Traveling with my little one during the Dragon Boat Festival, we even got to try the zongzi at the hotel – everyone was so warm and welcoming! ❤️ Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness really impressed me; the owners are clearly very attentive. My top priority was a room with a balcony for my child to play on, and good hygiene was also a must. Both were perfectly met! We had a very comfortable and satisfying stay, and I'd happily come back again! The rooftop on the sixth floor is beautiful, with a lovely flower garden in full bloom and stunning panoramic views of the cross-sea bridge.

Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable. A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests. And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

The front desk, knowing there were elderly guests in our party, thoughtfully arranged a quiet room on a lower floor for us. Upon entering the room, they also meticulously explained how to use all the facilities. Every day, the cleaning staff would proactively replenish our drinking water and toiletries while tidying the room, providing warm and thorough service. When we went out, the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended local attractions and specialty foods. There were no flashy gestures, just genuine care and considerate service that made us feel incredibly warm, comfortable, and at ease. We'll definitely choose this place for our next trip.

This isn't your typical run-of-the-mill service; it's truly thoughtful and personalized. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. I came to Dalian yesterday and discovered a uniquely themed hotel. It's decorated in an ancient Chinese style, inspired by the drama 'Eternal Love' (San Sheng San Shi), and the environment and hygiene are excellent. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. It's also super convenient for going out to eat or sightsee. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip, and I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The environment was fantastic, with a wonderful atmosphere and a rooftop terrace. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and spacious – the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bottled water provided in the room was even from Bama Platinum Spring, a truly exceptional quality. Manager Ningning was incredibly attentive; we booked two rooms, and she specially arranged for us to stay together and even upgraded our room type. The entire experience was excellent and a very comfortable trip. Everyone should stay here! I highly recommend it to everyone. It was because of this wonderful stay that we came back to stay here again.

I came to Dalian this time for a football match. I hadn't stayed at this hotel before, but after this visit, it completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is on par with hotels like Orange and Atour, but the price is competitive and the service is just as good, if not better! Secondly, the hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. The front desk staff were patient and well-mannered, even reminding me that the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. Although I didn't drink any, it shows their attention to detail and service awareness! My comment about it exceeding expectations isn't just talk; usually, you get what you pay for, but this place offers a service experience that goes beyond its price point.

The room is very spacious, and the facilities are brand new. The air conditioning and lighting control panels are quite sophisticated. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean and comfortable. This hotel is relatively new, and the room facilities, flooring, and sink materials are all excellent. Even the hairdryer is a Laifen. From now on, Atour will be my go-to choice for travel. It's much better than some five-star hotels in terms of facilities. Atour's service is genuinely excellent now! Whether for business or family trips, it's always my top pick. This time I brought my elderly parents and children, and they even provided kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste! The bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows, which come in two types to meet different needs. The towels are also sealed and feel amazing. The cleanliness is particularly reassuring!

Now that my trip is over, I still want to review my stay. I chose this hotel because it was already in my favorites when I decided to visit Dalian. I picked it primarily for the scenic views, and indeed, the hotel's location and the room's view were quite good, and the staff service was okay. However, there were a few aspects that were rather mediocre. Firstly, the mattress and pillows. After a five-hour drive, I didn't get that comfortable, refreshing feeling when I lay down. The mattress even felt like it had a springy texture. For someone like us, who just wanted to relax at the hotel and explore a bit, this significantly impacted our travel experience. We stayed for four consecutive days, and every day felt like an endurance test; I even considered switching hotels for the last two days. Secondly, the shower. The overhead shower didn't work, so my 6'3” partner had to use the handheld showerhead, which was quite low, even for me. More importantly, the water temperature was unstable; for all four days, it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Since showering isn't exactly the time to call for assistance, I just had to bear with it, dodging the water when it got too hot or too cold. Thirdly, breakfast and meals. Given the hotel's somewhat secluded location, I suggest they improve their dining options. On our first day, we had planned to enjoy a nice dinner, but there really weren't many choices. Also, for a resort hotel, breakfast ending at 9 AM is far too early. Even budget hotels like Hanting and Atour now serve until 10:30 or 11 AM. There were also some minor issues, like running out of complimentary water in the room. When we asked for more, the water provided wasn't the same brand as the original. Honestly, how much cost can they save by doing that? But it certainly detracts from the guest experience. I had initially hoped to make this hotel my go-to choice for future Dalian vacations, especially since it has its own small beach. I hope the owner collects guest feedback and focuses on optimizing the actual experience, especially considering the price point. This stay was definitely not as comfortable as the two days we spent in Shanhaiguan.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which is great for catching flights. They offer a shuttle service; just contact the front desk in advance and they'll drop you off. If you prefer to walk, it's only about a ten-minute stroll.
