Romantic Hotels in Guangdong, China

This is my go-to hotel for business trips! The subway station is right outside the door, and you just take the elevator straight up to the 6th-floor lobby – super time-saving for commuting. The sky garden on the 6th floor was a pleasant surprise; it’s full of greenery and has great air, making check-in a breeze. The butler service was fantastic; the young lady was charming and incredibly helpful, even sending bottled water to my room. The service was truly thoughtful. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The fridge was handy, and the huge projection screen was crystal clear. It even had a Tencent VIP membership, so I could catch up on shows and truly relax after work. The hygiene, environment, and service were all top-notch. Highly recommend!

The transportation here is incredibly convenient. There are direct bus routes to Gongbei Port and Jingshan Park. Fuhuali, located downstairs, has everything you could possibly need, including a great selection of Pop Mart's SKULLPANDA figures! There's also a large supermarket, which is great for buying fruit, and a staple food stall offering very affordable noodles, dumplings, and wontons. Evelyn, the Pullman duty manager, remembered us and quickly processed our check-in, even helping us exchange some loose change for the bus. We're very grateful! We'll definitely choose Pullman Hotel again when we return to Zhuhai.

This hotel's ambiance is absolutely incredible! The lobby decor is so creative, and the dining experience is truly exceptional. The restaurant environment is elegant, and the Sailor Restaurant on the second floor offers a rich variety of delicious dishes – you can really tell the chef's dedication in every plate. We were so satisfied with the food! Highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the parks, which was super convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, generally cozy and comfortable, and the beds are very comfy. The sheets are pristine white and completely odor-free. The room decor is both warm and playful. Toiletries are comprehensive, and the kids' toothbrushes are adorable and practical. The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide selection with great flavors – there's so much to choose from, which is fantastic, and the kids were very happy. The rooms even have child toilet seats, which is a big plus! The room was cozy, and all the bedding was spotless, so we slept soundly all night! The hotel and the park feature various high-tech elements; one day simply isn't enough to explore everything. The rooms are clean, the service is spot-on, and it's very convenient for enjoying the park. Everything was great, and we had an overall fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

Service: I have to commend the front desk staff! They even helped us upgrade to a room with a better view, where we could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The photos below were all taken from inside the room. They also allowed us to store our luggage and even gave us two bottles of water when we left. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, and they offer free laundry (wash and dry), which is super convenient. Environment: The location is excellent, directly opposite the Gongbei Port. A short walk east takes you to the coast, and it's also very close to Zhuhai Station. This hotel is definitely the right choice if you're going to Macau. Hygiene: The overall hygiene was pretty good, but we did find a used bandage next to the sofa. I'd suggest being more thorough during future cleanings.

We booked a premium garden-view twin room, and when we arrived, Tina at the front desk upgraded our room for us – the room itself was absolutely amazing! She also thoughtfully helped me book a mahjong room. The service was truly exceptional! This is definitely the standard of a five-star hotel! The dinner selection was also fantastic. Knowing we were a family of 10, they even reserved a specific 10-person area for us and brought individual mini lobsters to our seats. So thoughtful! We'll definitely be back for Chinese New Year! We checked in on Thursday and received a complimentary room upgrade. The hot springs pool on the first floor was incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was very gentle and informative, explaining the hotel's facilities and environment. Two young men kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. The upgraded room was in Building 1, a bit far from the outdoor hot spring pools, so we opted to use the in-room hot spring. A packet of bath salts was provided, leaving our skin smooth after bathing. The first night's minibar was also complimentary, featuring two boxes of soy milk, Coke, and beer, plus a fruit platter. In the afternoon, we went out to take photos. The weather was lovely and sunny, and the flowers, plants, and trees were beautiful. The staff were diligently watering and cleaning, very hardworking. There's also a paid mini-train ride in the park. Our package included six archery shots, half an hour of mini-golf, as well as billiards and table tennis. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts are also available but require advance booking by phone. Our package also included a buffet dinner at the Brilliant Restaurant. Since the buffet wasn't available on Thursday, we were offered three options: a la carte at Brilliant Restaurant with an 800-yuan credit, a more standard 'order anything' menu with common home-style dishes, or a fixed set menu. I chose the a la carte option at the restaurant and ordered five dishes and a mango sago dessert. It was very filling, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. We had black truffle conch slices, giant river prawns, casserole perilla mountain snails with free-range chicken, mango sago, and cumin pine nut baked lamb rice (which was incredibly delicious, though it took an hour to prepare. The crust was fragrant, and the lamb was excellent). The stir-fried fern shoots with dried shrimp was also very tasty, with a crisp yet tender texture similar to Chinese broccoli. Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as steamed dim sum. All the staff were fantastic; they would introduce dishes and help clear plates quickly as soon as you approached the counter. There are also many children's facilities in the park, and it's a pet-friendly hotel with an outdoor pet park. The only downside is that there aren't enough signposts in the park. Even with a map, we still got lost frequently, haha.

The overall facilities and environment of the room were quite good. All rooms come with a 100-inch projector that has a built-in membership for watching movies, which is super convenient as you don't need to cast anything. The front desk staff even accompanied me to check out the room upstairs, and they said I could switch rooms immediately if there was anything I wasn't happy with – truly outstanding service, very warm and welcoming. It's also quite close to Dong's hometown, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby.

Amazing hotel, fantastic concept, flawless execution, beautiful minimalistic and super efficient rooms full of the best Muji products, super different to stay in a place together with their flagship store. I want to visit all Muji hotels and bring a group of great innovators around the world to see this unique concept in a great location. “The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

We chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our Chimelong vacation with family after comparing several hotels in the area, and after a few days, we feel we made the right choice. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby felt spacious with its high ceilings and natural light, creating a bright atmosphere. The tasteful ocean-themed decor added to the relaxed vibe. The guest room arrangements were thoughtful and detailed. Amenities like the children's bathtub set and exclusive toiletries were complete and practical. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows offered good support, ensuring a high-quality rest for the whole family. The staff proactively installed a child bed rail and adjusted the air conditioning vent to avoid direct drafts on the kids, which was very considerate. The dining experience was commendable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from local congee and noodles to Western pastries. For dinner, the dim sum and wonton noodles at the Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant were authentic and delicious, and the kids enjoyed them too. The hotel boasts excellent recreational facilities. The water park has a safe splash area for children, where they had a blast, and the indoor heated pool was clean and comfortably warm. An evening stroll around the hotel grounds was delightful, with the flamingos in the Seahorse Zone and the dolphin pool creating a natural and harmonious scene, adding to the leisurely charm. During our stay, we contacted our butler with questions, and they responded promptly and effectively. Overall, the hotel consistently performed well in terms of convenient location, comfortable accommodation, dining quality, and recreational facilities, making for a smooth and pleasant family getaway.
