Good hotel, big rooms, cleaning every day, breakfast in the restaurant opposite is quite good. It costs acceptable money. The minus that the air conditioning is central and never disabled, you can move the roller and there will be no air but from noise nowhere to go. A couple of times I saw the cockroaches in the shower. In general, the impression of the hotel is more positive.

La ubicación es buena ya que está en el centro de Tampico y es fácil salir y caminar para conocer y comprar.
El desayuno no es muy bueno ya que repiten lo mismo todos los días.
Las habitaciones están grandes y limpias al igual que el baño.
Estacionamiento gratuito durante la estancia.
Personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier requerimiento del huésped.

The hotel is clean and modern. It has several restaurants around in this convenient location. The only slight issue was that it took the front desk like 10 minutes to find my reservation and also to verify that it was prepaid already. Other than that the stay was very comfortable.

GGuest UserWhen they arrived at reception, they commented that they only accepted booking and shipping bookings, they lasted to give us the service but at the end they acceded, it's the first time they refused me to book for using Trip.com; additional card was given to us to enter the room without schedule, I couldn't open the door and I had to go down to reception to ask the right card; the room had a moisture smell, and that touched us (205) I had sliped the roof showing the pipe that passed up I imagined the smell comes from there; the low-plane lift (parking) doesn't work, which caused problems because one of us needed mule. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

VVadia BanderasI love the very clean room, smells clean, thanks to God did not smell cigarette as in some hotels I eh stayed , honestly I will stay again if I go back to Tampico, the only thing I would have liked there was more variety in the breakfast , serve only one plate and sweet bread , they were rich but I would have liked more variety of breakfasts
