The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. Our room was spotless and tidy, with a bathtub liner and toilet seat cover provided. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room promptly every day and thoughtfully restocked all toiletries and consumables, showing great attention to detail.
The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's overall environment was elegant and beautiful, with scenic views everywhere you looked, perfect for photos. On a sunny day, the sea-view room offered fantastic photo opportunities, and the rooftop terrace was an excellent spot for sightseeing and pictures. Even the lobby and restaurant decor were exquisitely tasteful. Friends who love photography will absolutely adore this place.
What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were thoughtful and thorough; they not only proactively reminded us about afternoon tea times, helped with our luggage, and kindly informed us about the weather, but also suggested we use the shawls and blankets in the lobby to ward off the cool breeze. They also enthusiastically recommended local restaurants that served authentic and delicious food at great value. The most touching moment was when we accidentally left an item behind after checking out. The hotel actually contacted us and arranged to mail it back, demonstrating incredible meticulousness and sincerity.
Overall, our experience was perfect. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all faultless. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to.

QQuinnomI had the most wonderful stay here. Firstly, the homestay itself is so clean and pretty. My room was exactly as it was in the pictures. I had a bathtub by the window with a seaview and a large room all to myself. The warm lighting made the ambience even more spectacular. I absolutely loved the New Chinese Style Interior Design. It is one of my favourite interiors, and it was such a dream to stay here. The complimentary Chinese tea set was refreshing. The staff here is excellent, too! I was attended by Mr. Sun, who spoke good English (which was very helpful for me as I am a foreigner with limited Mandarin). Upon my request, Mr. Sun provided me with a vegetarian breakfast and even brought it to my ropm to enjoy. It was a very substantial breakfast: millet porridge, warm milk, steamed sweet potato, corn on the cob, Broccoli, carrots, pumpkin, and a vegetable bao with fruits.
There is also a complimentary bracelet-making station for homestay guests. Mr. Sun also provided me with free-flow drinking water as the weather was lovely and sunny.
Location-wise, you can walk to the nearby theme park by crossing the pedestrian bridge and there are plenty of (high-end seafood restaurants) but there is also a supermarket and restaurant next door that was within my budget. The view of the bridge from my room at night was absolutely beautiful with the lights. Overall, I would really encourage anyone visiting Dalian to stay here! 😍😍 Thank you so much, Qingsong Yaju!

丽丽达丽达This stay was fantastic! The location is superb, very close to the subway, attractions, and shopping areas, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk lady, Hui, was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I had an issue with my parcel delivery, and since I wasn't familiar with Chinese logistics information, she went above and beyond to help me contact the courier, the merchant's customer service, and the logistics customer service. I'm so grateful to her because I finally got my parcel! She was very responsive to all my questions. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to friends!

LLululemengWe had a very pleasant stay overall. All of the staff members were warm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was efficient and cleaned the room promptly every day, which made the experience even more comfortable.
The location is also very convenient — easy to get around and very easy to call a taxi at any time. We also appreciated the laundry and dryer facilities, which were practical and convenient for travelers staying multiple days.
The only small downside was that there is only one elevator, so the waiting time could sometimes be quite long during busy hours. Other than that, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and instantly impressive the moment we walked in, with the blue color scheme being a big hit with the kids. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. What really stood out was the service, especially the front desk staff, employee number 229. She was so understanding, gentle, and enthusiastic—absolutely fantastic! I regret not taking any photos of the hotel. There are many Japanese restaurants downstairs, so if you love Japanese food, you can definitely come here with confidence. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay!

GGuest UserDalian Four Seasons Whale Song Guesthouse is the warmest family-friendly accommodation our family has ever stayed in. Environmentally, it's nestled in a quiet bay, and from our window, we could see the clear blue sea and sky. Every corner of the interior was clean and elegant. The service was impeccable, from proactively communicating our needs to thoughtfully preparing children's amenities – every detail was meticulously handled. The biggest surprise was how perfect it is for kids: our children had so much fun they didn't want to leave, and the adults were completely relaxed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was very comfortable. Dalian is lovely and cool this time of year, and we could open the windows in the living area directly, keeping the room cool without needing AC. While the overall facilities in the room are a bit dated, you can tell it was once a four-star standard, and it was clean with no strange smells. It was also quite soundproof. The bathroom deserves a special mention for being very spacious – much better than many other hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and taxis can get you anywhere quickly. The elevators are fast. My only wish is for a wider variety at breakfast.
