This is the best InterContinental hotel I've ever stayed at. The whole place is absolutely delightful. The Executive Room was spacious and faced the sea; even though it was cloudy for two days straight and I didn't see the sunrise, the view was still expansive. The Executive Lounge offers fantastic views of the Gongbei Port and Macau's night skyline, just a stone's throw away. The location is superb, with plenty of great food nearby – it's only a 10-minute walk to Jin Yue Xuan. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It really added a lot to my Zhuhai trip. I'll definitely recommend it to friends for their next visit.

🌊 A Warm Harbor by Zhuhai's Coastline: An Unforgettable Seaside Trip
The moment we stepped into this coastal city, it felt as if the whole world brightened up. Zhuhai, a city full of charm, instantly captured our hearts with its unique flair and warm atmosphere. The most delightful surprise of this trip was undoubtedly our hotel choice – it wasn't just a place to stay, but the beginning of beautiful memories.
🏨 First Impression: Brightness and Warmth Combined
Walking into the hotel lobby, the bright space immediately put us at ease. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, a genuine friendliness that felt like welcoming long-lost friends. This warm ambiance stayed with us from the moment we entered the hotel.
📍 Excellent Location: Intimate Contact with the Sea
The hotel is just 700 meters from the beach – a perfect distance! Stepping out of the hotel, we strolled along the coastline, encountering captivating sights all the way. The Love Post Office, the lighthouse, the Sun & Moon Bay... every spot was filled with romance and poetry. The Love Post Office, especially, as a popular photo-op spot, was bustling with couples, creating a lively and sweet atmosphere. We heard that couples who check in here will have everlasting love, so we couldn't resist leaving our footprints and making a wish.
🛍️ Convenient Living: A Small but Mighty 7-Eleven
Right next to the hotel is a 7-Eleven convenience store. Though small, it has everything you need. Whether it was urgent daily necessities or local snacks we wanted to try, it met all our needs. This convenience made our trip even more relaxed and enjoyable.
🏖️ Seaside Fun: Clean and Lively
The nearby beach was clean and fun, with fine sand and clear water that beckoned us closer. Further down the coastline, there was a lively night market. The fresh oysters were mouth-watering, and the vibrant atmosphere gave us a taste of the city's lively tourist vibe. Here, we savored delicious seafood – each bite was a gift from the sea, so fresh it was unforgettable.
🌅 Natural Wonder: The Awe of a Sea Sunrise
Early in the morning, we woke up to watch the sunrise by the sea. As the first rays of light emerged from the horizon, the entire sky was painted gold. That feeling of exhilaration is beyond words. Although it was winter, the coastal city's winter wasn't cold; a light jacket was all we needed for a comfortable and pleasant walk by the sea.
🌟 Special Warmth: Service from ”Lemon” and ”Pudding”
During this trip, what impressed us most, besides Zhuhai's beautiful scenery, was a front desk staff member named Lemon. His service was incredibly thoughtful; he patiently answered our questions and provided all sorts of conveniences. His smile and enthusiasm made our trip even warmer. Little Pudding's service was also excellent.
🌈 Conclusion: A Perfect Travel Experience
Zhuhai, with its unique charm, left a deep impression on us. And this hotel, with its excellent location, convenient amenities, and warm service, became the most cherished memory of our trip. Here, we not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food of the coastal city but also felt the warmth and care between people. It was a perfect travel experience, and we look forward to returning to Zhuhai and staying at this warm hotel again.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. I was impressed the moment I entered the hotel; the front desk is surprisingly located on the sixth-floor sky garden, which has a wonderfully elegant and fresh ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. During check-in, a dedicated 'little butler' accompanied us throughout the process, personally guiding us to our room and patiently introducing the facilities along the way. Their service attitude was excellent. The room was fully equipped, and the projector even came with a pre-paid membership, making it super convenient to binge-watch shows or movies without needing to subscribe myself – a great thoughtful detail. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making me feel very comfortable. Although the hotel doesn't have a parking lot or breakfast, its location is unbeatable. Downstairs, you'll find a bustling commercial street and a subway station, making travel, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. With great service, complete facilities, and pristine cleanliness, it truly offers more than expected. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I initially wanted to complain this time, but I was touched by the front desk staff NiNa's sincerity, so I'll just give an objective overview! I decided to stay overnight at the Langham, a place I frequent, for a meeting again. As usual, I tried to book using the Taikang corporate rate. To my surprise, the front desk called to inquire and then claimed the corporate rate wasn't available that day because the hotel was almost full! This blatant act of a big business bullying customers instantly infuriated me, and I questioned them. Taikang Group has year-round business and commercial activities hosted at the Langham downstairs, and their consistent patronage is so easily dismissed by refusing the corporate rate at this moment?! Isn't that laughable?! At this point, NiNa quickly came over to handle the situation. She sincerely explained the reasons and offered solutions. In the end, I booked using my Ctrip Diamond member status at a price of over 1400 (a price I've never encountered before on non-holiday or non-exhibition days). However, my internal dissatisfaction was mitigated by NiNa's adaptability and sincerity. I hope the hotel values such talent and considers the guests' perspectives instead of becoming arrogant and neglecting long-term customers when business is good! I've written so much in this review because I truly want the hotel to improve!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping mall, with direct access. It's incredibly handy. You can park in the underground garage or in the outdoor lot. In the summer, they were very thoughtful to let us know that the parking on the second floor had more space than the basement, and they even pointed out the EV charging stations (though with so many cars, you might still have to wait). Overall, it's pretty good.

