This hotel is truly worth staying at! The hygiene is absolutely top-notch; the rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and odor-free, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. Even the small decorative items in the room are wiped clean, showing their excellent housekeeping. The room facilities are comprehensive, with all the basic appliances you'd need. Having a washing machine and a refrigerator really hit the spot for me; I could wash and dry my clothes during my business trip, no longer needing to carry dirty laundry around – it was so convenient. The hotel environment is wonderful, elegant, and very tidy overall. The property is quiet, with no disruptive noise, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Once you close the door, you're isolated from the outside world, ensuring a great night's rest. The location is super convenient, close to the subway station, making travel quick and hassle-free whether for commuting or sightseeing. Downstairs, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of unique dishes to satisfy all tastes. What touched me the most was arriving late at night, and the front desk staff were still so welcoming. They even kindly helped me carry my luggage to the room and explained the facilities. This warmth late at night truly left a lasting impression!

My second time staying at this hotel. The overall experience is better than last time. The staff at the front desk are always pleasant with a great smile. They are also very efficient and helpful. This time I came for my birthday celebration, and the hotel surprised me with an upgrade, a good decoration, and a birthday cake. It makes my stay even better. The breakfast is good. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket literally next door. I would use this hotel again next time I am here.

The room came with a mini-fridge and a safe, which was a nice touch. The submarine-themed TV was adorable and really tied into the hotel's overall theme. It was incredibly convenient that the hotel had direct access to the Spaceship Park, allowing us to easily pop back to the hotel for a rest when the kids got tired – very kid-friendly! The staff were all very attentive and greeted us warmly every time we saw them. They listened carefully to our questions and gave kind, clear answers, even when we asked for directions. There's also a cool gift shop where you can buy souvenirs and local specialties. The second floor of the lobby also has a specialty shop with great souvenirs and local products. Plus, there are plenty of activities on the second floor of the lobby that could keep you entertained for half a day just by browsing. It's truly perfect for families with young children! What impressed me the most was the attention to detail – the bathroom even had a children's step stool and a small potty seat, showing real thoughtfulness! We'll definitely be back next time and I highly recommend it to friends!

Location: Absolutely unbeatable location! It's just a 100-meter walk from Gongbei Port. Imagine relaxing in your room, watching others rush to the port – who gets it? And coming out of the port and walking straight to your room without needing a taxi – who gets that feeling? Not to mention, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge directly from the room. Room facilities: The room facilities are very complete! Although the building might be a bit older, the amenities are really comprehensive. Value for money: The overall value for money is absolutely incredible. As a four-star hotel, the price is also very reasonable! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuhai or going to Macau.

As a family-friendly hotel, I feel there's room for improvement regarding the child-friendly facilities. The kids' club has no staff, no limit on the number of children, and no one to maintain order. It's a bit disappointing that the water park was closed for the winter. The hotel environment is lovely with fresh air, and it's right by Xinghu Lake. There's also a large outdoor lawn, perfect for sunbathing in winter. The hotel's own Chinese restaurant offers great value for money, but the buffet restaurant, while having variety, lacked quality. The outdoor hot springs aren't extensive, but they're enough for some enjoyment. Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The room was also very comfortable. I hope to see some improvements on my next visit.

The breakfast buffet is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the portions are small enough that you can try many different dishes. The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage.

I arrived quite late at night, and they even called me specifically to ask if I had any requests for the room I booked, which left a deep impression. The front desk staff member processed my check-in very quickly and even upgraded our room. All the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the room was very tidy and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The location is great; it's easy to find food nearby, and there are shopping centers all around, so going to Dongmen or MixC is very convenient. When checking out, they even gave us a small gift and kindly asked about our stay. I think at this price point, being able to experience such excellent service and accommodation is highly recommendable. I hope they continue to improve!

Muji Hotel Shenzhen is truly an excellent hotel. It's conveniently located at the Upperhills Shopping Center, which made shopping and dining at ease. UpperHills offers all kinds of experience that the whole family at different ages can enjoy. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It provides guests with many complimentary drinks and snacks, which can be also be purchased at its Muji Store on site. I highly recommended staying this hotel for anyone who plans to visit Shenzhen.

I originally booked for one day to see how the stay experience was. If it was not good, I was going to change it. Now there are so many hotels, so I renewed the reservation on the day of check-in. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and the freshly prepared local noodles were particularly authentic. For dinner, we ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, where the steamed seafood and seasonal vegetables were perfectly cooked and appealing to our children's tastes. The hotel's recreational facilities were well-planned. Our child had a great time playing in the safe areas of the water world, and the indoor heated pool was consistently clean and comfortable. In the evenings, taking a stroll past the flamingos in the seahorse area and the hotel's dolphin pool added a delightful touch to our vacation. Overall, from the convenient transportation and comfortable accommodation to the delicious dining and abundant leisure choices, the hotel demonstrated a consistently high standard in every aspect of our family trip, making for a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.
