The flat is excellent and provides all the comfort for those who want to rest after a long day of sightseeing, cook if they prefer to prepare a meal and have a good night's sleep. The flat is well equipped, even with a washing machine, but there was no soap. :) The bathroom was very clean, spacious, with excellent quality towels. There was no cleaning during the 5 days we were there. I found it strange that the kitchen trash can was almost full when we arrived...I don't know if it was an error or what the reason was. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that pre-check-in communication should be improved. There must be clarity regarding the procedures to be carried out upon arrival to enter the site. We arrived at the building and there was no one to welcome us. The pre check in did not inform anything, just the request for data. We felt lost and our salvation was an "Angel" called Rene who helped us complete the check in via app so we could enter the flat. We noticed that the same problem occurred with new guests on the day we left, so it is common for people to arrive without complete information on what they should do to enter the reserved room. Using the app is sensational, once you learn! The region is well served by public transport, with bus stops in front of and next to the building and on the street behind, as well as a metro station a little further away, but walkable. Region well served by commerce, supermarkets and restaurants. We love it!
