The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

Everything was smooth from arrival to checkout. Check-in was quick, the room and bathroom were clean (though not overly spacious), and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a limited selection, but all items were tasty and constantly replenished. Hot and cold water dispensers were conveniently available on every guest floor corridor. While not on a main road, the hotel is near a Soto Boyolali restaurant if you're looking for a convenient meal.

This is our 1st time to Pekan Baru with new experience staying in Khas Hotel. Very warm hospitality from the team. The room is spacious but they did not provide the mini fridge. So sad😣(to management team- pls take note).We have a issue with the shower but the team managed to settle the problem in a time.Located near to the airport about 20 minutes away.Easy to get Grab/Maxime. On the right side hotel there Makam Pahlawan. And the best thing, RM Pagi Sore is only opposite the hotel🤩

Syabila as a front desk helper was super friendly and kind. Vivi as the manager (?) kindly asked my review about the room. Unfortunately, the massage service was poor, the massage therapist seemed to have a bad day and even though I tried to be friendly by smiling, she rushed go in and go out. I gave her additional 50,000 Rupiah and said “If today something bad happened in your life, I prayed the best for your problem”. But she seemed so unfriendly. I barely heard she said Thank you. I won’t recommend if any foreigners want to get massage. They would feel Sumatra People are not friendly. Such a waste.

Great place, great service, and the room cleanliness was excellent. Loved it!

There is ice cream near the lobby, and the room is spacious. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Nice and clean, at that price you can get breakfast for a husband, wife and one child. Also close to the market but unfortunately the parking lot is cramped
