This is my first time staying at the Triumph Hotel on a business trip, and the front desk service is very friendly.
In the evening, no matter how late you call the front desk, someone will solve the problem for you. Thank you Miss Zhang for her patient service. I will continue to stay at Kaixuan International Hotel on my next business trip.

一切都還可以，唯一遺憾，也是讓我非常不滿意的就是，去年還有中考住這裏，昨天孩子高中會考繼續選擇你們，訂酒店時候打電話説中午有自助餐。誰知道到酒店沒有，一切計劃打亂。定了外賣，等到了吃過飯，孩子每週一點休息時間！前台磨磨唧唧辦理入住也費了好久時間！下次不會再住了！

不知道為什麼酒店評分這麼高，真的很垃圾
1.第一晚沒睡好，因為地下水道整晚在響，聲音很大，吵得睡不着
2.第二晚，晚上床上像是有跳蚤，渾身癢，又是一晚上沒睡好
3.晚上睡覺時沒注意，因為酒店燈光昏暗，拉上窗簾啥也看不到，第二天退房前檢查行李發現被單上很多血跡，真的超級噁心，沒住過這麼噁心的酒店，現在心裏還很膈應，要因為在這睡了兩晚得了什麼傳染病，絕對要訴訟不留情面，回去要去醫院檢查一下
