3-Star Hotels in Bicol, Philippines

Room was clean. And breakfast was good. There is an on going renovation beside the restaurant. And my room view was not in the side of Mayon. Restroom was difficult to use because water was limited and there was no door to shower area, making the water splash all over at the toilet part.

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Очень много пыли и муравьёв на полу. Установлен кондиционер, но такое ощущение, что его просто отключили, а оставили только вентилятор. Горячий воды не было в душе. Персонал вежливый.

Average. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

Had a good time during out stay. Facility is okay naman... it's nice

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.

The big bed room is very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and hygienic, and the attitude of the waiters is also very good. There are many shopping malls located around the downtown area within walking distance (for example: sm). The price/performance ratio is very high. And the hot water in the hotel’s bath is very fast. And the pillows are also very textured. For people like me who stay in hotels for a long time, it’s really good👍
