We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Our room was incredibly clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.

Rooms were super clean and decorated so well, location was great and very convenient (nearby to Tianmen Mountain and the airport/railway station), very friendly hosts! 房间很干净，布置得也很好看，位置很棒，非常方便（靠近天门山和机场/火车站），房东人也特别友好！

This is a wonderful hotel! It's located in the center of the ancient city. The view from the balcony is stunning. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. The girls at the reception and the main lady are always happy to help you with anything you need. They arranged a transfer from the train station and found a driver to take us to the hotel. We then arranged for the driver to take us to Tongren Airport the next day. A little about the driver: Reliability, good attitude, quick response, and a reasonable price for the service. About the room: Very beautiful interior and design. Clean and snow-white bed linens, soft pillows, and comfortable beds. Good plumbing in the bathroom. There are rubber slippers. The shower has good water pressure and excellent towels. Hotels in the ancient city usually provide disposable towels, but this hotel had regular, good towels. I was very happy about this. 😊 The tea area and balcony access are separate, aesthetic spaces for enjoying the atmosphere of the ancient city and immersing yourself in the culture. A tip for travelers with sensitive hearing: stay out late and enjoy the night views, and use earplugs before bed. The hotel is located in the center of the ancient city, so be aware that there are many cafes nearby with loud music—an integral part of the evening atmosphere. Our room was on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, like many hotels located on both sides of the river. This is a unique and exclusive feature of this place. We knew about this, and it wasn't a problem for us. I recommend this hotel!

The location is unbeatable! The Metro Lines 2 and 3 are right outside, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The hygiene is excellent, and the zero-pressure mattress ensures a great night's sleep. The 24-hour service is very responsive, and the late check-out was a wonderful touch. Highly recommend!

Views from the room were fantastic. It’s not the main waterfall, but still gorgeous to have a glimpse of from bed. The main views are a very short walk away. It’s a small town, but the hotel is central with easy access to restaurants and other viewpoints. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and convenient. We had a nice relaxing stay here.

One of the Best Hotel Stays I've Ever Had! I had an amazing stay and was truly impressed by the overall service. It exceeded my expectations and offered incredible value for money. A few highlights from my stay: 1. Exceptional butler service – The butler name正波 was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and caring. They even helped me return more than 10 parcels, which was far beyond what I expected. I really appreciated the extra effort. 2. Excellent laundry service – One of my favorite services during the stay. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. 3. Innovative technology – I loved the smart room controls and the delivery robot that brought my requested toiletries right to my room. It made the whole experience feel modern and convenient. 4. Perfect location – The hotel is in a very strategic location. Most of the popular attractions are within a 1 km walk, yet the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, this is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The quality of service, facilities, and location are well above its price point. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Originally stayed in a standard double room, just entered the room to go to the toilet and found the gecko, scared to death. Then contact the front desk to deal with it, immediately change the room, solve the processing very fast. New hotel, still have to pay attention to all aspects, 10 minutes by taxi from Yueyang Railway Station, breakfast is not bad. There is a bus stop on the left side of the door, and there is also a direct road to Yueyang Building and Panda Garden. There is also a barbecue near Sihua Construction. In short, it is very convenient. I hope that the chair will be added to the soundproof mat, and I heard someone drag the chair late at night for 2 consecutive nights.

My stay at Zhangjiajie Jianing Hotel exceeded all expectations! The high-floor panoramic window offered a spectacular view of Tianmen Mountain right from my bed. The room was equipped with smart amenities, and the giant projector screen had excellent picture quality. The entire room was meticulously cleaned and smelled fresh. The zero-pressure mattress made for an incredibly relaxing sleep. Downstairs, there's a food street and an outlet mall, so dining and shopping were super convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing routes. Plus, laundry and parking facilities were all available, making my trip completely stress-free. This will be my top choice for accommodation in Zhangjiajie, and I'll definitely be back for my next visit.

The rooms are spacious, bright, impeccably clean with premium amenities.The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and respond to every request instantly. The whole journey from check-in to check-out is seamless and thoughtful, making you feel exactly at home. The traditional Chinese breakfast is absolutely delicious, and you can enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery while dining. This isundoubtedly one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. I highly recommend it to all travelers.
