As a frequent business traveler, I naturally hold IHG brands in high regard, usually giving them 90+ points. But when traveling with kids, you need 200% confidence and certainty, and that's precisely where the InterContinental Zhuhai excels.
From the patient and friendly staff to the refreshed facilities, you'd never guess this hotel opened in 2018. It has completely defied the 'seven-year itch' common in the hotel industry.
Since four of us were staying, every time we returned to the hotel after a day out, we'd find four pairs of slippers neatly arranged at the entrance, all pointing inward. They say details reveal true quality, and I believe that's what 'feeling at home' truly means.
The room's amenities are excellent, of course. Highlights include the double vanity in the bathroom and the bathtub, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the endless romance of Lovers' Road.
I want to extend a special thanks to Lydia, our 'service goddess,' for her comprehensive and impeccable service before, during, and after our stay. She significantly enhanced the efficiency of our Zhuhai trip, profoundly embodying the people-centric nature of the hospitality industry and upholding InterContinental's core philosophy of sincere hospitality, a tradition spanning over two centuries.
As we departed, the clouds broke, and the sunlight glistened on the sparkling sea, like a shower of diamonds. It felt like nature's gift to the diligent hotel staff. Indeed, 'love given is love returned, blessings given are blessings received.'
Inspired by the beautiful scenery, I penned a poem:
**To InterContinental Zhuhai (tune of 'Zhe Gu Tian')**
Zhuhai's special zone, ambitions grand and high,
Star-rated hotels, their duties they apply.
Renheng's brand astounds, impressing all around,
InterContinental's fame, its prestige widely found.
Great hardware, strong experience, truly defined,
Service as a shield, quality as a spear, combined.
Born by the sea, at the forefront it stands tall,
Guests flock in, its appeal enthralls all.
Goodbye, InterContinental Zhuhai; goodbye, my Zhuhai home.

As a frequent business traveler, the most important factors I consider when choosing a hotel are “quietness, practicality, and comfort.” After all, business trips aren't vacations; I need to be able to focus on work and also get proper rest to recharge. For this trip to Zhuhai, after scouring various platforms, I was drawn to the reviews for Li Shang Hotel. After checking in, I found it completely met all my expectations for a business hotel, and even brought some pleasant surprises!
I booked a city-view king room, and the overall atmosphere immediately captivated me as I opened the door. The hotel doesn't have overly ornate decorations, but details reveal a strong sense of design. The wall murals, in particular, are unique and elegant, not the typical generic decorative paintings. Their colors and composition are very tasteful, instantly making the room feel exceptionally classy, and a good deal of my fatigue melted away.
The practical amenities in the room truly struck a chord with a business traveler like me! By the window, there was a spacious desk and a comfortable chair. The desk was large enough to spread out my laptop, files, and documents without feeling cramped. The chair had just the right firmness, so I didn't get a backache from sitting and working for long periods. For business travelers who need to work overtime at any moment, such a setup is incredibly important. Not having to curl up and work in bed, and having a separate workspace, significantly boosted my efficiency.
What satisfied me most was the soundproofing of the room! The biggest fear on a business trip is a hotel with poor soundproofing, where you can hear every movement next door and every footstep in the hallway, making it impossible to work or rest peacefully. But at Li Shang Hotel, closing the door felt like entering a quiet little world; the outside noise was completely isolated. Working late into the night, it was dead silent, with only the sound of my keyboard. Sleeping was even more peaceful; I slept soundly until morning, undisturbed by any external noise. This absolutely deserves full marks!
Other facilities in the room were equally excellent. The 1.8-meter king-size bed was soft and comfortable, with just the right mattress support—not too soft or too hard. After a day of business, lying on it immediately brought relaxation. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the biggest surprise was the bathtub inside. It was spotlessly clean, without any water stains or strange odors, and the tub walls were smooth and pristine. After finishing work in the evening, drawing a hot bath to soak away the day's fatigue was truly a small luxury on a business trip. The toiletries were of good quality, with a fresh scent, and very pleasant to use.
Standing by the French window in the room, I could also enjoy the city view of Zhuhai; the view was expansive. During the day, sunlight streamed in, making the room bright and airy, which lifted my spirits. The hotel's location is also excellent. Although not in the bustling city center, it's not far from major attractions. If I wanted to visit Lovers' Road or the Opera House during my downtime, it was very convenient by car or taxi. There were also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily outings completely hassle-free.
Another surprise worth mentioning was the handcrafted coffee made by Miss Rose at the front desk! When checking in, Rose enthusiastically asked if we'd like a cup of coffee. I agreed casually, but when I tasted it, I was instantly amazed. The coffee had a rich aroma and a smooth taste, with a perfect balance of bitterness and acidity—it was easily comparable to a specialty coffee shop. After one cup, I felt completely refreshed and much more motivated for work. Miss Rose was also incredibly gentle, providing thoughtful yet unobtrusive service that made me feel very comfortable.
Throughout my stay, Li Shang Hotel truly gave me many surprises: a quiet environment, practical amenities, a well-designed room, a clean bathtub, and amazing handcrafted coffee. Every detail felt comforting and considerate. For business travelers, this is definitely an ideal accommodation choice, allowing for both focused work and comfortable rest, offering excellent value for money. The next time I'm in Zhuhai for business, I will definitely stay at Li Shang Hotel again and recommend it to friends who need to travel for business or leisure. Such a hidden gem deserves to be discovered by more people!

