Upon entering the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us and helped us check in. The overall impression was great, and the room was very clean. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk staff used pictures to communicate with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a wonderful experience, and the hotel is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around.

This isn't a typical tourist town, but it has many hidden gem shops. SAKAINOMA Guesthouse does a great job with this, providing a detailed map. Upgrading the chairs in the lobby's common area would add a touch of luxury. The hotel is surrounded by filming locations for many TV shows and movies; it would be great if they could provide guests with a 'must-visit' checklist. There wasn't much meat available for breakfast. It would be a pleasant surprise if they converted two public bathrooms on the higher floors of the bay-view side. Overall, the price and experience are well worth it. Down by the train station, there's Yokozuna Ramen, Starbucks, Komeda, and a medium-sized supermarket, which offers discounted wagyu beef in the evenings.

I've stayed at the New Otani in Hakata before, and this time I chose the one in Osaka. Both are equally luxurious and grand, but I found the room's cleanliness in Osaka to be a bit lacking compared to Hakata – there were some stains behind the closet door. The location is super convenient, close to both JR and Keihan train stations. The room was spacious enough, with two bathrooms, which was incredibly handy for a family trip. When we checked out, we made a last-minute decision to take the shuttle bus to the airport. We only had five minutes before it departed, but the front desk immediately called the shuttle service, printed our tickets, and had a bellboy whisk our luggage over. We made it onto the bus smoothly, and I'm very grateful for their quick assistance. The surrounding area is also very convenient; we took a leisurely stroll to Osaka Castle. We even stumbled upon an XG concert tour, with the venue, Osaka-Jo Hall, right across from the hotel! We snagged tickets for 400 yen and enjoyed a high-quality concert. So happy! 🥳

Carpark closed after 11pm, you will need to park nearby with very high charges. Better to take note the carpark timing, some area will require you to move your car at 2am/7am or they will count by every 30mins/60mins. Carpark charges: 2,500yen per day for hotel guest. If you drive, traffic is bad at evening, right in front hotel. Front desk service: Not good. Staff being not so polite after 11pm, like there is curfew for my late check in. Probably the staff also rushing to change shift. Lobby at 17th floor, not my choice if talk about convenient but is clean and comfort. Room: Very clean and neat, spacious. Booked for Run of House, they combined two twin beds and is comfortable. I love how they have a partition sliding door between bedroom and washroom, you can have a good night sleep at night. Room Service: Simple & Clean for daily cleanup. Quick and responsive for additional replenish request. Japanese style Onsen: Indoor & Outdoor, small area but great if less crowd. Sauna available inside too. Given female spa access card upon check in for onsen access. Food: Walking distance with many nice foods and restaurants, even clubs but is all well managed. Fast checkout at drop-off box

Had a wonderful stay in Centara Grand, situated in a quiet street of one of the most busiest neighbourhoods. It’s a 10min walk away from Namba metro lines and the Kintetsu rail. There are two Lawson stores nearby and it’s also connected to Namba Parks on L2, which makes it very convenient. I opted for the Premium room which offered a great view and was sizeable enough that it doesn’t feel too squeezy like other Japanese hotels. Bed was comfy though the pillows were thin (have to double stack). Wish the mini bar was free though. Staff service was excellent, all my interactions were very positive. Amenities wise, the hotel has a small but sufficient gym for vacation. The concierge also offers luggage and airport transfer.

Hotel REF by HMI in Izumisano is my go-to choice whenever I have an early morning flight. The prices are reasonable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The highlight for me is definitely the hotel's large public bath and outdoor rotenburo (open-air hot spring) on the top floor – a soak there in the evening is incredibly relaxing and helps melt away fatigue. Plus, the hotel is less than 100 meters from Izumisano Station; you can see it right after exiting the subway. It's also just two stops away from Kansai Airport, making its location absolutely excellent!

My overall stay was exceptionally good, with excellent service, ambiance, room type, and meals. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. Initially, I didn't have high hopes for the Imperial Hotel Osaka because the exterior photos looked a bit dated. However, my perception was completely overturned after checking in. It truly exceeded all expectations! Even if the hotel's facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly well-maintained, comfortable to use, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, providing a fantastic experience, truly the standard of an established luxury hotel. The front desk staff were gentle and accommodating. One staff member (I believe her name was Kim) was especially attentive, actively helping with luggage every time I went in and out. I stayed in a riverside room on a lower floor. The environment was very comfortable, and the price was not expensive at all (much better than many more expensive design hotels). The bedding in the room was excellent, and I slept wonderfully. The Japanese breakfast offered by the hotel was outstanding in quality, with a well-balanced and palatable selection. The dining experience was just right, without feeling overly full. (American breakfast was also available in another restaurant). The hotel's laundry service is also commendable. Washed clothes were clean and neatly pressed, and they were even carefully organized and tied with ribbons. This level of delicate and thoughtful care is not common even among many high-end hotels. The hotel possesses a restrained and dignified classic charm, with sincerity towards guests evident everywhere. I have high standards for accommodation details, but this hotel still managed to be impeccable. I would prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka and am also willing to try other hotels of the same brand in different cities.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as clean and tidy as before. The room was very spacious, and the bedding, comforter, and pillows were all super comfortable. There's free coffee in the lobby, and a Lawson convenience store, McDonald's, and ramen shop nearby. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct service to Kansai Airport. All in all, this hotel is our top choice for accommodation in Osaka! 👍👍👍

The environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating! Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people. Location: Excellent location, within a 15-minute walk to Yodobashi Camera, right next to Lucca, and Daimaru department store. There are also many great restaurants along the way. Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them! Thank you very much, I'd love to visit again! ^_^

All staff understand and speak simple English which makes communication smooth ⚠️Only one staff we met at the main entrance of hotel she was rude ( I think she was handling the free shuttle bus and when we ask where the bus going she refused to answer and chase us away 🤷🏻♀️) Oh and the Room Cleaner can understand English too and is very polite and friendly 👍 Room is really big and clean However we couldn’t find any convenient store nearby Location is far away from city center but near airport

LLily LiauwThe hotel has an excellent location, directly connected to Rinku Town Station, Premium Outlets, and Kansai Airport, making it very convenient for travelers. There is also a Lawson convenience store attached to the hotel on the 2nd floor. The self-service luggage storage area was spacious, well-organized, and very convenient. The self check-in and check-out procedures made the process fast and easy. The breakfast on the 21st floor was very good, with a beautiful view of the sea and Kansai Airport. The food selection was extensive and delicious. The room was a bit small and the staff felt rather rigid. The laundry machines were quite expensive, had small capacity, and the washing and drying machines were separate. Other than that, everything else was very good.
