Hhow IvinA huge thank you to the bespectacled young man at the front desk! Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome.
Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived.
What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable.
A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests.
And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent.
Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

GGuest UserLet me start by saying this: it's my first business trip to Dalian, and this is the second hotel I've stayed at – both have been excellent! How can the service be so good? I'm in love with Dalian!
The location is superb, very close to Xinghai Square, and right by the seaside as soon as you step out.
During my stay, I added the butler's WeChat, so I could conveniently message them for anything I needed. When I arrived, the front desk staff helped me with my luggage to my room, and I even received a welcome afternoon tea.
There aren't many rooms on each floor, so it's very quiet, and the room itself is comfortable! The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, I slept so well. The curtains are automated with a button, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bath towels are thick. I usually bring my own toiletries when I travel, but I actually used the shampoo here and it was fantastic – left my hair fragrant and smooth. Very satisfied!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for my family, and they were truly touched by the attentive service throughout their stay. Everyone was very satisfied. The front desk, knowing there were elderly guests in our party, thoughtfully arranged a quiet room on a lower floor for us. Upon entering the room, they also meticulously explained how to use all the facilities. Every day, the cleaning staff would proactively replenish our drinking water and toiletries while tidying the room, providing warm and thorough service. When we went out, the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended local attractions and specialty foods. There were no flashy gestures, just genuine care and considerate service that made us feel incredibly warm, comfortable, and at ease. We'll definitely choose this place for our next trip.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I only stayed one night on my trip to Dalian, but it was truly amazing. The location is absolutely perfect, right inside Xinghai Square; you just walk downstairs and you're there. The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hygiene was impeccable, and the bed was so comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Hygiene: We stayed for four days, and the room was cleaned punctually every day – very satisfying.
Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, and it's close to the subway station, making it easy to get around.
Service: They provided umbrellas on rainy days and replenished drinks and mineral water daily, which was a really nice touch!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms.
The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality.
What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The environment is very clean with a chic, boutique-style vibe. The service attitude is excellent; the butler was very responsive and attentive. The auntie at breakfast was also lovely, proactively telling me about other delicious options. The hotel's decor is very unique. I'll definitely come again; the sea water is exceptionally blue.

BBoboyouliI booked a standard room, and since I was traveling with a child, I pushed the two beds together. When I moved them, a lot of rubbish was revealed underneath, indicating that the daily cleaning isn't thorough. However, this seems to be a common issue in most hotels, so I can accept it. The hotel appears to be an older property that's been recently renovated. While the overall facilities aren't brand new, the room design is very practical and suitable for family trips. Of course, the hotel's location is excellent, being very close and convenient to all the attractions. It's worth noting that all the popular internet-famous restaurants I wanted to visit were nearby. Parking was also convenient, which made for a very satisfying trip.
