Hi all hotel is clean enough and in wasn't happy with 2 single beds that couldn't be moved together, no tea and coffee in room and at £2 a cup and a long journey to aquire one at reception but head down at a great price.

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Had a great stay at StayCozy Studio Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

We had a quadruple room, which was really great with comfortable beds and enough space for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, 10 minutes from the airport bus, and right in front of Alexander's Pub, which is fantastic for any meal and super cheap. The only downside we noticed is that there are only two elevators, and one was broken for our entire stay, and then the other one broke too. So we had to use the stairs, but that wasn't an inconvenience for us.

Really nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a twin cabin room (no others available)basic but comfortable and very clean, warm, TV, complimentary tea and coffee. A phone for room service if required. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could possibly want to start you off for the day. We had a meal in the restaurant Friday evening which was really lovely with again great staff. Hotel is close to Liverpool lime street train station. Though it didn't upset our stay there was a party Friday and Saturday night that was very loud and went on till 1am It would have been nice to have been given this information.

I booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers in the room.

The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

Royal Kibo show all great Staff there was a young lady called fantastic Customer Service very great hospitality concierge all round very good. I would highly recommend that she would go the long distance within the company I feel like she’s a great person. She’s been very helpful Mad at the front desk and also the other staff also have been great too all round very clean great location and also the bar was fantastic and also the Staff once again are great. I would highly recommend the Royal Cliffton here in Southport I would definitely come back and stay here again !

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜
