The room was extremely clean, the room had a very pleasant smell, and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. The bathtub was extremely spacious, and the water was contentiously hot. The shower was beautiful and the toilet was very high tech. The middle easten theme of the hotel was very nice. The ONLY problem with the room was that it didn't have any hooks to hang towels/robes.

During my trip to Dalian, I chose the Atour Hotel Dalian Municipal Government Dongguan Street. The experience was simply amazing! The hotel's location is exceptional, right near the Dalian Municipal Government's Guandong Street. Transportation is very convenient, with easy access to both the subway and bus stops. There are also numerous dining and shopping options nearby, making both dining and shopping very convenient. I was also very pleased with the hotel's ambiance. The lobby is clean and bright, with a simple yet elegant décor, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The room was even more immaculate, with clean, soft bedding, making it incredibly comfortable and making me feel at home even during my trip. The room was fully equipped with amenities, including the air conditioning, TV, and shower, all of which worked perfectly. The shower's water temperature and pressure were especially perfect, making for a very pleasant shower. The hotel's service was impeccable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They also patiently explained the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. During our stay, the staff responded promptly and helped us with any needs we had. For example, we needed a disposable razor, and someone quickly delivered it to our room, which made us feel very cared for.

It is surprizingly modern and well prepared. It is quite reasonable, and very close to the subway station and a histocial park. If we need to visit Dalian again, we will stay definitly at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quaint with a very comfortable bed. Front desk were very accommodating, spoke some English to my benefit and helped us with everything. Housekeeping was considerate and cleaned room daily. Had breakfast daily and they offered a nice variety of food. It was enough to satisfy for the morning. We even left for a short trip to Shanghai and returned to the same hotel for a few more days. Staff held our excess luggage until we returned which was awesome. Some nice authentic restaurants nearby made it all a great experience. Thank you.

Overall experience was good. Hotel staff couldn’t speak English but we got around okay. Hotel room is pretty and nicely designed with thoughtful details. Private beach isn’t as private since it’s not restricted to hotel guests as it claimed. Lots of people coming into the beach area to take photos and social media.

Stayed in this hotel and was satisfied. Located conveniently - 10 minutes on foot from metro, good for business trips and tourism. Thanks to staff member F13 for professionalism and free breakfast. Room was clean, functional, and nice. Internet was stable and fast, important for work. Adapter for Euro socket was very helpful. Will stay here again for sure
