The room was decorated with cement and there were many ants. The bathroom flow was small and there was no hot water. I tried 5 rooms of the same type but all had no hot water in the shower. I had no choice but to check out in the end. It is not recommended for Chinese people.

The hotel is nice but the location is terribles. The rooms were not clean and the small pool in the room was filthy, cigarette butts and string cheese wrappers on the floor and in the tub. It’s across the street from a ***** club and a ******* (not kidding or exaggerating). The ***** club sound system was obnoxiously loud. There are 2 other seedy bars next to the hotel. It felt very unsafe and a bit scary. They also had no secure parking lot. Cheap but not worth it.

Badest experience in Tulum. Bad costumer service. Main attraction - the rooftop pool was not accessible, no information in advance. When we asked for a partial refund the host lied and was very uncooperative. If you have another option: DON‘T BOOK NUÉE. Trust this and the other disappointed reviews. And yes - the music of the men clubs around let the walls shake.
