The hotel provided a pickup service from the train station. Since it is located within the ancient town, a staff member met us at the entrance gate and escorted us to the hotel. Visitors are required to purchase entrance tickets to access the ancient town. The room assigned to us had a charming old-world character and featured a balcony overlooking the waterfront, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality contributed greatly to our experience. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the unique setting and atmosphere of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again when visiting the area.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.

Rooms were super clean and decorated so well, location was great and very convenient (nearby to Tianmen Mountain and the airport/railway station), very friendly hosts! 房间很干净，布置得也很好看，位置很棒，非常方便（靠近天门山和机场/火车站），房东人也特别友好！

This is a wonderful hotel! It's located in the center of the ancient city. The view from the balcony is stunning. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. The girls at the reception and the main lady are always happy to help you with anything you need. They arranged a transfer from the train station and found a driver to take us to the hotel. We then arranged for the driver to take us to Tongren Airport the next day. A little about the driver: Reliability, good attitude, quick response, and a reasonable price for the service. About the room: Very beautiful interior and design. Clean and snow-white bed linens, soft pillows, and comfortable beds. Good plumbing in the bathroom. There are rubber slippers. The shower has good water pressure and excellent towels. Hotels in the ancient city usually provide disposable towels, but this hotel had regular, good towels. I was very happy about this. 😊 The tea area and balcony access are separate, aesthetic spaces for enjoying the atmosphere of the ancient city and immersing yourself in the culture. A tip for travelers with sensitive hearing: stay out late and enjoy the night views, and use earplugs before bed. The hotel is located in the center of the ancient city, so be aware that there are many cafes nearby with loud music—an integral part of the evening atmosphere. Our room was on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, like many hotels located on both sides of the river. This is a unique and exclusive feature of this place. We knew about this, and it wasn't a problem for us. I recommend this hotel!

The location is unbeatable! The Metro Lines 2 and 3 are right outside, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The hygiene is excellent, and the zero-pressure mattress ensures a great night's sleep. The 24-hour service is very responsive, and the late check-out was a wonderful touch. Highly recommend!

Views from the room were fantastic. It’s not the main waterfall, but still gorgeous to have a glimpse of from bed. The main views are a very short walk away. It’s a small town, but the hotel is central with easy access to restaurants and other viewpoints. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and convenient. We had a nice relaxing stay here.

You can't beat the value for money here! It's right next to Wuyi Square Pedestrian Street and Huangxing Subway Station, making transportation super convenient. They offer complimentary breakfast vouchers; the breakfast isn't extensive, but it's decent enough. As for cleanliness, housekeeping comes daily to clean and replenish toiletries. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

The front desk service is attentive, there is no need to queue up for check-in and check-out, the invoice is simple and fast, the message is clear, the business trip reimbursement saves a lot of trouble, and the attitude is particularly friendly. The room was clean and tidy without odor, the room was fully equipped and the hotel had a special parking lot.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was very central and convenient for getting around. The hotel amenities were good, and we especially appreciated the free laundry service, which was a really nice touch after traveling. The hotel owner was also very fair and genuine with us, and we never felt like they were trying to overcharge or upsell anything, which we really appreciated. There was a slight smoky smell in the room, but apart from that, everything else was great and we were comfortable during our stay. The hospitality from the staff definitely 💯 I stood out the most for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and next time we visit, we would definitely stay longer and come back again.

The rooms are spacious, bright, impeccably clean with premium amenities.The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and respond to every request instantly. The whole journey from check-in to check-out is seamless and thoughtful, making you feel exactly at home. The traditional Chinese breakfast is absolutely delicious, and you can enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery while dining. This isundoubtedly one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. I highly recommend it to all travelers.