This is my go-to hotel for business trips! The subway station is right outside the door, and you just take the elevator straight up to the 6th-floor lobby – super time-saving for commuting. The sky garden on the 6th floor was a pleasant surprise; it’s full of greenery and has great air, making check-in a breeze. The butler service was fantastic; the young lady was charming and incredibly helpful, even sending bottled water to my room. The service was truly thoughtful. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The fridge was handy, and the huge projection screen was crystal clear. It even had a Tencent VIP membership, so I could catch up on shows and truly relax after work. The hygiene, environment, and service were all top-notch. Highly recommend!

I deliberated for a long time over where to go for a staycation in Shenzhen and finally settled on The Langham, Shenzhen. It happened to be my birthday, and I was only hoping for some simple relaxation, but I was pleasantly surprised and touched by thoughtful gestures throughout my stay. I absolutely have to document this genuine experience. Staying in an Executive King Room, every detail lived up to a five-star standard.
The most impressive part was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge check-in experience. It completely bypassed the hassle of queuing in the main lobby, taking me directly to an exclusive floor to complete the formalities. The moment I stepped into the lounge, I was captivated by its old-money charm. There were no flashy decorations, just warm wooden furnishings, subtly elegant lighting, and the faint scent of ginger lily in the air. It instantly melted away the city's hustle and bustle, creating an incredibly serene and atmospheric vibe, a stark contrast to those 'influencer-style' hotels. Elegance was etched into every detail.
The staff's service truly embodied 'home away from home.' They greeted me with smiles throughout, and the check-in process was efficient and seamless. They weren't overly intrusive but accurately anticipated and responded to my needs. Upon learning it was my birthday, they not only offered their well wishes but also discreetly prepared a little surprise later on. There was no forced flattery, just perfectly balanced thoughtfulness – that sense of proportion really earned extra points. While waiting to check into my room in the lounge, I could enjoy a drink, gazing out at Shenzhen's city view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Just sitting there quietly for a while was already a treat.
The Executive King Room was very spacious, with a well-designed layout across 56 sqm, feeling not at all cramped. The overall decor continued the hotel's old-money aesthetic, with a clever blend of classic English furniture and subtle Chinese details. The quality was evident, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet cozy, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. The bedding was just right in terms of firmness, allowing me to relax instantly and sleep soundly through the night, completely free from the discomfort of an unfamiliar environment.
I must commend the hidden compartment for laundry in the room – it truly catered to the need for privacy! There was no need to leave clothes to be ironed exposed or to specifically contact staff for pickup and delivery. Placing them in the compartment was both tidy and discreet, which is fantastic for those who value privacy. It really showed the hotel's thoughtful design. Besides that, the room facilities were comprehensive, including a freestanding bathtub, custom bottled water, and a wide selection of tea bags and beverages. Everything was well-maintained and showed no signs of age, with quality evident in every detail.
Breakfast did not disappoint either. As an executive room guest, I had the option of dining at the 2nd-floor buffet restaurant or the Executive Lounge. I tried both briefly, and each had its own unique appeal. The variety of dishes was extensive, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, with hot dishes, cold cuts, pastries, fruits, and a noodle station all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were on point. I particularly enjoyed the Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles from the noodle station, made fresh to order and incredibly fragrant. There were also exquisite Danish pastries, scones, and other baked goods that were both visually appealing and delicious. Slowly enjoying breakfast to start a pleasant day filled me with happiness.
My entire birthday staycation had no missteps. From the attentive service and elegant old-money ambiance of the Executive Lounge to the comfort of the room, the delicious breakfast, and delightful details like the hidden laundry compartment, every aspect felt well worth the price. The hotel's location is also very convenient, adjacent to a commercial district and within walking distance of the subway station, making travel and dining very easy. The second floor also offers direct access to a shopping mall, perfect for a leisurely stroll in your free time.
Throughout the experience, whether it was the service, ambiance, or attention to detail, I truly felt the quality of The Langham brand. All staff members were highly professional; everyone I encountered would proactively greet me, being warm yet respectful of boundaries. I'm genuinely delighted to have spent my birthday at such a hotel. It has already been added to my Shenzhen staycation repurchase list, and I'll prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen. I also recommend it to friends who appreciate an old-money aesthetic, quality accommodation, and excellent service.

