The location is very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. However, it's a bit far from the city center—it's the last metro station. The reception staff are friendly and patiently answer questions. The room is quite spacious, with a small hallway with a closet. The room has a table, chairs, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. It's nice that they provide coffee and tea (unlike the hotel of the same name). Everything is clean, with good linens and fresh towels. The Wi-Fi is good. Although there are cars in the courtyard, it's quite quiet. Breakfast is a bit pricey—around 11 euros. A definite downside is the mini-fridge, which barely cools even on the highest setting. Overall, the experience was favorable and I highly recommend it.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it for more than one night. The location is excellent, but unfortunately the hotel itself has many shortcomings. The breakfast was very poor and offered very limited choices. There was no refrigerator in the room, no safety deposit box, and no telephone to contact reception directly. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted properly, which made the room uncomfortable during warm weather. There were also no bedside tables, no complimentary bottled water, and the shower design was completely open to the room, providing very little privacy. In addition, the walls and sound insulation were extremely poor. Every time a door was closed anywhere on the floor, the vibration could be felt inside the room, which was very disturbing, especially at night. Overall, the hotel seems excessively focused on cutting costs at the expense of guest comfort. While the location is excellent, the facilities and room comfort fall far below expectations. I would only consider this hotel for a very short stay.

Very good location, but you might need to bare in mind that it is in the city centre so it will be loud during the night. It located just right next to St. Stephen’s square. Walkable distance to the river.

It is well located in center and the room was spacious. There is a fridge and nice TV system. Rooftop pool is nice but pretty small. But thats all in terms of positives. Housekeeping came only once in 4 days. The shower didnt have a door so each time the bathroom was soaking wet after showering, this made it especially annoying that housekeeping didnt come. There is also no closet for clothes. Double bed has two single bedsheets instead of double sheet. There is no reception, you can only communicate through whatsapp. Would not recommend this overall. Mainly the housekeeping issue was unacceptable.

Just 5 minutes walk from Nepliget bus station. Located in very busy quarter but the inside of the hotel is quiet and clean. The airconditioner was too weak and never went below 25 degrees celcius, which made the room actually hotter than 25 and not pleasant. I don't understand why many European hotels still set this kind of temperature limitations. It is very hot in summer and we need cool rooms.

I really enjoyed my 3-day stay at K33 Boutique Apartments in Budapest. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city's main attractions. There are also restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything very convenient. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the customer support was excellent. Whenever I needed assistance, I received quick responses via WhatsApp. As for areas for improvement, the elevator was not working, which can be inconvenient, especially if you're traveling with luggage. I also missed having a bath mat in the bathroom and napkins or paper towels in the kitchen. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to spend a few days in Budapest.

The location is indeed excellent, very close to the subway station, which made getting around to attractions and finding food incredibly convenient. However, the room layout was particularly cramped, with very limited space to move around and insufficient storage. The breakfast offered a small variety of items and was quite ordinary in taste, nothing special. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was poor, and corridor noise easily seeped in. While the facilities were new, the attention to detail was lacking. I'd only recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stop, not for travelers who prioritize accommodation quality.

Our flight from Munich was delayed by over an hour and departed late at night, so we arrived around 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, all the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful with our check-in. We were also satisfied with the room condition and facilities, and the breakfast was delicious :) This hotel is right in front of the airport, so it's a great option for those with layovers, or taking late night or early morning flights.

This was my first hotel in Budapest. The rooms are clean, the towels are spotless white, and they even provide slippers and bathrobes! The bathroom has an electric towel warmer. I'd like to express huge thanks to the lady who prepares breakfast – she was incredibly helpful and assisted me greatly. Now for the downsides: - There's no elevator in the hotel. I was lucky that I only stayed on the second floor and my suitcase was light. - In the evening, the area feels a bit unsafe and it's a bit far from the city center. - Staff – at 10:30 PM, no one could answer my texts or calls. I needed to check out at 8 AM, and no one answered the '24/7' phone line when I needed to pay for breakfast. The lady who serves breakfast was a great help; she had the personal numbers of various staff members and somehow managed to reach one of them! No one could take my card payment at 8 AM, so they allowed me to pay 20 euros in cash (breakfast costs 15). The check-out situation really soured my impression of the hotel, so next time I'll probably choose a different one.

As a solo traveler, I spoke no Hungarian and my English was very limited. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and my room was spacious and clean. I understand that amenities like conditioner and toothbrushes weren't provided, and I honestly didn't expect them. The view from the hotel was spectacular, with a beautiful church visible close by. Its proximity to the station made it very convenient. They kindly held my luggage for me while I was out exploring, which allowed me to see so many sights. I visited the Central Market and even had the chance to attend mass at a church. The area also boasts numerous attractions, and I even found an unexpected shopping mall nearby, which was a fun surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Hungary.
