3-Star Hotels in Midtjylland, Denmark

Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

Opposite the train station, you can't get there Breakfast is very good, the reception is quite excellent, all questions can be answered. Going left is the city government and pedestrian street, Aros Museum. The room is not very soundproof. Others are great, very suitable for our long-distance international short-term business trip. smile City.My friend recommend the hotel comwell, but the location is great and aarhus is not so big like Shanghai, just the room is a bit small.

Very basic room, no tea/coffee/kettle etc. Good view(we were on 7th floor), surprisingly large room for their cheapest offering. Really nice staff and good breakfast. There is a direct bus to city centre from outside hotel, can use that bus upto 1 AM.

It has an excellent location outside Herning, in the middle of Jutland and close to the highway. Most are self-service but are convenient for a business traveller and not restricted to certain business hours. The breakfast buffet offers cold dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, and drinks.

We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the hosts who responded immediately to all our messages and requests. The location is great and very close to the university (only 4 minutes away).

Similar to a homestay, the room is small, but clean and tidy. The hotel owner's old wife and grandfather are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is one per person. The amount is relatively large. Anyway, I can't finish it. It should be noted that if you arrive at night, you need to call the billboard at the door (the old lady and grandfather can rest early, I took a little time anyway). The hotel is still a bit away from the train station. I wanted to go to the hotel and finally gave up. Fortunately, the taxi.

A great place to stay for exploring Samsø. We arrived early, but the room was ready for us. The room was simple, but spacious, and we didn't miss anything. Same with the breakfast - small buffet with everything we needed. We will recommend this place to everybody.

臨時訂的，兒子在丹麥留學，趁聖誕+新年假期，我跟孩子爸爸來丹麥看他，順便租了個車子自駕遊。冬季的丹麥早上9：30天才亮，下午4：30幾乎天黑了。所以冬天不適合在丹麥旅行，白天時間太短了。因為兒子在學校一直吃西餐，所以我們旅行的時候特意找帶廚房的公寓。房東是個在丹麥住了40年的伊朗人，他們一家住在隔壁那個矮房子裏。房子比較老了，廚房，餐廳，客廳在二樓，地下室是一個洗衣房，如果要借用洗衣需要50DKK，我們訂的4人房，按照人頭收費，我兒子後來又補了100塊。停車在自己家院子，免費的，每個房間有冰箱，但是我們沒打開，因為就一個晚上，室外温度更低，我們直接把東西放陽台了。下樓到路口左拐過地道有一個365 Discount超市，從365超市買完又Google map 顯示走路4分鐘可到另一個Netto超市，但是1 🈷️1日新年實在太冷了，我們在365超市買完就回家了。廚房的刀實在太鈍了，切菜有點難，不過廚房用具很齊全，所有的鍋碗瓢盆，杯子，盤子，刀叉都有。我們自己做了晚飯和第二天早餐，還是很方便的，用完廚房幫房東收拾乾淨了。

The staff is really nice and I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. It's better to check in before 10pm, as there won't be anyone after 10pm, instead they will put the key outside the keybox in front of the entrance.

A decent hotel, with a great location close to the city center, making it easy to get to the church and the old town. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very kind and provided excellent service even though we arrived late.
