First, about the room – it was actually quite good. They honored my request for a non-smoking room, and there was no smell, which is rare. My family is very sensitive to odors, so the hotel did a great job in this regard. However, the young man who showed me to the room was a bit unhelpful; when I asked him what type of room was next door, he told me to ask the front desk downstairs. A slight issue: as busy as it was (see picture), with so many people storing luggage, why couldn't they assign more staff? People storing luggage weren't queuing, and neither were those entering license plates, which completely overwhelmed the young man. I waited for a long time before I could even speak to him. Also, even though the hotel had called me before check-in and I specifically requested rooms on the same floor, at check-in they told me one of the rooms had been upgraded but wasn't on the same floor… What kind of operation is that? I clearly asked for the same floor because your hotel's key cards don't work on other floors, which isn't suitable for families who need to look after each other. I don't understand why they upgraded me but put us on two different floors, only to then move us back to the same floor. The girl who handled that didn't even smile; her mask was pulled down to her chin, and she looked exhausted. Honestly, if it's too much, just hire more people. As I was going up to the room, they even asked me for a five-star review. I originally didn't want to give it, but Oliva at the front desk helped me a great deal that day, so this five-star rating is for her, and she earned it for you.

The hotel offers plenty of free parking, and security guards patrol the area, which really puts your mind at ease. The play facilities in the lobby are creatively designed without being over-the-top, and the bright colors are a huge hit with kids. The wardrobe comes with extra pillows and blankets, and they even provide special cartoon-themed mini toiletries for children. The hotel rooms have a playful, childlike theme, are very clean, and fully equipped. Luggage storage is incredibly convenient and hassle-free for both dropping off and picking up items! The hotel staff actively wave and greet us, which is a really thoughtful touch. Plus, the resort is close to the airport and high-speed rail station, with a nice surrounding area that makes sightseeing and shopping very convenient. The shuttle bus can take you to various spots within the resort, which is super convenient and saves you from needing to take a taxi. The staff inside the hotel are also very helpful, answering all questions and providing clear directions. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. I look forward to visiting again!

I've stayed in many hotels, and it's rare to see one with such attention to detail. All the towels and bath towels had a faint scent of disinfectant, the sheets were clean, and they provided so many thoughtful little amenities that could really save you if you forgot something on your trip. They even proactively told us that the non-slip mats had been disinfected. There's a sign by the door showing the elevator direction (this is fantastic! I often forget which way the elevator is after leaving my room). We even received a fruit platter upon check-in and got a room upgrade. Absolutely superb!!!!

Hotel was amazing and spacious. Amenities were great - gym and multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools (though I did not have the time to enjoy it fully). I landed in Guangzhou very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 7am prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and go about my day before coming back to check in late afternoon. I was greeted by the reception staff (forgot his name - sorry!) and they gave me my room straight away and also let me use my breakfast voucher the same morning as I had to check out early the following morning to catch another early morning flight. I am extremely pleased with the service. I gave it a 4 stars for the location as it’s not as convenient as other hotels I have stayed at in Zhaoqing but overall I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to enjoy and wind down after a long day out or even enjoy a full day use of the amenities at the hotel especially during hot days.

When we went out, the butler helped us store our luggage and reminded us that it was going to rain that day, even preparing umbrellas for us. When we returned, we found the room had already been cleaned. At check-out, the butler personally saw us off at the door and even gave us a souvenir. The entire experience felt like a five-star hotel, and it was incredibly good value for money!

The bedding and toiletries are Muji's own brand, and they feel very comfortable to the touch. The room also includes unique items like a wall-mounted CD player, creating a wonderful ambiance. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is conveniently located in the UpperHills shopping center, offering easy access to a wide variety of shopping and dining options nearby.
