⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou** Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou in the Garden View King Room. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the gardens and koi fish pond. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international choices. The hotel's location is next to Panmen Scenic Area had complimentary access to the attraction. A special shout-out to Jerry at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He was very accommodating and provided truly heartfelt service throughout our stay. Great experience with excellent facilities, service, and location. Would stay here again when visiting Suzhou.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the city view from the room is fantastic. However, it is an older hotel, so the facilities are quite dated. Things like dim lighting and the elevator not showing the current floor are understandable. But the service was really subpar. It was advertised that they have robot service, but all food deliveries had to be picked up from a locker downstairs. What exactly is the robot service used for then? Also, toilet paper wasn't replenished in the bathroom. My booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included, and I had even double-checked it on the platform beforehand. Yet, when I went to the restaurant, I was told my room type didn't include breakfast. I had to call the front desk to confirm, and the result was still no breakfast. So, is this a platform issue or a hotel management problem? Honestly, this was the worst service experience I've had in years.

Staying at Yangzhou Yingbinguan, I felt the full romance of a spring day in Jiangnan ✨. I took my mom on a trip to Yangzhou and was instantly smitten with Yangzhou Yingbinguan! From check-in to check-out, every detail perfectly hit the mark for aesthetics and comfort. Half of the joy of this trip came from this amazing hotel! 🏡 Living in a Jiangnan Garden, every step is a poem. The entire complex is a massive traditional Chinese garden, with pavilions, towers, small bridges over flowing water, and rockeries. In spring, cherry blossoms and crabapples are in full bloom, and black swans gracefully swim on the lake. Even the air is filled with the fragrant scent of plants and trees. We stayed in Building 11, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts: 'Mi San Dao', 'Xiao Mabing', and 'Niupi Tang' from Qilin Pavilion, along with specialty pastries embossed with 'Yangzhou'. The room facilities were also very new. Shuttle carts were available on call throughout the park, making it super convenient to get from our room to Quyuan or other places. It was so thoughtful for traveling with seniors, as they didn't have to walk too much! 📸 Hanfu Styling, bringing the spring vibe to life. The package included a Hanfu photoshoot, located on the first floor of Building 11. There were dozens of Hanfu styles, and the free options were quite good. If you preferred, paid options were an additional 100 RMB. We also added makeup and styling for 100 RMB per person. The makeup artist was excellent; even with many guests waiting, she was very dedicated. The photographer was also great, skilled at guiding poses. My mom's photos turned out gentle and elegant! We received 5 free lightly retouched photos, and additional retouches were only 20 RMB/photo, which was good value for money. 🍜 Quyuan, a Black Pearl Restaurant. Quyuan Teahouse, a Black Pearl 1-diamond restaurant, is conveniently located right within Yingbinguan, meaning you don't have to leave the hotel to experience it! It does get very busy, so it's a good idea to get a number in advance and then explore nearby. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent. 🚶‍♀️ Direct Access to Slender West Lake, no queuing is a blessing! On the second day, to visit Slender West Lake, the hotel has an exclusive fast lane! No need to wait in long queues at the scenic area entrance; you can enter directly from the hotel grounds. This was truly stress-free for traveling with seniors (normal admission tickets are still required). The hotel garden seamlessly connects to Slender West Lake. In spring, Slender West Lake is vibrant with green willows and colorful flowers, with beautiful scenery at every turn. 🎭 Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater, an immersive experience of Yangzhou folk customs. During the holidays, the hotel arranged an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater', which truly amazed us! Yangzhou puppet shows, Yangzhou Qingqu opera, and Yangzhou Pinghua storytelling were performed in rotation. The performers were all professional, and acts like puppet calligraphy and pipa serenades were full of Yangzhou charm. This trip to Yangzhou, Yangzhou Yingbinguan truly gave us so many surprises. From the garden landscape and thoughtful service to the delicious food and intangible cultural heritage experiences, all the beauty of Yangzhou was concentrated here. When traveling with your mom, choosing the right hotel is so important! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will definitely stay here again!