Great location, but the hotel itself is a bit dated. The facilities aren't as new as some other hotels. However, the service is absolutely top-notch! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and kind to my kids. We even received a welcome gift upon check-in – some delicious small cookies from Macau's famous Koi Kei Bakery, which my children loved. The 6th-floor indoor heated pool is a nice bonus, though the changing rooms were a bit messy. Not a big deal since we could just go back to our room to change. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so no need to stick to the hotel breakfast. The dim sum at the 55th-floor restaurant is excellent. While it's a bit far from the popular internet-famous spots, the surrounding area is perfect for a leisurely stroll, with lots of charming little shops and cafes for afternoon tea. It has a chic, boutique vibe. Five-star recommendation!

The transportation here is incredibly convenient. There are direct bus routes to Gongbei Port and Jingshan Park. Fuhuali, located downstairs, has everything you could possibly need, including a great selection of Pop Mart's SKULLPANDA figures! There's also a large supermarket, which is great for buying fruit, and a staple food stall offering very affordable noodles, dumplings, and wontons. Evelyn, the Pullman duty manager, remembered us and quickly processed our check-in, even helping us exchange some loose change for the bus. We're very grateful! We'll definitely choose Pullman Hotel again when we return to Zhuhai.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang”
My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work.
The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk.
The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc
Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30.
Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English.
The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday.
Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room.
The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok.
I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

We booked a premium garden-view twin room, and when we arrived, Tina at the front desk upgraded our room for us – the room itself was absolutely amazing! She also thoughtfully helped me book a mahjong room. The service was truly exceptional! This is definitely the standard of a five-star hotel!
The dinner selection was also fantastic. Knowing we were a family of 10, they even reserved a specific 10-person area for us and brought individual mini lobsters to our seats. So thoughtful! We'll definitely be back for Chinese New Year! A big shout-out to Tina!

True to its reputation as a venerable five-star hotel, it exudes an old-money charm with a palpable sense of history. While the in-room amenities might not be the newest, they are meticulously chosen, and the layout and items show thoughtful consideration.
I checked in quite late and forgot to add a special request, so I was assigned a lower-floor river view room. Although I didn't end up getting a higher floor, I could see that the hotel genuinely tried its best to accommodate my request.
Guests receive priority booking and arrangements for Yutangchunnuan and Hongtufu, and when you mention your room number, you get an 85% discount, which effectively waives the service charge – a definite plus!
The gym and heated pool have a great ambiance; I didn't swim as I hadn't brought my swimsuit. However, the gym equipment is a bit dated, and it only has a Smith machine without a barbell, so no squat rack or bench press. I hope they'll consider upgrading it.

