This was absolutely amazing experience. I’ve got a free room upgrade, it was incredible. The hotel room cleanliness was extraordinary, super clean and finally I had a great night sleep. The mattress is extra firm and super comfy, keep your spine nice and straight. I really enjoyed my stay here. Another great thing about the location is the location.
Super convenient just next to Madame Tussauds. I travelled in Nov so it’s also right next to the Christmas market and main shopping street. Came by train and it’s only 10 mins walk to the hotel from the nearest metro. Its also an easy walk to the castle and for a stroll next tot the river. Due to the location, everywhere s walkable and k don’t even need to use the metro for a 3 days trip. I Room is well equipped but due to that, it’s a little small but comfortable enough. Breakfast is okay with good options.
Location is uninteresting and the hotel is only worth the stay if you absolutely need to be at this location (stadium or bus station). The room I got was small and dark, facing inward and without windows that could open. I asked to change to a room facing the street with more natural light but was told there were no free rooms left. Instead I received a coupon for a free drink in the restaurant, which was a nice gesture but did not solve the problem because the music was too loud to be able to work quietly there. The breakfast (not included; approx. HUF 4000 or EUR 10 ) was good value for money. Staff was very friendly (except for one male receptionist) but inexperienced and slow. Absolutely ridiculous that no drinking water is provided nor a water kettle in the room to boil (chlorine) tap water. I ended up having to buy two tiny bottles (250 cl) for HUF 1200 (EUR 3) each at the reception. If it wasn't for it's proximity to the bus station (Flixbus) I would not stay here.
The service we received and the attitude of the receptionist were appalling. She kept raising her voice at us and was angry about every question we asked. To enter the hotel, you first have to leave the lobby (if you can even call it that) and go through the staircase of a nearby building. The internet that was promised as part of the service only worked in the lobby itself, so we couldn’t enjoy any connection in our room at all. Very disappointing
The bathroom was terrible; the toilet and shower flushed terribly. The hairdryer didn't work, and the room was unbearably hot. A very uncomfortable stay.
Delightful little hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area of Budapest.
Rooms were clean, nice and warm. Heating could be adjusted to your own preference.
Paid for Breakfast consisted of a Coffee of choice and two delicious warm croissants.
There is a private courtyard for Al fresco drinking or chilling out.
Highly recommend to friends and family.
On the first two nights of our stay, there was some event going on, and the music played loudly until midnight. The soundproofing is quite poor; you can clearly hear people walking in the hallway, doors closing in adjacent rooms, and conversations.
On the first day, the showerhead couldn't be fixed to the wall holder, so I had to hold it while showering. I reported it to the front desk, but they said someone could only come to fix it the next day.
We requested twin beds, but none were available on the first two nights. We finally got a twin room on the third day, but there wasn't much difference between the twin and king beds. The 'twin' beds were still pushed together, though they had two separate mattresses, which might slightly reduce disturbance when turning over in bed.
After switching rooms, we encountered another issue: there was only one chair in the room. It felt like the amenities were always a bit lacking. The hotel's decor is very outdated, and the hot and cold water taps for the shower and sink are separate and need to be turned on individually.
If you need an electric kettle, you have to request one from the front desk, as they are not provided directly in the rooms.
The receptionist was very nice and explained clearly on stay and breakfast. Some stains were found on the bed linen but in general the room was clean and comfortable. All electrical appliances worked well. Best of all was the breakfast, providing a variety of options. Location was perfect, right at the city centre
This hotel is very clean, modern and the location couldn't be better. All sights are within walking distance and the metro and bus stops too. In the morning a wide range of breakfast. The hotel room itself is very neat and has good air conditioning. All in all I could hardly find any negatives. For the price this is great.
The hotel is conveniently located to major tourist attractions. Take 100E from airport to Deak Ferenc Ter & a 11min walk to hotel. Nearest train station is just less than 5 mins walk to hotel. There are many bus and tram routes just less than 5mins walk around the hotel. We could do day walks around the district and admire the architectural buildings. The hotel offers decent complimentary breakfast to all guests which is so convenient. St Stephen’s Basilica is just less than 8mins walk from the hotel. The advent markets started when we arrived. There are also several cafes and restaurants around. The service desks staff are very helpful and friendly. My check-in and checkout was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Hotel Review: A Cozy Stay in Budapest I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Budapest, and my experience was quite pleasant. Overall Ambiance: This hotel offers a more home-like environment rather than the traditional professional hotel experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, which made it easy to unwind during my stay. Location: While the hotel may appear to be slightly distant from the city center, I found that accessing the main attractions was not an issue. With a variety of convenient transportation options, including trams and the metro, reaching the heart of Budapest was straightforward and manageable. It’s an ideal location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being easily connected. Service: The receptionist staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness; they would knock multiple times before entering the room, ensuring guest comfort and privacy. Additionally, the option to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out was a significant advantage, allowing me to explore the city without the burden of my bags. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, providing a good night’s sleep. Despite my short one-night stay, I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Dining: The breakfast section offered a variety of options, making it a pleasant way to start the day. I found the selection to be adequate and enjoyable, contributing to a positive overall experience. Conclusion: In summary, if you’re seeking a quiet retreat away from the city’s hectic pace, this hotel in Budapest is a commendable choice. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and accessible location, it provides a comfortable base for both short and extended stays. My experience was quite satisfactory, and I would recommend it to others looking for a relaxed stay in Budapest.

I had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice. Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water.
Excellent location, just right in front of the Tram Line 1 which links you everywhere. Room and toilet are spacious. Helpful front desk staffs and quiet hallway, you don't hear people's conversation from your room. Will definitely stay here again if we're returning to Budapest.
Very strategic location, walking distance to major Christmas markets and churches, including tram and bus stations. About 15 minutes walk to the river and chain bridge. And another 5 to 10 minutes to the buda sides from the chain bridge.