Ten days at Jinling Hotel gave us something more precious than just good service – it gave us friendship. Through this platform, I want to sincerely express our family's gratitude to Jinling Hotel Nanjing. Thank you to every staff member who offered us their warm assistance during our most difficult and helpless moments. We checked into Jinling Hotel on May 12th. On the evening of May 13th, I unfortunately fell and got injured. What followed deeply moved us. That night, Manager Guo, who was on duty at the concierge desk, personally helped me purchase medicine and crutches online and had them delivered to our room. He also proactively communicated with relevant departments to arrange all the necessary details for my orthopedic doctor's appointment the next day. It was past 3 AM by the time everything was settled. That night, though we were far from home, our hearts felt incredibly at peace. Early on the morning of May 14th, Supervisor Zhang, who was on duty in the lobby, specifically arranged for a young staff member, Xiao Guan, to accompany us to the hospital. He repeatedly instructed Xiao Guan on every detail of accompanying a patient: how to ensure our safety, how to assist with the medical procedures... That kind of family-like care instantly warmed our hearts. And Xiao Guan certainly lived up to that trust. He was enthusiastic, meticulous, and vibrant, accompanying us for the consultation, X-rays, queueing for payments, picking up medicine, and arranging taxis for our round trip. He was like our own child, giving us a sense of reliance in a foreign place. Li Hong and Liu Yan from housekeeping also provided meticulous help after my injury. When they learned the doctor required me to lie flat with my feet elevated to heart level, Li Hong immediately brought hard pillows to prop up my feet. Fearing I couldn't go out for fresh air, she promptly opened the small window for ventilation. She also thoughtfully provided hangers and patiently taught us how to use the equipment to dry clothes. To ensure we could recover in peace, they brought a fruit platter every day. Li Hong even specially got a tightening strap from the engineering department to reinforce the underarm pads of my crutches. All these tangible acts of care warmed and deeply touched us. I want to say that it is the excellent qualities of each and every one of you that form the most brilliant team image of Jinling Hotel. You are the best calling card for Jinling Hotel. I hope more people will know our story, and I also hope that more friends visiting Nanjing will definitely stay at Jinling – here, you will find the 'home away from home' experience you desire, and even more, a warm, family-like experience. This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Slender West Lake. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the East Gate of Slender West Lake, and it's also very close to Daming Temple, Guanyin Mountain, and other attractions! The hotel has a garden-style design, with all guest rooms featuring traditional Chinese architecture with upturned eaves. The internal garden is spacious and the environment is lovely! The front desk service was excellent; they escorted us to our room and patiently explained how to use the in-room facilities. The hot spring is a highlight of the hotel, and our stay was upgraded to a garden-view hot spring room. The hot tub was large enough and the water was hot, so the outdoor soaking experience was quite nice, though the weather wasn't ideal at the time – no starry sky to enhance the evening soak! The hotel facilities are good, the room is spacious enough, and the breakfast is quite varied. My only minor regret is that there's only an outdoor pool, no indoor heated one. All in all, it's a great hotel and highly recommended!!

I came to Wuxi for a marathon and specifically chose a hotel close to the subway station for convenience. It was quite a pleasant surprise to see the hotel building just a short walk from the subway exit. It's very close to the subway station and looks quite grand. The hotel seems to be a bit older, but it's been renovated in the past couple of years. The overall hardware facilities are decent (though the TV is small and unclear, and a cabinet door hinge was broken). What truly deserves praise is the front desk staff. Although they are older than the young staff you find at other hotels, their service attitude is excellent. Their language and gestures are very professional. For example, for something as small as taking the elevator, a staff member would see you coming and press the elevator for you in advance. In the evening, an uncle on duty saw that the four elevators were taking a long time to arrive, so he proactively came to check if there was a problem. Then, he would see which elevator was about to arrive, call everyone over to wait there, and reassure them. These are small things, but they were handled exceptionally well, leaving guests feeling very satisfied. The hotel's screens displayed a welcome message for marathon runners, which was also a very thoughtful touch. The room had a bathtub, and I asked the front desk for a disposable bathtub liner to use. After finishing the marathon on Sunday and returning to the hotel, the lobby manager warmly greeted me with ”You've worked hard!” and quickly helped me press the elevator. Many runners ordered takeout for lunch, and since there weren't enough robots, several front desk staff personally delivered the meals to the rooms.

