A lovely weekend stay at Manor Hotel surrounded by vast bamboo forests, peaceful lakes, and nature everywhere. We spotted birds, monkeys, porcupines, and even sloths around the territory. The highlight was definitely breakfast with giraffes — such a unique experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with rides, rope walks, and plenty of activities for children. The large territory is easy to explore thanks to the transfer carts that quickly take guests around. Our stay started with some disappointment as our original room had damp stains on the ceiling and dirty carpets nearby, but the staff handled it professionally and moved us to a cozy cottage hidden among the bamboo trees. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing with tea on the terrace while listening to the wind and birds. We also appreciated the early check-in and the thoughtful touch of having chargers available in every room in case guests forgot theirs. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. One suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness of the ponds and streams around the property, especially for a hotel at this price point.

My stay was even better than expected, and this is my second time choosing this hotel! The location is convenient, and the soundproofing is excellent – no noisy traffic disturbing my sleep in the main city area in the mornings. It's also close to West Lake Scenic Area with good surroundings. The check-in process was quick, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. The hotel's room manager even shared travel tips. Although the room has floor-toto-ceiling windows, the blackout curtains work perfectly. They've thought of everything! Highly recommend for tourists.

The B&B is right inside the scenic area. You can park at Parking Lot 2 and it's about a 3-5 minute walk through Sujialong. I arrived around 6:30 PM, and by then, the scenic area no longer required an entrance ticket. The night view was really great! The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and quite good, especially the river-view rooms.

This hotel was super comfortable and easy to find. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive, and I especially loved the large full-length mirror which was perfect for photos. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the spacious counter was ideal for getting ready. The room itself was very roomy and I really liked it, especially the huge projector screen – perfect for binge-watching shows! When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it right to my door. Down in the lobby, they had delicious coffee, popcorn, and popsicles. The location is super convenient, with lots of local restaurants nearby, and it's close to Hubin Yintai in77, so you can take a nice stroll by the lake in the evening.

And everyone in this hotel is super nice and helpful, doing their best job! The staff is real luxury in this place. 4. Hot springs (many choices, clean) 5. Decent breakfast (a real honeycomb, cheese selection , grilled chicken, they even prepared egg Benedict for us) Disadvantages: 1. It’s really old and you can feel it-outdated “tired” furniture, decorations, dirty carpets 2. Odour in the room (“aged” smoke) 3. Ridiculous prices for 7-eleven quality food (ordered room service), the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever tried (although I was reimbursed easily) 4. Some facilities are out of order, like a steam room 5. Dirty pool (the water was not clear, the staff told us that’s because there were too many people) I’d like to thank Lucy and other employees for doing everything they could to make us happy. I still recommend this place for a short stay and experiencing the hot springs.

I traveled from Shanghai to Shaoxing and arrived before 11 AM, but they still arranged for me to check in. The front desk staff enthusiastically recommended local delicacies and attractions. Any issues I encountered during my stay were promptly resolved. On my last day, they kindly reminded me about the check-out time, and even offered us bottled water as we were leaving. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, but the service is even more attentive and thoughtful. The hotel is also within walking distance to various attractions, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

The location is convenient for transportation, as the B&B is very close to Wuzhen West Scenic Zone, making getting around easy.

The location is fantastic, right in the Tianyi Square business district with tons of dining and shopping options nearby, super convenient. The Catholic Church and the popular 'cherry blossom' elevator are just next door, literally a 1-minute walk! The room, while small, had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a good variety of items, including freshly made wontons and noodles. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!

Another thing that felt excessive was the hotel photo service. They give you only 3 free pictures, and if you want additional ones, they charge ¥80 per extra photo, which I honestly find quite exorbitant for simple pictures. Aside from these issues, the hotel experience itself was wonderful, and I would still recommend it for the cleanliness, location, service, and overall comfort.