Great location, and the room was a decent size. The service was attentive. It's right next to Fuhuali, which has tons of food options. Overall, I had a very good stay. The local iron pot stew restaurant nearby was good, and the takeout I ordered was also quite tasty.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang”
My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work.
The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk.
The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc
Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30.
Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English.
The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday.
Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room.
The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok.
I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

Wyndham Zhaoqing was a delightful surprise for a family trip! I was so impressed by Lisa, the Russian front desk staff, and her amazing Chinese! This was our second time bringing the kids to Wyndham Zhaoqing, and Lisa's service at the front desk truly blew us away! 👱♀️
When we checked in, we realized she was a Russian beauty who spoke incredibly good Chinese – absolutely no communication barrier. Seeing that we had two children, she proactively helped us get a complimentary room upgrade. This kind of unexpected pleasant surprise really earns major bonus points! 👍
The hotel itself is also top-notch for families with kids:
Hot Springs + Water Park: The kids went wild in the water fortress and pools; we couldn't drag them away.
Unbeatable Views: Our room faced Seven Star Crags directly. Lying in bed, enjoying the lake and mountain scenery, truly felt like a perfect getaway.
Foodie Paradise: We had all our meals at the hotel – the buffet was fantastic!
Next time we're in Zhaoqing, this will definitely be our first choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

For our trip to Guangzhou, we initially booked a deluxe city view room for two nights. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for another night, this time in a deluxe river view room. Both rooms offered incredibly comfortable furnishings and stunning views. The hotel's lobby view, facilities maintenance, and cleanliness were all exceptional, which is truly remarkable for a 40-year-old establishment. The staff service was also top-notch. When we switched rooms after two days, the front desk arranged for it to be completed by 10 AM, allowing us ample time to go out and explore without worry. Furthermore, whenever we returned to our room late after dinner, we noticed that a meticulous turndown service had been performed, which deeply touched us and made us feel very comfortable – it truly felt like a heartfelt 'goodnight' blessing 😌. We also tried both the breakfast buffet and the pre-booked dim sum for breakfast, which is already quite well-known among foodies in Guangzhou. Even old taxi drivers in Guangzhou recommend it, saying it’s definitely not pre-made 👍.

My stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I stepped in, the attentive service was evident everywhere. Shortly after booking, the front desk confirmed my check-in details, and the process was efficient and smooth upon arrival. To my pleasant surprise, Eason had prepared a beautiful welcome fruit platter; its vibrant colors were not only pleasing to the eye, but the fresh, juicy taste also made me feel incredibly welcome. This thoughtful gift added a touch of sweetness to my trip.
The room design was modern and comfortable, with a very spacious and well-thought-out layout that never felt cramped. The city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was expansive, and the natural light was excellent. The hygiene was impeccable; every corner, from the carpet to the bathroom, was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft, fluffy, and smelled fresh. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with good sound insulation, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Mina, a staff member, was friendly and responsive; all my inquiries and requests were promptly addressed. This stay not only offered high-quality accommodation but also thoughtful and meticulous care. It's a highly recommended choice for both business trips and leisure vacations. The delightful experience makes me look forward to visiting again.

