I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! The location is unbeatable; it's right outside Gangxia Station on Metro Line 1, and there's a mall directly across the street for all your needs. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dusty corners, and fully equipped with amenities. The washing machine and refrigerator were such thoughtful touches, making for a really comfortable stay. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and I loved the large balcony – great natural light and a breath of fresh air, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive. They called ahead to give me directions, added me on WeChat, and even came downstairs to greet me. When I asked about visa endorsement issues, they immediately replied with marked locations, showing how much they genuinely care about their guests. It's also close to Futian High-Speed Rail Station, making it super convenient to get to Hong Kong. This place offers incredible value for money and is definitely worth recommending!

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Despite the bustling area, the rooms are remarkably quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. Every staff member is highly professional, and Valerie, in particular, proactively anticipates and addresses guests' needs. It was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

They almost always greeted us with a smile and were very patient in guiding us with our sightseeing and dining plans, which was a huge help. From check-in to enjoying our stay, the service was exceptionally thorough. Not only did they efficiently arrange our room, but they also patiently explained the hotel facilities, highlighting the best attractions and the best times to visit to avoid crowds – everything was crystal clear! The express check-out box was even shaped like a submarine, which was quite charming! The Spaceship Hotel truly left a deep impression on me this time! The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, perfect for a good rest after a long day. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of dishes. The breakfast even featured adorable little pastries, perfect for kids! The elevators were fast and smooth, and you could go directly from the lobby downstairs into the Spaceship Park without any hassle! This stay was truly fantastic, and next time I visit Chimelong, I'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again!

The hotel is great, and surprisingly quiet despite being by the road. Its location is also excellent – right across from the Gongbei Port once you exit, which is super convenient for those traveling with kids! The only downside is that overnight parking for 24 hours costs 150, probably due to limited spaces. However, even with the higher parking fee, it still works out to be a few tens of yuan cheaper than the hotel next door once you factor in room rates. So, the value for money is still pretty good. Plus, the front desk lady even offered to upgrade our room when she saw we had two children! The service was fantastic! 👍

My reservation was for a super lake view room. However, I was assigned a room on the third floor facing the lake but with blocked views. Had to change room as a result. Staff at front desk explained that because the fourth floor room was not available until an hour later. We had no problem with this. Eventually we got a room with fantastic view of the lake. Have to say that the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location. It is right at the side of the lake and with many eateries within walking distance. We had wanted to have breakfast on the ground floor restaurant, but it was so packed with people and so noisy that we decided to go somewhere else. This is the only drawback.

The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering everything from Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western dishes to fresh juices and aromatic coffee. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery with sunlight streaming in, was particularly delightful. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning; opening the window reveals a sea of green, with flagstone paths winding through flowerbeds and lawns. In the evening, the sunset combined with the pink and purple flowering trees created picturesque, soothing scenes perfect for photos. Facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and mini-golf were all excellent, catering to both relaxation and active fun. However, Rosie, our concierge, was the real highlight! From pre-arrival communication to guiding us upon arrival and responding to our various needs throughout our stay, her service was consistently swift and attentive. She proactively recommended local activities, helped coordinate meal times, and even noticed our preference for a quiet corner, specially arranging a suitable table. Her attention to detail was truly touching. We were completely charmed by both the hotel's environment and Rosie's service. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

Gave it a good review because the hotel's location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a particularly good night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom has plenty of hot water with stable pressure, and the staff's service is attentive, always ready to answer any questions!

Guest Room Experience: The rooms feature a natural wood, white, and other earthy color palette, with exquisite yet minimalist decor, giving them a very Muji-esque feel. The bedding and toiletries are Muji's own brand, and they feel very comfortable to the touch. The room also includes unique items like a wall-mounted CD player, creating a wonderful ambiance. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is conveniently located in the UpperHills shopping center, offering easy access to a wide variety of shopping and dining options nearby.

I originally booked for one day to see how the stay experience was. If it was not good, I was going to change it. Now there are so many hotels, so I renewed the reservation on the day of check-in. The environment was great, and the attentive service of the housekeeper Laura made me decide to continue living here. It was a great experience, which added points to the vacation. What's it like to watch fireworks from a lounge chair on your balcony at Chimelong Hotel? Our room was on the 11th floor of the Seahorse zone at Hengqin Bay Hotel, not a sea view room. During the day, it looked pretty ordinary, and I wondered what surprises this place could offer. But precisely at 8 PM, we were plunged into a dazzling world as fireworks exploded right before our eyes. By then, we had already bathed, wrapped ourselves in bathrobes, and were comfortably lounging on the balcony, enjoying some fruit. We could see 90% of the fireworks, with various penguin and beluga whale shapes clearly visible, and even Kaka Tiger was facing us directly. While it can't compare to being there in person, the comfort level was undeniably high. For dinner, you can get a table right next to the aquarium as early as 6 PM, which makes for some great photos.
