3-Star Hotels in Espirito Santo, Brazil

Accessible, clean hotel. I had to deliver some packages and they practically kicked the gentleman out of the room, which was prohibited. I told them it would take 3 minutes and they kicked us out immediately. I left the place.

My stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well. The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

The only thing I have to complain was that tomorrow I was playing evangelical music at breakfast, and the TV was off. I suggest to guide the collaborators or those who do not right to have ambient music to be religious orientation, or agitated music, a classical music or a new bossa, or instrumental is much more consistent with the diversity of the environment (particularly because you also receive foreigners). The hotel is well located, near everything and mainly the beach. The service is excellent, the room is perfect. I just leave my criticism of parking that is a little confused and tight and breakfast that could have more options.

Deceptive! I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels. Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality. Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date. The rooms are very good and the breakfast is very good, and you can have more food options, and you can warm soups during the coffee period.
