We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lady housekeeper was very friendly, and she offered to meet us at the drop-off point and brought us to the hotel within the Furong ancient town. We were grateful for the upgrade to the hotel room at the third floor where we had the view of the waterfall and river straight from the balcony in our room! Although our hotel room had no breakfast provided, we were offered bread, instant coffee and packet milk for breakfast the next day.

Great location, hotel room located on the 13th floor of a building, across the tianmen line A cable car entrance. Excellent quality room, helpful staff. Lots of places around to eat. Great price for what we got. Our room had a nice view of the tianmen cable car, and we only paid $60 AUD per night. Staff contacted us a day before to arrange for a pick up, however we weren't able to use their service. Staff gave us welcome snacks upon our arrival. Overall a great option when visiting the Tianmen mountain!

The location is soo strategic like you are close to everywhere especially the tianmenshan. It is just right behind the hotel. If u arrived at afternoon and stay for at least 2 nights, u can go to 72 wonders town and make sure ur leg is fit haha because u need to move around to catch bunch of performances at some spots at the area. The show is not really my cup of tea but it was worth for the first timer u should try. And then, The tianmenshan view is beautiful especially if u went at the right weather. We got a quite foggy and cloudy. The hotel located at 10th and 11th building of this AAlogo building (see the picts below). The room is spacious and with toilet and shower separated as requested. Food stalls are everywhere. Hallal food probably should be asked for. Lastly, thank you so much Tianmen area!

Really convenient location! About a 5mins walk to the entrance of wulingyuan, the owner(?) was really friendly and helped booked all our tickets (even to the romance park) at a cheaper price and even helped plan our route. Theres a minimart across the street and the night market downstairs its really worth it. The rooms are also very big and comfortable. And even have laundry that you do yourselves and they help hang while you are out. I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this always!! I

Good location. Just 1 minute walk from the metro exit No1. Quiet room and easy access to almost anywhere with metro. Had a complimentary baggage transfer service from Hotel to airport. Checked out of hotel at 12 noon, went shopping and picked up baggage at 9pm at the airport! So convenient! PS, hotel is NOT in IFS itself! Be careful as I was lost for a while.

What should I say? Best accommodation so far from my current trip. Let's start from the location, right opposite the ticketing area, super convenient, the hotel itself has a very traditional look, small details with the ancient city vibe but modern facility, complete amenities, so very comfortable. Included local breakfast that so yums, and the people in charge, super accommodating! best ever compared to big cities. I got into an accident on the tour and they were really helpful! I am pretty sure that I will come back again. Super recommended!!

super good bro it looks exactly like the pic 😭 & q clean!!! the best part is its right next to HAIDILAOOOOOO 🆙🔝 legit just right next to it omg. near the railway station, tianmen, & lots of other shops too! and the staff r so so so nice!!!! needed help for last minute laundry and 小杨 & the housekeeping team helped so much ＜3 they also have special prices for activites & will give u information on places :)小杨really helped with all our questions, super friendly and polite staff!! the room is also perfect for couples & thrs lots of space to put ur luggage! tq hehe will definitely stay agn!!! 💛 (we actly extended our trip becus we love the place so much LOL)

Beautiful view, room was very clean and spacious and the hotel staff service was great. Train stations drop offs and pick ups were included which made it extra convenient.

This hotel is absolutely amazing my second time stay here and is the best option in price and confortable, rooms very clean ,staff very helpful and youbcan clean your clothes and easy to access amazing

Lobby hard to find at first. Its inside metropole hotel, beside Atour hotel. Theres two tour agencies beside so its very convenient to book tickets for attractions. Corridor of hotel rooms seems like its in an apartment. But inside, rooms are great.

This local hotel is about 15 mins walk from East gate and appears rather new but which still need some final touches. The facade is elaborate and the waiting area with elegant chinese style panels and have a potential to be run as a designer boutique hotel but the place can be a little more tidy. The roof top garden has the view of the mountains not unlike a chinese ink painting but it’s not operating during winter. Most importantly they have big clean rooms for 2 spacious beds with spotless beds and sheets and the two host are very helpful to explain the routes to the national park and also trying their best to explain the the choices of breakfast they serve. 5 stars for their attitude. Ps there is a slope up toward their entrance and not suitable for elderly

Highly recommend this homestay. I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner as we were exploring Zhangjiajie. Hosting: incredibly helpful host, sat us down on arrival and talked us through the attractions/how best to plan our itinerary, drove us to the national park entrance and bus stop as needed (for free!), helped us get our tickets. Room: The room was lovely with a big, comfortable bed and big shower. There was AC/heating depending on what was needed. Big window front facing the river. Very quiet. Location: Great location, 10 minute walk from Zhangjiajie centre. Has lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Food: Good breakfast, coffee available if asked. Lunch/dinner available a la cart - some of the best food we had during our entire China travels. We have loved our stay here, and highly suggest stying in this place, it feels very homey, family-run, and feels much more 'local' than many other hotels.

The hotel lobby is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is very good, warm and thoughtful, and always smiling. The front desk prepared a travel guide, which is very convenient. The front desk lady arranged for us to have a midnight snack, and the check-in was very smooth. The room was very clean, and the waitress brought bath towels. The service was very good. Vienna's 3 best hotels are worth recommending.

