Our stay at the InterContinental Zhuhai was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Mila for her incredibly attentive and efficient service. Check-in was smooth and she even upgraded our room for free. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were all handled promptly and professionally, which put us at ease. The hotel is just a street away from Gongbei Port, making trips to Macau super convenient. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge – expansive sea views by day and dazzling lights by night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. My only slight regret is that the pool wasn't open yet. Overall, the service was excellent, the views were superb, and the location was very convenient. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it!

I absolutely have to write a glowing review and recommend it to anyone planning a trip! What surprised us most was the hotel's service attitude – gentle, attentive, and consistently comfortable. When we checked in, a staff member proactively helped with our luggage, patiently explained the room amenities, local attractions, and precautions for traveling during Chinese New Year. Their tone was both friendly and professional, instantly easing our travel fatigue. Throughout our stay, any small questions we had were quickly addressed and efficiently resolved by the front desk, without any perfunctory responses. We felt a strong sense of warmth even away from home; this meticulous service truly earned extra points. The room itself was stunning and perfectly matched my aesthetic. First, the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. Waking up in the morning and drawing the curtains allowed sunlight to flood the entire room, creating a cozy warmth. In the evening, my husband and I sat by the window, watching the streetscape and chatting about our day – it was incredibly atmospheric, making our Chinese New Year even more joyful. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed, expansive view, perfect for capturing beautiful, atmospheric photos and easily preserving our wonderful travel moments. The room decor had a strong artistic flair, not just a monotonous minimalist style. Every decoration was tasteful, from the wall art to the corner ornaments, paired with soft colors, creating both quality and warmth, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The room was also very spacious with a well-planned layout, leaving no feeling of confinement. For two people, it was very comfortable whether resting or moving around, and even spreading out our suitcases didn't make it feel crowded – the attention to detail was evident. Furthermore, the room facilities were incredibly thoughtful and practical. The smart lighting was fantastic; I could control the lights, adjust brightness, and color temperature by voice from bed, without having to get up and fumble around. It was great for night-time trips to the bathroom without disturbing my partner, making it simple and convenient, greatly enhancing our comfort. And the hairdryer had strong airflow, drying my long hair super fast, which was a huge relief for me. I no longer had to slowly dry my hair with a weak stream of air. These small details truly showcased the hotel's attentiveness. The check-out experience was equally excellent. Ms. Nini, who handled our check-out, had a wonderful attitude – gentle and patient. She proactively asked about our stay, listened carefully to our feedback, and thoughtfully offered Chinese New Year blessings, making us feel warm even as we left. There were no complaints throughout our entire stay; whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything was perfect. Finding such a gem of a hotel during our Chinese New Year trip was a delightful surprise; it not only made our journey more comfortable but also left us with countless beautiful memories. I've already recommended it to friends planning trips. Next time I'm here, I will definitely choose this place again, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of dedication to bring warmth and wonderful experiences to more travelers. This is our go-to choice for family trips, and the value for money is absolutely incredible! This apartment in Futian is spotless; the cleaning staff tidies up daily and even provides toiletries for kids. The concierge service is so thoughtful – they respond instantly, fulfill every request, and even prepared small building blocks for our child to play with in advance. The building is directly accessible from Metro Exit B/C, and there's a bus stop right next door, making it super convenient to get to Lianhua Mountain Park. Across the street, there's a mall with a supermarket where you can buy groceries and daily necessities. The sixth-floor sky garden has a recreation area where seniors can chat and kids can play. The room has great natural light, a fridge to store supplements, a clear projector with kids' movies, and a gas stove so we could cook special meals for the elderly and children. The value for money is outstanding!

The hotel was very nice. A couple days before we arrived, I contacted the hotel and requested a couple of changes from my earlier reservation. When we got there, I found everything was ready as exactly as we asked for. The room was quite large and sparkly clean with all the amenities we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely high quality and superb, and chefs seem to be very proud of their talents and the dishes they prepared on the spot far exceeded what we’d expected as we experienced in the other hotels we stayed earlier on our trip. All in all, we were very impressed by the service standard of the hotel in all sections. A special thanks to the concierge staff, especially the two I later learned whose names were Jian Wang and Anita. They were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us preparing paper copies of our traveling documents that might be required by immigration for my next leg. They truly represented well-trained younger generations of the hotel staff displaying the service excellence advocated in the Langham commercials. Langham Hotel will certainly be my first choice when I visit Shenzhen in future, and I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends and colleagues who want to exprience what is truly a five-star hotel service.

The hotel staff training is excellent. As soon as you get out of the car, someone will proactively open the door and help with your luggage. The front desk efficiently handles check-in, and luggage is delivered to your room. During summer, a staff member will also call to check on room satisfaction. Overall, I felt very well looked after. Definitely worth a five-star review!

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. “The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

Staying at the Wyndham Zhaoqing Seven Star Lake was an amazing experience! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The service from Felix and Amy was attentive and thoughtful, and the facilities were comprehensive. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit the Seven Star Crags scenic area. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhaoqing. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at White Swan Hotel, and the experience was even better than the first. This time, I came with my partner and we chose a Deluxe River View room. Room 2105 had an amazing location with a fantastic, expansive view. The room layout was very well-designed; everything felt comfortable and convenient. Housekeeping was prompt, and we had turndown service every evening, so the room was spotless whenever we returned. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent. Although we couldn't get a reservation for the signature morning tea this time, we did manage to book dinner at Yu Tang Chun Nuan, and the food quality was truly outstanding. Even with a long wait, it was absolutely worth it. Right out the hotel's back door is Shamian Park, and across from Shamian is the Link Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I especially love the cocktail buns from Cui Hua Restaurant – they taste just like the bread from my childhood, great value for money. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to visit attractions like Yongqing Fang, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, and Cultural Park; we walked to all of them. White Swan was Guangzhou's first five-star hotel, opening in 1983. Decades later, the hotel is still meticulously maintained, with every detail reflecting the high standards expected of an established five-star property. It truly lives up to its reputation as a symbol of Guangzhou. I believe that on my next visit to Guangzhou, I will still choose the White Swan Hotel, because a classic endures through generations.

The city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was expansive, and the natural light was excellent. The hygiene was impeccable; every corner, from the carpet to the bathroom, was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft, fluffy, and smelled fresh. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with good sound insulation, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Mina, a staff member, was friendly and responsive; all my inquiries and requests were promptly addressed. This stay not only offered high-quality accommodation but also thoughtful and meticulous care. It's a highly recommended choice for both business trips and leisure vacations.
