Brand new chain hotel. Fully equipped and excellent service. Very clean and convenient for any traveler. Best value for money. Just one regret - one may smell fumes as there are several small restaurants close by. As the hotel central hallway is directly attached to a previous shopping hall, sometimes one can smell smoking from somewhere within the mall.

My initial stay at the Ibis Hotel in Xiamen was so satisfying that I extended my visit by an additional 3 days. The hotel perfectly met my expectations for comfort and convenience. However, during booking, I accidentally selected a 'double room' instead of my previous 'superior double room,' which would have lacked the essential desk and chair I needed. Thankfully, upgrading my room at the hotel reception was seamless and hassle-free. This experience highlighted the importance of room selection for fellow travelers seeking specific amenities.

Great location within the Zhongshan Walking precinct. Not faraway from Line 1 ZhengHai train station. Food was average but there’s a food court and plenty of eateries downstairs. Room was chic and modern, with large shower. Bed was comfortable. Overall I an happy with my stay.

The first review, you must like one! We live in the 30th floor sea view room overlooking the sea and Xiamen University! The location is excellent downstairs is Shimao Plaza, and there are many bus stops at the door for convenient travel! The room is clean and tidy, and it feels like home! The most important thing is that the boss has a very good attitude. From the beginning of booking the room, the boss told us in advance that the problems can be considered. He is responsive and tries his best to help solve the problems. He highly recommends it. After going back, he will introduce it to colleagues and friends! !

Hotel served hot drinks at the main hall which is very thoughtful as the weather is very cold. Hotel location near to train station - 2 stop to zhong shan walking street. Surrounding have many eatery. negative : Front desk staff which is not friendly and seem unfamiliar with the area. As we are international tourist, don't have local phone number to connect wifi in the room, thus need to get IT guy to help install it. IT guy attitude also very very rude.

We booked Liuyue temporarily, which exceeded our expectations. The transportation is convenient. From Neicuo Ao Port to the island, it is convenient to go to any scenic spot. The service is considerate, the reception is warm, the room is upgraded in the off-season, free breakfast is provided, the breakfast is home-cooked and delicious, and the hotel's own restaurant leaves The taste of the chef's home-cooked food is first-class and the price is reasonable. I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

A comfortable family trip in Xiamen. The staff are really nice and sweet which makes the traditional Hotel out of expectation. The weather is not so favourable in early April, but our trip was carefree for a two nights stay with wonderful location near Zhongshan Park and the famous botanical garden. One thing that I feel pity though is that no swimming pool facility in the Hotel, so we travelled a bit to a nearby indoor pool.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect next to the railway station and metro exit. The room was serviced everyday. The convenience of the location was the reason I picked it and it did not disappoint! Xiamen has a lot to offer too, urban to nature, they go side by side on the islands.
