3-Star Hotels in Uusimaa, Finland

The location is quite near from the train station. The breakfast menu is quite many for western people. Thank you.

We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places.

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

The hotel is a bit far from Helsinki Central Station, but I could walk there without a suitcase. The nearby supermarket was very convenient. Although the building is large, having two elevators and several entrances made getting around very efficient, with no need for long detours. The room amenities were excellent, with a fridge, freezer, dishes, and an electric oven (microwave), plus a dishwasher. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. The self-service luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the self check-in process had many fields to fill out, making it a bit slow; it would have been better if I could have entered the information beforehand. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The area is in zone B , in between the city Center and the airport. There is a train from airport to reach the accommodation. When exiting the platform just look up to see the building direction. It’s is visible and around 5 mins of normal walking. Downside there may not be a check in staff all the time. Only at specific hours/day.

Despite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel. My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold. I wish there had been more guidance on how to use the temperature control devices. Also, slippers were not provided in the room, and there needs to be a clear designation at the entrance where shoes must be removed. 헬싱키 출장지에서 조금 떨어져 있었음에도 불구하고 주변 경치와 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 시설 좋은 호텔에서 2주 동안 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 하지만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 온도 조절 지침과 조절 장치가 명확하지 않아 추워서 잠을 설쳤다는 것입니다. 객실 온도를 조절할 수 있는 장치의 활용법에 대한 충분한 안내가 있었으면 좋겠고 또한 객실에 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않았고, 입구에서 신발을 벗고 들어갈 수 있도록 구분이 필요해 보입니다.

There's nothing else to complain about, just that it's a bit far. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and it was a bit tough dragging luggage up the slope. This is an older apartment, but all the facilities are complete. There's a fridge, an iron, a microwave, and a kettle. Overall, it's considered clean, even though it's genuinely old.

This is a self-service hotel. A door code is sent to you before arrival. It's in a great location, with nearby restaurants and a convenience store across the street. Very close to Stockmann mall, Trams available about 2 streets away. I requested for tea and I found a generous amount of tea bags waiting for me. They also have a microwave, a mini fridge and electric kettle. The only problem was the bed. It wasn't comfortable for me. But if you are on a low budget, this is the best place to be.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; with a location like this, you really can't ask for more. The room's layout is quite unique, making it feel surprisingly spacious. It's keyless entry and has a 12 PM checkout (which is a rare find!). Plus, it even has a fridge and microwave (though no plates), so I think it's perfect for short trips.

Very beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly with a smile. The room I entered was not cleaned and I changed the room immediately when I told him. It was a quick and nice response. The cleaning was kind to call me if I was in trouble. The facility itself is very beautiful! The sauna was also the best Amenities such as toothbrush were not attached. Also, it is high to stay alone, so it is recommended to stay 2 ~ (^^)