No hotel is perfect, but some definitely have standout features. Taihu Hotel, I highly recommend it! Even though it's called Taihu Hotel, it's not directly on Lake Taihu. Only some of the lake-view rooms actually offer a glimpse of the lake, and there are no public areas with lake views either. So, if you're staying at Taihu Hotel and your budget allows, I'd suggest a lake-view room, especially one with a balcony. In spring or autumn, sitting on the balcony, you can see Yuantouzhu (Turtle Head Isle) – that green shoreline across the lake. The balcony faces directly onto Yuantouzhu's ferry terminal, offering beautiful and delightful scenery. I had initially planned to find a lakeside cafe to relax, but this balcony was just too good to leave. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, so I brewed a cup and sat on the balcony. A gentle breeze was blowing, a few swallows circled overhead (I assume their nests are on the hotel roof), and the lush greenery enveloped me in the fresh scent of plants. The view was expansive, with boats coming and going on distant Lake Taihu, yet it felt incredibly tranquil. I didn't catch the sunrise or sunset, but I did witness the moonrise. I'd never seen the moon rise before; usually, when I look up, the moon is already high in the sky. There's a small hill directly opposite my room, and to my surprise, I saw the moon slowly ascending. It happened to be the 15th day of the ***** calendar, and the night sky was deep blue and cloudless. Unfortunately, my photography skills aren't great, so I couldn't capture it, and my literary abilities aren't good enough to describe it in words. All I can say is, it was incredibly beautiful. I'm not sure if this is visible every season, or if the moon might rise from a different spot sometimes. My knowledge of astronomy and geography isn't the best, but I imagine the moon doesn't always appear from the exact same location. The greenery between the hotel and Lake Taihu isn't all part of the hotel property, and you can't walk through it as there are fences marking off third-party property. The hotel's back garden is quite large; it takes a good half-hour to wander through every corner. In the evenings, they show open-air movies on the lawn. It's not too cold or hot right now, and the mosquitoes haven't started working yet, so it's quite comfortable. However, I'm not sure if this happens on non-holidays. Around May Day, they even had fireworks in the evenings. Fireworks aren't normally available on weekdays, and I'm not sure about weekends. This is a resort-style hotel. The hotel's facilities are pretty good. I was initially worried about it being outdated since it was renovated in 2016, but it didn't feel old at all, and the decor was quite nice. The parking lot is huge, with both an underground garage and outdoor parking spaces. There's a gym, ping-pong, tennis courts, and a pool. There's also an AI trail, which is a 1km loop around the back garden. They have small three-wheeled scooters, but I'm not sure if they're free or require a QR code payment to use. The staff are all very friendly and provide good service. There are a few areas for improvement. The gym has a sort of cable machine, which is great, but the accessory options are a bit limited. Also, the hotel's signage is a bit unclear. The underground garage is actually on the hotel's 1st floor, but there are no signs indicating how to get from the garage to the public areas on the 1st floor. When exiting the garage to check in, the elevator sign says the hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, and reception is on the 5th floor. Taihu Hotel's layout is a bit different from other hotels, so I was slightly confused and went to the 3rd floor looking for the lobby, but check-in is actually on the 5th floor. Perhaps it would be helpful to add a note like ”Reception (Check-in)” next to ”Reception” on the signs.

Hotel location is particularly good, shopping is very convenient, the environment is quiet and not noisy. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete and easy to use. The front desk service is warm and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, the sanitation is in place, the price is super high, the stay experience is particularly satisfactory, and I will choose this next time.

We switched from a hotel near the Grand Canal to this one, a classic five-star establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, truly setting a vacation mood. The concierge service was outstanding. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Yangzhou; it feels like Daming Temple, Slender West Lake, morning tea, the Ancient City Park, and Yangzhou Banquet are all part of the hotel's amenities. The best part? Soaking in the hot springs after a long day of sightseeing is the most anticipated moment of the trip. We loved it so much that we immediately extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended! For a family of three, getting this level of service, scenery, and amenities for just 200 per person is truly excellent value. It's definitely our top choice for visiting Yangzhou with kids.

Fantastic location, even more central than Shanghai's city center! The room layout was excellent, and the decor was comfortable. The suite offered incredible value for money, especially perfect for families traveling together. The cleanliness was outstanding, the facilities were brand new, and the service was super fast – WeChat messages were basically answered instantly. Right next to the pool was a huge kids' play area, and my little one didn't want to leave! The only minor drawback was that the signage could be improved; otherwise, I can't find a single fault.
