Fortunately, I chose to stay at Ruixue B&B for two nights this time, seizing the tail end of winter and appreciating the culture and scenery of the Snow Valley. First of all, I could feel the enthusiasm and friendliness of the boss lady from the phone call before check-in. She helped me book the bus ticket from Harbin to Xuegu in advance, and arranged the itinerary for Xuegu the next day and the ticket to Yanji on the check-out day. I am dazzled by reading Xiaohongshu, but I don’t have to worry about joining a ”bad” group and ruining my fun, nor do I have to spend extra time buying tickets myself. I can rest assured and let the B&B owner arrange the itinerary. Secondly, when we arrived on the same day, the young lady and her family were also very warm and hospitable. Not only did they give me a warm welcome, they also served me hot tea, which made me feel as if I was home instead of away from home. I could rest comfortably in the homestay, chat with them about everything under the sun, and learn more stories about life in Snow Valley (or just chat about daily life). Although it was our first meeting, I felt like I was happily getting along with friends I had known for years. The homestay room is warmly decorated and matches the photos. In addition to the warm beds, hot water is provided and there is a Dyson hair dryer. There is really nothing to say about the attentiveness of every detail! You don't have to worry about finding food, as it only takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the main street. You can also choose to order food directly from the B&B. The basil roe deer and sauerkraut shreds I tried this time are not only reasonably priced, but also very delicious and large in portion. It is a good choice without having to go out and get cold! As for the arranged Snow Valley entertainment itinerary, there are three projects in total, including soaking in the open-air hot springs in the snow at night (experience the stimulation of alternating hot and cold), Wusong Ridge (watching the beautiful rime and snow scenery on the top of the mountain, playing in the snow, riding a snowmobile, snow rafting, dragon boat, ice skating, etc.), and Yangcao Mountain (following the route crossed by the brave, taking a horse-drawn sleigh and snowmobile from the Snow Valley to the top of Yangcao Mountain). It can fully meet the expectations of southerners coming to the north for ice and snow, and there is no congestion in the snow town. I really thank the boss lady for her hard work again. From my personal experience of frequent travel, her meticulous and considerate service is definitely five-star. Although the drive from big cities (such as Harbin) to the Snow Valley is not short, the beauty of the Snow Valley in winter and the goodness of the Ruixue B&B are definitely worth experiencing in person, and I will definitely visit again if I have the chance!
