Unforgettable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent time at this Riad. The welcome is exceptional; you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The team is incredibly attentive, very warm, and always available. The Riad is magnificent, very clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. My room was impeccable and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and they even helped me organize an excursion to the Agafay desert. I recommend it 100% and would definitely come back. Shukran for everything! 🇲🇦

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.

Enjoyable stay at Riad Jibril. The tourist tax was expensive compared to my previous trips, as was the transfer fee, which could have been included in the price. Otherwise, a very good location in a very quiet neighborhood with all amenities. The staff at the riad were very friendly and always available.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

Hotel is just a strategic headquarters for a lazy tourist! Medina literally under the nose, so far you won't have to walk. Everything vital in step-by-step accessibility: exchangers to drop money, cafes and market to eat from the buzz, and cherry on cake drinking institution right beneath the side! For those who value not only cultural rest, but also qualitative ”night relaxation”.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

I had a wonderful stay at this riad. The place was charming, clean, and full of traditional Moroccan character. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful architecture and thoughtful details that made the experience special. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to explore the vibrant streets, markets, and attractions of Marrakech. Truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience with great service and a warm atmosphere. Small suggestion: It would be great if the riad could provide room slippers for guests’ comfort. Thank you:)
