We had a good stay at Hotel Arthur. The location was pretty convenient for us - it was a 5 minute walk from Helsinki's Central Station for platforms going to/from the airport, tram service was nearby and it was within a 15-20 minute walk of everything we wanted to see in Helsinki. We booked this hotel because it was inexpensive for our stay and it was pretty pleasant.The breakfast was included with our stay and was welcome as well. We booked a twin room with two twin beds. The beds were comfy and we found extra pillows in the closet. We had a really good sleep each night at the hotel because it was very quiet. The room had a couple of chairs including a pretty big cushioned one, a desk and a TV that was mounted high. The room could be a little better with the cleaning of the tv remote and kettle but the beds and bathroom were fine. The hotel is over 100 years old and we felt the hotel showed its age the most in the room because there are some renovations that have been done over the years and it is pretty evident . Our room only had plug-ins at the desk and there was none near the night stand by the beds. The closets were in need of some maintenance because the door tracks were a bit stiff, the floor was peeling and the drywall in the back was loose. The shower used to have sliding doors as evident by the track that wasn't removed but the shower had a curtain that was too short and the floor squeegee was there for a reason because the water went everywhere when I showered. Shower pressure was fine and it was easy to get plenty of hot water. You may want to consider bringing your own bath products because the shower gel was meant for hand soap, body wash and shampoo. The hotel has saunas that you can book upon request. If you book your hotel reservation directly through the hotel you can get a discounted rate of 8 euros per person for the sauna but if you book through another website it is 10 euros per person. There is a nicer sauna that is shown in the pictures of the hotel but it fills up pretty quickly. We got the other sauna and it was ok but was in need of some cleaning because previous guests left their wet towels all over the place instead of in the towel bin located under a bench. We felt it was silly to charge a different rate if you booked through another platform because we wouldn't have heard of this hotel if we didn't use the platform we used! The breakfast was pretty standard and I had a nice English breakfast each day from the buffet. The mushrooms, sausage and hash browns were my favourite but I grew to enjoy the scrambled eggs during my stay because they add something to it that I'm not used to. They also had yoghurt, cereals, cold cut meats, fruit and cheese amongst other standard breakfast staples. They had a juice dispenser, a small selection of tea and black coffee. They also had items that you could pay for at the bar like a cappuccino or chocolate chip muffin. The reception area was pretty good. They had luggage storage and quite a few chairs to sit in. My wife liked their small souvenir shop and got some cute post cards. The staff are very helpful and can provide recommendations for the city. The reception also provide tea and sugar for your room and you can pick up your rations daily. They do not provide regular cleaning for the rooms but you can arrange cleaning or new towels through reception. There are plenty of sights to see nearby as well as cafes, restaurants and shopping malls. The tram is a short walk away and that was very convenient for us as we did a day trip to Tallinn using the ferries to go across the sea. We booked this hotel because it was affordable in a pretty expensive city and we would still recommend it if the pieces are fair. It has everything you need, from an induction stove and refrigerator to a microwave and an electric kettle, so it feels like a one-room apartment for a single person. I was able to spend my time like I was living there, warming up takeaway deli food and making salads. The sauna is unisex and swimsuits are required. It was very clean and I was able to relax in it. There is also a laundry room, which anyone staying at the hotel can use for free. It was about a 2-minute walk from the nearest Marni station. It takes 15 minutes by train to Helsinki Central Station, and about the same to the airport. There are also many local buses that depart from the station, and you can get to Marimekko and Iittala Arabia Center in Herttoniemi in 20 minutes without changing buses. In any case, it is very convenient for transportation and is perfect for long-term stays. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Helsinki. However, there is no front desk, and the staff are only there from 10:00 to 18:00. I arrived at a time other than that, but I didn't know how to enter, so I just went through the entrance when people were entering and leaving. When the staff is there, they will store your luggage for you. The self check-in code is supposed to be emailed to you in advance, but I still hadn't received it even a week before... I inquired with Trip.com, but they said it would arrive before check-in. I still hadn't received it the day before, so I contacted the hotel directly and they emailed me the code. I was a bit worried about that, but I'm very satisfied with my long-term stay. I'd like to use this hotel again when I visit Helsinki.

The interior was well cleaned and beautiful. The pots and tableware provided were beautiful, but they were disinfected with hot water. Very comfortable and I want to use it again. About 10mins walk to Helsinki Central Station which links up to the airport through rail. Our room (triple room) was quite spacious and well-furnished. Hotel also allowed us to place luggage in cabinets that comes with its own key, free of charge, after we checked out.

The location is very good, the port can be reached on foot. The hotel also belongs to a business district. The hotel is also very new. The room has a pole for drying clothes, which is very important. The room was hygienic. When I checked in, I found that there was blood on the wall and no one was clean. The washstand in the bathroom is a bit low. The hotel can walk to the old town, and it is acceptable for people who travel not far. The room size is quite large and the price is cheap. Overall it is recommended to stay.

如果你是住三天以上,大大大推這家酒店,干净,有型,安全,方便👍👍👍之前睇d評價都有少少但心入住,因為全智能,因為入酒店辦入住,都要按密碼先入到去辦智能登记,所以一定要查清楚郵件,我就是郵件發到垃圾信箱以為沒收到酒店給的郵件,現在是夏天當然沒問題,冬天可不行,所以查收郵件很重要,入酒店之後就很方便了,白天有人當值,18點后沒人,這點要清楚,进入所有的門拍卡,上電梯拍,上樓層拍,所以很安全,價錢超值,就算上AB區買day pass 都比住青年旅社便宜,好太多,交通超級方便,係市中央火車站所有p线去機場全部經過15分鐘一班車,到mayyrmaki 站,就可以坐520 530 30 巴士兩站路唔晒2分鐘,停正酒店門口,大型行李绝對冇問題,唔買daypass,單程票2.9歐元可以坐個幾鐘包Hsl所有交通,我哋冇買day pass 我地去芬蘭堡玩咗都用到尼張單票,另外酒店服務都好會換毛巾,大聽有超有型厨房和廳,房間都有厨房同洗衣機,洗衣粉都有,有個小露台,總之價錢超級合理交通方便,火車到最市中心2o分搞掂,酒店一個站路程有4間超大超市,行過去5.6分鐘.去機場6個站都方便,機場算C區,有咩問題trip.com第一時間都幫到忙

When I booked, I fancy this hotel with a good location, right next to the tikkurila train station. It is very convenient to stay in whether it is from the airport or by train from another city. Finnish hotels are not cheap, and this chain is not bad. There are still some tableware and kettles in the room, you can take a light meal, but the range hood really didn't understand it, there is no pipe, and the smoke is directly from the top. The smoke is still in the room. Self-service check-in, no front desk, poor survivability is a bit challenging. The hotel has a shared washing machine, which is good.

Very beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly with a smile. The room I entered was not cleaned and I changed the room immediately when I told him. It was a quick and nice response. The cleaning was kind to call me if I was in trouble. The facility itself is very beautiful! The sauna was also the best Amenities such as toothbrush were not attached. Also, it is high to stay alone, so it is recommended to stay 2 ~ (^^)
