Irene, the hotel's guest relations manager, contacted me before our arrival to arrange our room preference. We got a fantastic sea view, and Irene made sure all our requests were met perfectly. We even received two servings of the Napoleon cake for afternoon tea – more than we could finish! The InterContinental's executive lounge and breakfast buffet were also great. Our child spent hours in the 5M kids' club and didn't want to leave. The staff there were so patient, allowing parents to completely relax. As a staycation, the InterContinental's service was, as always, excellent. A very satisfying weekend indeed.

Clean Room. This Chinese New Year, I put a lot of thought into choosing a hotel for my parents and child. I wanted to avoid any unpleasant surprises and find a place that was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and offered attentive service. After reading numerous online reviews, I ultimately decided on the Lishang Hotel. Our three-day stay did not disappoint; these are my genuine feelings, and I hope they serve as a useful reference for anyone looking for a hotel. The hotel's location is truly worry-free. It's right on the roadside, easily visible. Whether you're driving and parking or getting dropped off by a taxi, it's incredibly convenient. No need to drive around searching for the entrance, which is a huge plus when traveling with elderly parents and children, as it minimizes walking. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening without venturing far. This really maximized our efficiency. My most direct impression was the hotel's service, which was incredibly polite. From the moment we stepped through the hotel entrance, every staff member greeted us with a sincere and friendly 'Happy New Year,' always with a smile. There was no hint of perfunctoriness. Even the cleaning staff would smile and say hello when they saw us, instantly making us feel warm and at home, despite being far from home. All the room facilities and equipment are new and well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, not flashy but very comfortable. The room lighting is warm and soft, not harsh on the eyes, making it suitable for both children reading and elderly guests resting. The biggest surprise was the smart design; the TV could directly control the curtains, so there was no need to get up. The operation was simple, easy for both elderly guests and children to use – full of technology yet very practical. In terms of hygiene, it was truly impeccable. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak and has high standards for hotel cleanliness, this hotel completely met my expectations. The bedding was spotless, without any stains or odors, neatly made, and soft to the touch. The bathroom was sparkling clean, with no water marks or odors, and the bathtub was polished to a shine. The hotel even thoughtfully provided disposable bathtub liners and cute bath bombs. Giving my child a bath in the evening was relaxing and reassuring. The hairdryer had a strong airflow, drying hair quickly and efficiently without a long wait, which was super convenient. Another particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary sand-digging tools provided by the hotel. We hadn't had time to prepare any for our child, so seeing these was a wonderful surprise. My child loved them immediately and carried them everywhere we went, saving us the trouble of buying our own. It's clear the hotel understands the needs of families with children. I must commend Rose at the front desk; her service attitude was excellent, gentle and patient. She was very efficient during check-in and proactively recommended nearby attractions suitable for children and good restaurants, providing many practical tips that saved us time planning and made our trip much easier. When we checked out, staff members even specifically came over to ask about our stay, genuinely listening to our feedback and not just going through the motions. It's clear they truly care about their guests' comfort. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Great location, warm service, new facilities, and impeccable cleanliness. It's perfect whether you're traveling with family or children, with absolutely no downsides. I would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

On this business trip combined with leisure in Shenzhen, my stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The room facilities were complete and brand new, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the high-speed internet was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both my work and relaxation needs. The environmental hygiene was exceptionally well-maintained; the floors were spotless with no dust, corners were free of clutter, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and diligent. The service was thoughtful and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were gentle and courteous. Room requests were responded to promptly. The hotel's location is superior, making travel convenient, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. The overall environment is quiet with good soundproofing, ensuring high-quality rest. It's perfectly suited for both business travel and leisure stays, offering incredible value for money. It will definitely be my first choice again next time I visit Shenzhen. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay! The hotel's location is pretty good, close to the subway station, about a 10-minute walk. It's connected to 3 subway lines, making getting around very convenient, especially Line 11, which goes directly to the airport in less than an hour. There's also a shopping mall right next door, so shopping is a breeze. I stayed in an executive room, and the layout and flow were very well-designed. Some of the facilities showed thoughtful attention to detail, and the British-style decor was very comfortable. The square bathtub was quite unique – it was great to watch TV while taking a bath. The double sinks were a nice touch, and the shower had excellent water pressure with a good hot water supply. Room service was prompt, even though some amenities were out of stock. Their explanations and handling of the situation were spot-on, so I was still very impressed! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the dining experience was good. Cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) and ramen were made to order, and there were cards on the tables to prevent long queues and crowding. The lounge's afternoon tea had a rich selection and was delicious. The evening light meal was decent one day but not so good on another. The male staff in the lounge were very friendly and attentive, while the female staff were a bit more formal. The gym and swimming pool were both quite clean. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Recommended!

The room was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic too! From the moment I checked in, I felt a huge sense of hospitality. The staff were attentive and proactive, and the housekeeping team always greeted me warmly. Everyone there contributed to a unique and wonderful atmosphere, making guests feel truly cared for! You can also enjoy stunning views of the city from the hotel's 60th floor, and the bar on the 59th floor even has live music. It's definitely中山's top-ranked hotel, and I'd love to come back again! This is my second time staying at Pullman Zhuhai! The location is fantastic, right in Fuhuali, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding commercial area is also very lively. The room offers panoramic views of the entire Fuhuali district.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

Chose Wyndham for my trip to Zhaoqing this time, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area. It was super convenient to relax back at the hotel after exploring. The room was even bigger than I expected, with a private hot spring tub on the balcony. Soaking in the hot spring at night while stargazing was so comfortable, I didn't even want to leave the room. But the best part was the service! Luna was incredibly thoughtful. We casually mentioned wanting to rest a bit longer, and she proactively helped us arrange a later check-out time. She was smiling the whole time, which really warmed our hearts. The hotel also has everything, like a heated pool and a kids' club, so it's perfect for families with children, giving parents a break. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhaoqing, it's such great value for money!

This classic hotel truly stands out. The location is good, but for those who enjoy city walks, it's not ideal as you have to cross a skybridge, which can be quite tiring. After returning from the Hilton downtown on a stormy night, I realized how much I love the White Swan! My child absolutely adored the complimentary children's toiletries bag (all featuring custom White Swan patterns). Both indoor and outdoor fish ponds provide great entertainment for kids to burn off energy (it was excellent to have places to take the child even with three days of heavy rain during our stay). **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping twice a day – truly reassuring when traveling with a child! **Environment:** The noise from planes overhead on the flight path can be quite loud (I was even woken up by it on my first stay). **Service:** Traveling with a child often means frequent calls to the front desk and concierge, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. There were many deliveries and takeaways, and the concierge was always on hand to help with receiving and sending them. The customer service department also handled various issues, making our stay with a child very stress-free!

The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with good sound insulation, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Mina, a staff member, was friendly and responsive; all my inquiries and requests were promptly addressed. This stay not only offered high-quality accommodation but also thoughtful and meticulous care. It's a highly recommended choice for both business trips and leisure vacations.
