3-Star Hotels in Goias, Brazil

I made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.

The room offers good accommodation for the necessary rest. Excellent hot and cold shower! The point that the administration deserves to take care is, in my view, the presentation of the SPA facilities, because the walls need reform and the ceilings of the bathroom and shower are with mopho signs, and needs the appropriate corrective measures. The environment of the SPA is, of course, very wet and this requires constant maintenance and special cleaning, which I found poor. In general, accommodation is valuable and I suggest, but I suggest that the hotel manager make a detailed inspection of the SPA facilities, because it is impossible to use the mopho environment on the walls (check the ceilings of the toilet and the shower).

The hotel is wonderful, a wonderful accommodation, a beautiful view of the city. Just don't get to your will, wearing shorts and blues, because even you pay, the receptionists will judge you, and look wrong. There is also a lack of trip to enter wm agreement with the hotel because there is a payment option ONLINE, in the hotel the recipients deny payment. Deceptive!! If that was the hotel that I would like to host at the end of the year, today it is no longer!

Tivemos alguns probleminhas, ar condicionado quebrou, pia entupiu. Achei muito pouca a variedade do café da manhã e todos os dias a mesma coisa. No mais o pessoal muito agradável, e sim eu gostei do hotel. Foi minha primeira vez em Goiânia, e daria 10 para tudo, pois foi um dos melhores finais de semana da minha vida. E o hotel fez parte disso

The hotel is very good, very well located, close to different shopping, criticism, I took 2 rooms and put my 13-year-old children well away from our room.

Essa é a terceira vez que fico no Oft Tamandaré e infelizmente dessa última vez algumas coisas ficaram a desejar. Fui com minha filha e reservei um quarto com duas camas e nos colocaram em um quarto que na verdade é um quarto interligado com outro e embora as portas de ligação estavam trancadas, mas ouvíamos tudo no outro quarto e não consegui dormir direito pois tinha uma pessoa roncando a noite inteira. O lençol da minha cama estava rasgado também.

I came to the hotel and said my reservation was for two single beds, I had to show the voucher to prove it was a couple bed. Even so in the checkout, I was charged the difference of R$186 real and said you sent them wrong communication, it was very consternant.