GGuest UserThe Hengqin Bay Hotel is the ultimate family-friendly resort! The package deal we got was incredibly good value. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The breakfast was abundant and delicious: The buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, including Chinese and Western hot dishes, a freshly-made noodle station, desserts, and fruits – we ate there for two days straight and didn't get bored. The service was impeccable: The staff were always smiling, enthusiastic, and professional. The concierge handled luggage storage super efficiently, room service delivered items within minutes, and the front desk made check-in and check-out extremely quick, ensuring a worry-free stay. The rooms were warm and comfortable: Spacious and bright with soft lighting, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The children's toiletries were exquisite and cute, and tiny slippers and bathrobes were provided. The soundproofing was excellent, and the corridor carpets were silent yet playful, ensuring my child slept soundly. The facilities were thoughtfully designed: Ample and free parking, smooth elevators, and a grand lobby. The hotel's biggest highlight is its own dolphin pool; watching the dolphins leap out of the water every morning with my child was so therapeutic! There's also the Hengqin Bay Water World, with indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and children's slides – my child didn't want to leave. Convenient transportation: You can take a free shuttle bus to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, but I highly recommend taking the shuttle boat; the scenery along the way is like something out of a fairytale. The hotel is also very close to the airport and high-speed rail station, making it super convenient for out-of-town guests. In summary: The service is warm, the rooms are comfortable, there are plenty of family-friendly activities, and the package deal is incredibly cost-effective. Next time we come to Chimelong, we'll definitely stay at Hengqin Bay again! Highly recommend to all families with children!
BBaobeichengerThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent; they have a pool and a gym, which I used during my stay and found to be very good. The breakfast was also quite nice. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center and main attractions. However, a taxi ride usually gets you there within half an hour. I stayed for four days, and the environment was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the service was prompt. Parking was convenient, and the Candy Cereal butler's follow-up was very enthusiastic. Five stars, highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserThe butler contacted me in advance via WeChat to understand my needs. They could only provide two bed rails, not three. Checking in on a weekday during the off-season was smooth. The front desk service was just, well, standard, like workers trying their best not to make mistakes – no real warmth there. I also had to ask proactively for someone to take my luggage to the room, though the bellhop who brought it was very enthusiastic. When I got to the room, the bed rails were already installed, but I found them to be loose and unstable, posing a risk of a child falling into the gap. The protective corner on one rail was also missing, so we had to use pillows to prop up the rails and constantly push them back into place. Room privacy is so-so; I could see parts of other rooms from my balcony, and it felt like you could climb from one balcony to the next. There isn't much for kids under 3 to do. The mini-train and carousel all have separate, per-ride charges. The hotel doesn't lend out sand toys, so you have to bring or buy your own. The kids' play area is also pretty basic; I didn't even bother letting my child play there. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the hotel hadn't taken any mosquito prevention measures. Even with repellent plugged in, I got over a dozen bites on the first night. My child had repellent on, but the mosquitoes bit his head and fingers where it wasn't applied. (I don't accept the excuse that there are more mosquitoes by the sea due to water and vegetation, because I stayed at another hotel previously, on a lower floor, didn't use any repellent, and wasn't bitten at all.) The description mentioned a dryer, but when I asked the butler, they said there wasn't one. I turned on the 'please clean room' light when I went out at lunchtime, but the room still hadn't been cleaned when we returned after dinner; I had to specifically tell the butler to arrange it. They also wouldn't arrange a bubble bath for my child, which he enjoys, though they could provide disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. I can understand the rooms being old, given how long the hotel has been open, but the guest experience really left me speechless. Personally, I think the parent-child experience is just average and not suitable for kids. I had planned to relax at the hotel while my child played, but instead, I had to constantly come up with ideas to take him out. Oh, and the slippers weren't very comfortable; I recommend bringing your own.

GGuest User🌟 Our family trip to Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel with the kids was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, and my children especially loved the animal displays in the lobby. The White Tiger Buffet Restaurant was the highlight – eating breakfast while watching the white tigers stroll by was incredible. My little ones were clapping with excitement the whole time! They even got the adorable mini white tiger toy they'd been eyeing, which they carried around on their shoulders. The hotel's proximity to all the parks is super convenient; we could easily pop back for a rest whenever we got tired. Plus, the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. We didn't catch the big circus show this time, but the hotel experience alone left such a lasting impression on the kids. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next Chimelong visit!
This 2-day, 1-night package for three with unlimited access to 4 parks was an excellent deal!