Owner is hospitable and provides good information in planning for zjj national park and tms. Helped with entrance tickets booking. Provided good suggestion for good restaurants with discounts.

A lovely hotel 5 minutes walk away from Zhangjiajie National Park’s Wulingyuan Entrance. The room was amazing and had daily cleaning. The bed sheets/duvet were changed after 2 days. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. She suggested an itinerary for me for the National Park, as well as visiting the Grand Canyon/Glass Bridge, and Tianmen Mountain, based on the number of days I was staying and my transport arrangements. The only con would be that the cat stays in that glass box and that is very sad. It is so friendly!

The lifts were such nightmares as it kept breaking down and the door closes within short period of time. The entrance was so hard to find too. I think this place is more suited as love hotel, not very kid friendly. The air vent is quite bad as it brings second hand smokes from ppl staying in other rooms. The lighting in some rooms are very dim too, so be cautious when picking your room.

Very good location, friendly and helpful front desk people. Rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities available. Incase you are a foreigner, the front desk guy will add your wechat and help you in any case.

Really, I have been surprised by this hotel. I love it so much! It is located at a very convenient address, within walking distance to some of Changsha's attractions and subway stations, and downstairs is a very famous food street. Although it is located in a busy area, it is not noisy at all. The room is also very big and comfortable, well-equipped, and able to rest well. The counter staff had a good service attitude and even helped me upgrade my room for free😍 They also provided some travel tips and suggestions, 24-hour counter are manned, and laundry service is also provided. Moreover, check-in also gave some small snacks, all so delicious😋.Overall, very recommended to stay, really like it too! 真的有被这个酒店惊喜到，太喜欢了!!! 它坐落的地址非常方便，步行就可以到长沙一些景点和地铁站，而且楼下就是很出名的美食街。虽然坐落在繁华地段，但是完全不会吵。房间也很大，很舒服，设备齐全，能够很好地休息。柜台人员服务态度很好，还免费帮我升级房间😍 而且他们也提供了一些旅游攻略和建议，24小时柜台都有人，还有提供洗衣服务。入住还送了小零食，都好好吃哦。总的来说，非常推荐大家入住，真的太喜欢了！！

Was here for a family visit. It was a pleasant experience living here at Chang hotel at the heart of the city centre. To be honest I was a bit unsure given the price and the pictures however it turned out to be completely in line. The stuff were very friendly and gave me an free upgrade over the 4-day stay. I would heavily recommend the place if you are looking for a simple clean and chilled experience in changsha. Will for sure come back.

Perfect hotel if you are arriving the airport late at night. Contacted the hotel upon arrival and they sent a Passenger Van to pick me up at the pick up point outside the arrival hall. Super good service. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room is VERY clean & comfortable and I don't hear any plane flying throughout the night at all. Advice is to skip the breakfast. The Metro to the city is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Reached my next hotel location at 5-1 Square in about 30 mins. 

The room is clean and cozy and the price if affordable. The style is modern, contemporary. With AI service integrated, it is very convenient. Particularly like the bathroom. Recommended to all travelers.

Strategic location, super close to Changsha railway station, the exit is just infront of the hotel, overall room is spacious with 2 big log size bed, although the room comes with no window, you won’t feel pressured, good value for money as well, highly recommended

The location of the B&B is a first-line river view. This B&B is really great and makes people feel at home! The lady was very enthusiastic and picked us up at Hongqiao, the entrance to the ancient city. She will tell you the travel guide and recommend the Phoenix Evening Show, which is very beautiful and cost-effective! The room is spacious and bright. I like the hanging basket on their balcony the most. It is the best location to see the night view. It is worth recommending!

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

Unless your absolutely want the waterfall view in your room, not really worth 200$ cad. Hotel is at the end of a commercial street, so your luggage wheels need to be sturdy. Be ready to bring it down a couple of flights of stairs as well. The room is on the smaller side with a pretty typical hard mattress (even king size). The balcony door is just a slab of wood with not much insulation, so the humidity and loud noise come in quite easily. Breakfast is average with local food served on the second floor (reception is fourth) outside.

Small room but with great design. Love the balcony oversee the river and bridge. Great spot to hang out during cold season. Lady boss greeted us by helping to carry our luggage, suggest us places to go, shops to visit and dressing costumes. Downside is water takes some time to be hot (both sink and shower). Overall a good stay. Very happening area.

The lady boss provided clear video clips and photos of where she will be waiting and the direction for me to meet her at the pick up point outside the train station (prior to my arrival). The one-way pick up service is complementary as per hotel booking. A value added service provided by the hotel and lady boss. Other hotels did not provide such service. The hotel is at the center of the Furong Town main street, which is approx 300-400m from the entrance. It's very convenient to walk to any hotspots in Furong Town. The room is clean and comfortable. It's a modern design room type compared to my friend's other hotel room, which is a local antique design. The view from the room balcony was great especially at night, although it's not a waterfall view. My overall stay was great and satisfied.

This hotel was such a gem! Located in a beautiful scenic area, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond by picking us up, dropping us off, and even helping with our luggage, which made our stay so much easier. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. One standout feature was the heated toilet seat, which was such a treat during the cold season. Having a washer included was another huge bonus, especially for longer stays. Overall, everything about this hotel made us feel at home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings!