The Shenzhen Pengnian Wanda Hotel truly exceeded expectations. Its location is excellent, right in the heart of Luohu's central business district, close to the subway, Kingglory Plaza, and Dongmen Old Street, making getting around and shopping super convenient. It's also very easy to access the border crossing. The hotel itself is grand and elegant. After renovation, the facilities are new and clean, with spacious and bright rooms. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, stable water pressure, and all amenities are fully stocked, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The service is warm and professional; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the guest relations staff were polite and attentive. Any requests were responded to promptly, making us feel completely at ease. The Cloud View Revolving Restaurant on the 50th floor is a highlight, offering a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the city's nightscape. The food is rich and fresh, with a diverse breakfast selection including both Cantonese dim sum and Western flavors, all delicious. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, with a gym and swimming pool, meeting both leisure and business needs. Whether for a vacation, business trip, or a family gathering, it's very suitable. It offers great value for money and an exceptional experience. This is a high-quality hotel in the Luohu area that's worth staying at repeatedly. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our Chimelong vacation with family after comparing several hotels in the area, and after a few days, we feel we made the right choice. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby felt spacious with its high ceilings and natural light, creating a bright atmosphere. The tasteful ocean-themed decor added to the relaxed vibe. The guest room arrangements were thoughtful and detailed. Amenities like the children's bathtub set and exclusive toiletries were complete and practical. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows offered good support, ensuring a high-quality rest for the whole family. The staff proactively installed a child bed rail and adjusted the air conditioning vent to avoid direct drafts on the kids, which was very considerate. The dining experience was commendable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from local congee and noodles to Western pastries. For dinner, the dim sum and wonton noodles at the Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant were authentic and delicious, and the kids enjoyed them too. The hotel boasts excellent recreational facilities. The water park has a safe splash area for children, where they had a blast, and the indoor heated pool was clean and comfortably warm. An evening stroll around the hotel grounds was delightful, with the flamingos in the Seahorse Zone and the dolphin pool creating a natural and harmonious scene, adding to the leisurely charm. During our stay, we contacted our butler with questions, and they responded promptly and effectively. Overall, the hotel consistently performed well in terms of convenient location, comfortable accommodation, dining quality, and recreational facilities, making for a smooth and pleasant family getaway.
GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel operates on a level of excellence that transcends borders and benchmarks. Having traveled extensively across Canada and other parts of the world, I can confidently say that this property—and more importantly, its staff (Maimai)—sets a new gold standard in hospitality.
They accommodated our request to use the gym during extended hours at their inconvenience, allowed use of their lounges while moving their other reservations around.
The Hotel: Impeccable Design Meets Thoughtful Functionality
Every corner of the hotel speaks to a commitment to detail. The architecture is both grand and inviting, blending modern elegance with local charm. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and intuitively designed for comfort and convenience. From the plush bedding to the ambient lighting and high-end amenities, it’s clear that no expense was spared in creating a sanctuary for guests.
The common areas—lobby, lounges, spa, and dining spaces—are equally impressive. They strike the perfect balance between luxury and warmth, making you feel both pampered and at home.
The Staff: A Masterclass in Service
What truly elevates this hotel is its team. Every staff member we encountered (Maimai again haha)—from front desk to housekeeping, concierge to restaurant servers—embodied professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make our stay exceptional.
Front Desk: Efficient, welcoming, and proactive. They remembered our names, anticipated our needs, and made check-in/check-out seamless.
Concierge: A wealth of local knowledge and a magician when it comes to reservations and recommendations. They went above and beyond to personalize our itinerary.
Housekeeping: Discreet, thorough, and consistent. Our room was refreshed daily with precision and care.
Dining Staff: Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always eager to accommodate dietary preferences.
It’s rare to see such a uniformly high level of service across all departments. The team operates like a well-oiled machine, yet each interaction feels personal and heartfelt.
Culinary Excellence (Dimsum)
The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Whether it was breakfast in the sunlit atrium or dimsum (with a potential business partner) in the signature restaurant, every meal was a celebration of flavor and presentation. Ingredients were fresh, menus were creative, and the chefs clearly take pride in their craft.
Commitment to Excellence
What sets this hotel apart is its unwavering commitment to excellence. It’s not just about luxury—it’s about creating meaningful experiences. The staff doesn’t just meet expectations; they anticipate and exceed them. There’s a culture of care, pride, and hospitality that permeates every interaction.
Compared to even the finest hotels in Canada, this property stands out for its consistency, warmth, and attention to detail. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place to remember.
Final Thoughts
If you're looking for a hotel that delivers more than just a room, but an experience that lingers long after checkout, this is it. Whether you're traveling for business, leisure, or celebration, this team will make you feel like the most important guest in the world.
Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. This is hospitality at its finest.