IIris503A delightful trip that brought joy to the kids and peace of mind to the adults! Absolutely perfect!
**Environment:** The overall style is full of childlike fun and cuteness. Chimelong's theme is truly well-executed, with penguin 🐧 elements everywhere you look.
**Facilities:** Everything you need is there. Even if something was missing or needed, the housekeeping and concierge departments were quick to provide it. Response times were fast, and the staff were all very friendly.
**Cleanliness:** We thought it was excellent. We didn't encounter any dust or dirty corners, even in hard-to-reach spots. The restroom even had disposable toilet seat covers and a child's toilet seat adapter.
**Service:** From the front desk to the concierge (information desk), housekeeping, the butler, and restaurant service, to every staff member we passed, and even the cleaners – everyone offered a smiling greeting, prompt service when needed, and thorough answers to questions. Everything was handled perfectly.
**🎂 Birthday Perks:** Since it was my child's birthday month, the front desk gave us luggage tags and a birthday badge. The front desk also informed housekeeping to do a birthday setup. Although it was just simple balloons and window stickers, for a child, that's the key to happiness!
**🎆 Fireworks Room:** We chose a fireworks-view room, so we could watch the fireworks from the window. While it might not be as spectacular as seeing them live, it was much more convenient and stress-free for a mother traveling alone with a young child.
**🎁 Gifts:** The concierge (information desk) gives out small gifts. My child would ask for one every day – so much fun! Many staff members would also hand out flashcards to the children, making their day full of joy.
**🎡 Hotel Play Area (Taoqibao):** The hotel's play area was a pleasant surprise. The surprising part was its perfect view of the fountain square and fireworks – the angle couldn't be beaten! Also, the play area is connected to the outdoors, so it's not a sealed space relying purely on air conditioning. I really liked this design concept, with air circulation from outside and natural light. In hot or cold weather, there are transparent thermal insulation curtains.
**🍳 Buffet Breakfast:** The hotel's buffet breakfast had a good variety, with many different stations. The taste was also quite good, though personal preferences vary.
**🍽️ Buffet Dinner:** The buffet dinner was even more extensive. Seafood and meat were replenished promptly, and soft drinks were unlimited. Alcoholic beverages cost an additional 58 yuan. If you haven't booked the buffet dinner, there are plenty of other options at the hotel's other restaurants or food court.
AAnonymous UserOverall service was good, and visiting during the off-season made the experience even better. Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the hygiene is also good. What's particularly commendable is the service: The driver who took us to Howard Johnson for the hot springs was very enthusiastic and recommended local restaurants to us; the staff at the archery range were incredibly warm and talkative; and then there was the gentleman working at the hotel entrance around 1:30 PM on the 29th, who saw us moving our car and proactively came over to help direct us. Overall, everything was great.
AAnonymous UserRight from the moment we got off the car, staff members were there to greet us and help with our luggage! The Forest Sea (Senlinhai) resort has a wonderful environment! The scenery is beautiful! The directions were also very clear! The package included hot springs, amusement park tickets, and a buffet breakfast! They even thoughtfully provided a butler who clearly explained every activity and patiently answered all our questions! The staff we met along the way also had excellent service attitudes! The room hygiene was quite good, and anything we needed from the front desk was quickly attended to! The evening performances and activities were also very exciting. Overall, it was an excellent experience! We'll definitely come back next time to try out other room types.
GGuest UserBooked an executive room and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was upgraded to a sea-view room, offering a tranquil environment. Even luckier, there were fireworks that night, and I could watch them right from my room – truly a worthwhile trip! Most of the customer service staff were warm and polite, especially Kiki, who was very thoughtful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very rich, highly recommended. The only downside was that it was very crowded on the day of check-in. The executive lounge was packed, like a marketplace, with no available seats. Also, the food selection was limited, both for afternoon tea and happy hour, and completely unappealing. I ended up not using it, and I hope this can be improved.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is just a few minutes' walk from Ocean Kingdom, and it's about a ten to fifteen-minute ride, including waiting for the shuttle bus, to reach Spaceship Park. The room is quite spacious. The twin room, contrary to what Trip.com stated about having two 1.2-meter beds, actually has 1.5-meter beds, so there's no need to worry about children falling out. They even called beforehand to ask if we needed bed rails installed, which shows excellent service. The buffet restaurant is also good. The kids had a blast, stayed happily, and ate well.
GGuest UserThe moment I arrived at the treehouse, its appearance immediately captivated me. The dark wooden exterior with its triangular roof, gently embraced by vines and greenery, perfectly blended raw natural beauty with exquisite design details. Standing outside, I could see dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves and occasionally hear birdsong, a tranquility that made me forget the city's hustle and bustle.
Stepping inside, a feeling of warmth instantly enveloped me. A large bed with crisp white linens dominated the center of the bedroom, complemented by wooden furniture and warm lighting. Two large windows and an open door seamlessly brought the lush greenery indoors. I could enjoy the forest views right from the window, and the hand-painted tree patterns on the ceiling made the entire space feel like a cozy cabin in the woods.
The check-in process was also handled by very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Staying here wasn't just a simple accommodation; it was an immersive slow-living experience, a true return to nature.
