The overall experience exceeded my expectations. Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel offers comprehensive resort amenities. The hotel's shuttle bus system is well-developed, connecting all attractions within the resort, making travel planning easy. Security management is strict, with security facilities at key points and staff constantly patrolling. The parking lot has ample spaces, and the fees are transparent, making parking convenient. The luggage service is attentive, with simple and efficient handovers. Room cleaning is meticulous, keeping the room dry and tidy. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the towels and bathrobes are clean and odor-free. Toiletries are well-stocked, and the slippers are of good quality. Hot water supply is stable, and the shower gel and shampoo are gentle to use. The in-room Wi-Fi signal is stable, and the air conditioning temperature control is accurate. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes with many flavor options, and the food quality is excellent. Lifeguards in the pool area constantly monitor the situation, and the water quality is well-maintained. The gym is well-equipped and regularly inspected and maintained. The staff are patient and polite, and any issues can be communicated. The resort environment is spacious with a strong vacation atmosphere, making it very suitable for families or friends traveling together.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

This past week, I've wanted to hit snooze every morning, even after my alarm went off. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, allowing me to fully relax and unwind on tired evenings. Finally, I have to talk about the surprising dining and facilities. I initially thought the hotel restaurant would just be a place to fill my stomach, but it turned out to be the biggest culinary delight of my trip. The breakfast buffet offered an incredibly rich variety, including a live station for local specialty noodles. That bowl of noodles, with its rich broth and chewy texture, cured my rushed mornings. First of all, a big thank you to Calice & Tracy for their meticulous arrangements before our stay. I was celebrating my mother's birthday, and the butler, upon learning this, prepared a lovely surprise birthday setup for us. Here are the main aspects of the hotel that I was very satisfied with: 1. Direct subway access: This is excellent for those who don't drive or want to avoid traffic jams and taxis. 2. Well-divided swimming pool: It has both 1.2m and 1.5m sections, keeping children and adults separate. Plus, the pool offers a fantastic view of the sea. 3. Beach access right downstairs: You can put on your swimsuit, take the elevator down, and go straight to play in the water. Then, take the elevator back up to your room to shower and change. 4. Sea view room: The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning! 5. Delicious buffet: Both dinner and breakfast buffets were unique and excellent. My mother was very pleased. One minor dissatisfaction: It seems the only way from the hotel entrance to the lobby is via the car lane. I walked around for a while and realized there's no pedestrian walkway. You have to walk in the car lane. Fortunately, traffic generally moves very slowly, so it wasn't too dangerous. Do they assume guests never walk in? 😅 Overall, I think a sunny weekday during the off-season is perfect for a two-day stay here!

Traveling with two adults and one child, I've stayed at several other family-friendly hotels, but was generally disappointed. I've already warned other moms in my parenting groups about avoiding those places. Pros: 1. The room facilities are excellent, with a full range of children's amenities like small stools and bath bags. Housekeeping did a great job. 2. The Aviary World is very well done overall. Cons: 1. The concierge service was terrible. When checking in, I was pushing a stroller with my left hand and dragging a large suitcase plus a tote bag with my right, but no one offered to help with my luggage or direct me to check-in. 2. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They told me the crib was 60x90cm, which made me wonder if they were trying to dissuade me, as I almost said 'never mind, our baby is 88cm and won't fit.' However, the actual crib provided was about 120cm long. 3. It's not as well-equipped as other family hotels. When booking, the customer service rep said cribs couldn't be reserved and were on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. There's no bottle sterilizer/dryer. 4. Both breakfast vouchers required an additional fee, yet on October 2nd, the breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9 AM! Is this acceptable for a five-star hotel? 5. After I complained about issue #1 to Trip.com, the hotel immediately questioned the authenticity of my claim, demanding to review surveillance footage. Two to three hours later, they investigated, sent a text saying they'd compensate me, but nothing ever came of it. It would be great if the hotel could make some management changes after seeing this review. If not, that's fine too; reputation is built by actions.

This time, I brought my whole family to stay at the Penguin Hotel, and overall, the experience was really good. What impressed us most was its location. The hotel is directly connected to Ocean Kingdom, which is incredibly convenient for families with children. No need to bother with taxis back and forth; if the kids get tired, we can always pop back to the room to rest our feet instead of having to power through the itinerary. We booked a Gold Sands Fireworks View Family Room. The room had ample space for the whole family to spread out, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable – perfect for recharging after a long day of fun. The hotel offers a good variety of restaurants, with options to suit all ages, though it can get quite crowded during peak meal times, so I'd recommend dining at off-peak hours. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were generally friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The entire hotel is decorated with a penguin theme, which kept the little ones excited the whole time. Just being able to see penguins in the lobby kept the kids entertained for ages. Having accommodation, dining, and entertainment all in one place saved us a lot of hassle with trip planning, allowing for a more relaxed vacation pace. Overall, it's a great place for families with children. While there are minor drawbacks, they didn't detract from the overall holiday experience. If you're visiting Chimelong with kids, the Penguin Hotel is definitely a stress-free top choice.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is cozy, and the front desk staff are friendly. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended. The value is superb, the room is clean with no strange smells, and the staff are responsive. We had a great stay. The location is excellent, right below Zhengjia Plaza.

【Thoughtful Touches】Exclusive 24-hour butler service: First off, the front desk lady was incredibly polite and patient when we checked in that evening! The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

This is our third time at Forest Sea, and this time we invited friends to come along for a vacation. The experience was, as always, fantastic! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; a special shout-out to Alone, who was very responsive to our needs and paid great attention to detail. The restaurant food was a pleasant surprise, completely changing our perception of resort dining. This place is truly a paradise for kids, with the water park being a huge hit – the children had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The resort environment is very comfortable, allowing adults to relax and chat while the kids play freely. It's perfect for a short trip with a few families. Every visit here is so refreshing, it's a place we'll definitely keep coming back to. Highly recommended for friends looking for a family-friendly getaway.

Facilities: Generally decent, but there was a musty smell in the room, probably due to the carpet. Hygiene: Visible areas were fine, but the TV cabinet was moldy, as shown in the picture. Environment: Among Hilton, St. Regis, and Sheraton, I chose Sheraton to watch the fireworks, as I heard the Hilton had the Macau Tower blocking the view and St. Regis was too high up. However, I found that the Sheraton's view also had issues: the fireworks boat and the bottom of the fireworks were blocked by the bridge piers, as shown in the picture. Service: When checking in on the morning of October 4th, the staff member on the far left was very professional; you could tell she was an experienced employee. There was a lack of crowd control outside. While I was checking in, a young woman inexplicably stood beside me, and then when I was getting my room key, a young lady with her boyfriend cut in line from the exit. It was frustrating; they're not even 'aunties' yet, but their behavior already is.
