Hotel also provide a one time free pickup or dropoff service to/from airport or zhangjiajie west railway station, just let the hotel know 1 day in advance and they will arrange for you."

As vegetarian/vegan travelers from India, finding suitable food can sometimes be tricky, but Joy even helped us get proper vegetarian fried rice from a nearby restaurant — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. "Very friendly staff who kindly offered laundry service. Their WeChat account makes communication easy. The park view from the 17th floor is top tier (but you still hear the road). The room and the elevator would benefit from an in-depth cleanup."

"If you're confused or dont know where to dtay, BOOK THIS!! 😍 Rooms: There were 5 of us friends and we had a family room and executive/superior room. Both were clean incuding the other hotel areas. Service: Best part for us was service! 😍 The reception staff especially Guo and May and the hotel owner were all so helpful, responsive and helped us plan our itinerary. Location: Cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a great time! Location was so close to Baofeng lake and the east gate to national park. Half hour to 72 Towers and train station. Amneties: breakfast had limited options for vegetarian but we knew that and it was not a massive deal for us. We used the laundary room which was pretty easy and they have plenty of umbrellas for rainy days. 10/10 would highly recommend"

"This hotel was really amazing. It was easy to get to using didi from the airport (around 15rmb) and to get from there all around town. But most importantly it's a short walking distance from the cable car up Tianmenshan, which allowed us to get there super early and still sleep well on the comfortable beds. The view was really nice, the internet quick and everything was clean and well organized. Even though we got a smoking room (we don't smoke) nothing smelled like cigarettes so they even managed to keep that clean. Would really recommend and come back to."

"We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far."

"1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage"

"Our experience was amazing! The location of the hotel is perfect…just 2 minutes away from the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car and the hotel provided us with absolutely everything we needed. We had an issue with our Didi app, and the staff were all incredibly dedicated to helping us solve it (and we did!). I have to mention that 小倩同志 (Xiaoqian) made our experience even better. We added each other on WeChat, and she constantly checked in with us to offer help and recommend facilities. She even saved a portion of bean soup for us in advance, and after our long trip, she informed us about the free foot bath service. 🥹❤️ I’m so happy we chose this hotel. Great location, amazing staff, extremely clean, good food, and excellent facilities. Thank you! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

"🌏 The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they offered us a free transfer. The driver was a bit late, but the staff handled it with such care — they even gave us a complimentary return transfer to the train station as an apology. That’s what I call genuine hospitality! The reception girls were absolute sweethearts. Kind, patient, they explained everything with the help of a translator, served us hot tea, and even brought fruit as a welcome gift. Honestly, I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of heartfelt care and warmth there. Here, you feel not like a client, but a truly welcome guest. The room was pure harmony — spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Slippers, a hygiene kit, a hairbrush, and even women’s sanitary products were provided — such a rare and considerate touch. The panoramic windows were huge (yes, the view was of a construction site), but the atmosphere inside was so pleasant it didn’t matter at all. And the tea ceremony table was the cherry on top, making the whole stay feel cultural and special. Oh, and the sweetest surprise — our stay happened to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel gifted us a box of mooncakes 🎑🥮.