AAnonymous UserThis time the hotel was really crowded, and I appreciated the hotel calling me beforehand to check my arrival time and needs. Since it was so busy, they upgraded us to an Executive Sea View Room, which was a nice touch and showed their thoughtfulness. However, as someone who vacations at the InterContinental Dameisha every year, I was still quite disappointed this time. In the past, the hotel used to give out beach toys and octopus plushies, and there were always friendly, smiling staff everywhere. But this visit was truly disappointing. There were no staff members at the exit from the hotel to the beach, and everyone had to swipe their room cards themselves. With so many people coming and going, it just felt chaotic. The quality of the buffet dinner has also gone down significantly. The previously young, smiling staff now seem older and much more aloof, and the service quality has declined a lot. This hotel used to be the pinnacle of parent-child hotels in Shenzhen, consistently ranked number one. If things continue like this, it will surely be surpassed by the MGM next door. I still hope the current hotel team will put more effort into it and not let a hotel with such a good reputation deteriorate.

GGuest UserComing to Guangzhou for the winter holiday, the weather was absolutely perfect, around 20 degrees Celsius, mild and comfortable. We stayed in a family suite at Chimelong Hotel, which was ideal for our family of four. The biggest highlight was definitely the spacious bathroom, complete with a bathtub. You could soak in the tub while someone else showered without any inconvenience. There was also a balcony right outside the bathroom, and even a shower on the balcony itself (can you believe it?). If it weren't so cold, I would have loved to try showering outside!
The hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. The room décor had a lovely family theme, the TV was disguised as a camera, and the bedsides were all soft-padded. They even provided 'Dou Shou Qi' (animal chess) and children's books, which the kids loved. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept soundly through the night!
The hotel's buffet was also good, with a wide variety of dishes. The biggest draw was being able to eat while watching flocks of flamingos and, occasionally, white tigers eating chicken legs. Sitting there, with a large white tiger casually lounging nearby, was truly a unique experience. It was a bit pricey, but there wasn't much else to eat within the park. Delivery scooters aren't allowed in the park, so you either have to pick up your food at the park entrance or find someone to deliver it for you, which isn't very convenient. However, since we were already paying several thousand yuan a night for the room, a few hundred for the buffet wasn't a big deal! The buffet breakfast gets very crowded, so if you're in a hurry, it's best to go before 7:30 AM.
There were so many families with kids visiting during the winter break! If you want to experience all three theme parks, it's best to plan for two full days. We arrived around 11 AM on the first day, just in time for peak check-in. We had to queue to store our luggage (check-in wasn't until 3 PM) and then queue again to check-in. By the time we entered Chimelong Paradise, it was past 12 PM, and every major ride had a queue of about 50 minutes. We definitely couldn't finish everything in one afternoon. If you're planning to watch the 8 PM Grand Circus (if you have standard tickets), it’s best to head to the rides near the north gate of Chimelong Paradise around 6 PM, and then immediately go to the circus entrance to queue. Standard tickets don't have assigned seating, so getting in early is the only way to snatch front-row seats.
You'll also need a full day for the Safari Park, otherwise, you won't be able to see everything. If you plan to visit the Birds Park on the third day, it only opens at 9:30 AM. Although it's not huge, it still takes about half a day to explore. So, if you're flying back the same day, it's best to book a flight after 4 PM, otherwise, you'll definitely be cutting it too close.

