, but there's a washer-dryer combo, and the front desk staff (both male and female) are happy to help with laundry. It was a bit warm when sleeping; perhaps a thinner duvet could be provided.

I came to Dalian this time for a football match. I hadn't stayed at this hotel before, but after this visit, it completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is on par with hotels like Orange and Atour, but the price is competitive and the service is just as good, if not better! Secondly, the hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. The front desk staff were patient and well-mannered, even reminding me that the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. Although I didn't drink any, it shows their attention to detail and service awareness! My comment about it exceeding expectations isn't just talk; usually, you get what you pay for, but this place offers a service experience that goes beyond its price point.

There's also a quiet 'Bamboo Dwelling' book bar, perfect for resting after a tiring journey. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. With blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing, even light sleepers can enjoy a full night's rest. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation, and all the small amenities were thoughtfully provided – full of attention to detail. The service was natural and not overbearing; requests were promptly attended to. The robot delivery for takeaways was super convenient, and the self-service laundry and dryer were a lifesaver for business travelers. Great value for money, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend for both leisure and business trips!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The rooms are relatively new, clean, and tidy. I've always loved Atour's deep sleep pillows; getting a good night's rest is so important when traveling. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they helped me extend my check-out to 2 PM and even gave me a souvenir. I'll definitely choose this Atour again next time I visit Dalian.

The price is good and the location is decent. There's always security to help with parking. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. Even though it's a newly renovated hotel in 2024, the shower is still over a wide and high bathtub. It's really easy to slip and fall when stepping out after a shower because the floor gets wet. There's an outlet next to the toilet, but it's an old-style toilet with low flushing power. The funniest thing is that the air conditioning was under maintenance during the May Day holiday? So we could only open the windows for ventilation. Dalian's weather has been so unpredictable lately, hot one minute and cold the next, so not being able to control the room temperature was really uncomfortable. Plus, it was noisy with the windows open. This is really unreasonable; they totally could have checked and fixed it beforehand.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which is great for catching flights. They offer a shuttle service; just contact the front desk in advance and they'll drop you off. If you prefer to walk, it's only about a ten-minute stroll.