FFuzhonghuaThe hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to the park. The concierge promptly reminded guests about the shuttle bus to the Spaceship Park. Staff service was responsive, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel's fitness center is well-equipped with a gym, foot spa, and more, allowing us to relax even during a busy schedule. We truly experienced high-quality service and a comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to everyone. The bathroom was spacious and bright with plenty of hot water. We felt very relaxed during this stay; the service, environment, and facilities were all excellent. Next time we visit Zhuhai, we will definitely choose Penguin Hotel again and recommend it to friends. Check-out was very convenient and quick; we just dropped the key card into the express check-out box without having to queue. The shuttle bus downstairs to Spaceship Park was also very convenient, and you can walk directly to Ocean Kingdom – super handy! For dining, there are buffet options and a la carte stalls. The hotel staff were warm and provided great service, and luggage storage was free. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, and it's just a short walk across to the high-speed train station. The butler was proactive in responding to our needs, thoughtfully reminded us about the weather, sent park show times, and explained how to do express check-out. Our whole family had a wonderful time during this trip, and we will definitely choose Penguin Hotel again when we come here in the future.
ZZhongshanlanggouI've lost count of how many times I've visited this place, but this is my first winter trip. The experience was totally different – very few people, and the scenery was as stunning as ever! I have to mention that the hotel offered a hot pot buffet in winter, which made the dining options much richer. This time, I'd like to thank the customer service lady who upgraded my room, and a special shout-out to Ms. Zeng Peijuan for the complimentary oysters at the restaurant – absolutely wonderful! 🎉🍾
WWoduiaiqingyoujiepiWe wrapped up our Guangzhou trip at Forest Sea, spending three days there. We'd traveled from Beijing to Guangzhou for winter break with our child, and stumbled upon this family-friendly hotel. It turned out to be an unexpected gem! The room was spacious and bright, with a thoughtful design. The indoor and outdoor kids' water park is huge (and the water quality is excellent), and every staff member was warm and responsible. In the evenings, there was a bonfire party and a fireworks display, which was a lovely treat since we can't see fireworks in Beijing. The hotel offers a wide range of recreational facilities; we even took our child on a helicopter ride to admire the beauty of Forest Sea from above. During our stay, we met our housekeeper, Miss Meili, who was incredibly attentive and professional. She gave us a detailed introduction to all the hotel's activities and facilities and reminded us about the parent-child activity schedule. She reminded me of the saying: 'True service makes guests feel like they're being cared for by a friend.' She always seemed to appear exactly when we needed her, while maintaining a perfect sense of boundaries. This kind of professional warmth is more valuable than any luxurious hardware. Before we left, she even gave our child a souvenir. A big thumbs up to Miss Meili! We hope to have the chance to bring our whole family back again.
GGuest UserRoom review: The room facilities are great, not old as some people mentioned. There's also a super big bathtub, which made the kids very happy!
Service review: Olina at the front desk was lovely, with a great attitude. She proactively asked if we needed children's amenities, and her smile was infectious.
Location review: Seaview room with a distant view of Macau, and you can take a walk along the beach after dinner. The location is unbeatable!
After checking out from Chimelong Hengqin Bay, we planned to go to Guangzhou the next day. Since we finished late and didn't want to stay near the high-speed rail station, we chose the Sheraton hotel. Super convenient!
GGuest UserThis truly lives up to its online reputation as the best value-for-money hotel at Chimelong. The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong International Circus, making it super convenient for activities. Initially, I wasn't happy with my room, but the staff went above and beyond, running around to help me switch rooms. Communication was quick, and their service attitude was superb; the whole process was very professional. All the staff I encountered at Chimelong were very polite and friendly. I'll definitely be back!
MM58265****I booked this hotel a month before the Mid-Autumn Festival. I stumbled upon it by chance and was surprised to find such a secluded paradise in downtown Shenzhen. Although the hotel has some history, it's very comfortable inside. We even received a complimentary unlimited-access pass for each person to the attractions. While the overall facilities are a bit dated, our deluxe triple cabin room had been recently renovated, and the bathroom facilities were brand new. My favorite part was the balcony; enjoying the moon there that night had a special charm. Interestingly, we ordered takeout, and the delivery guy was so captivated by the beautiful night view that he lingered at the front desk taking photos after dropping off our order.
