The room was clean & modern. Bed was comfy. The charging pods were right next to the bed, and they even have a USB port - which made it super convenient having your phone right next to the bed charging. Light switches is also next to the bed, so you don’t need to walk to turn off/on the room lights. Downside is the bathroom, where there is no shower glass to prevent the water from over spilling into the other parts of the bathroom. Water drainage for the shower & sink is not very good, they do take a while to drain. Hair dryer is available but it’s not very powerful, almost impossible to dry your hair. No drinking water provided in  the room, but they do have water distiller for each floor. There is a kettle & fridge in each room. Breakfast is not buffet style, it’s more of a fixed set of menu for you to choose from. Hotel does provide complimentary luggage storage services for guests, and the concierge will help you to flag down a taxi if you need to hitch a ride to the airport.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly, professional, and quick to provide service. The room is cozy, spacious, and well-designed. The place feels safe and secure, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi work well. However, some parts of the bed sheets were slightly stained.

Booked it last minute when I arrived at the North Bus Terminal. The room was okay and clean. The location is ideal — right opposite the bus terminal, near SM City, and there’s a 7-11 on the ground floor. It can be a bit noisy due to the bus terminal and ongoing construction on the opposite building. Breakfast is buffet style, mainly Filipino dishes. Overall, the stay was okay.

I’m really happy that I decided to extend my stay. Even though I originally booked a regular room, they still allowed me to keep the deluxe room, which I truly appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and very considerate throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Facilities: All necessary facilities are available. Hygiene: Very clean, didn't find anything unclean. Environment: Great environment, a mall downstairs for dining, entertainment, and shopping. There's also a Jollibee a few hundred meters away. Service: Excellent service, just like staying in Japan – standard Japanese service.

It's good but I hate the idea of paying around 500 pesos if you did an early check in when the room is available. I've been to a lot of hotel that an hour or two early before check in time is okay, no other added charges is being asked. And I bet the promo rooms they are providing has some issues. The smell of the bathroom like there's pee smell even you haven't pee yet, the lock is broken and the shower is not even fixed you need to hold it. Cockroaches everywhere, good thing we only sleep there and stayed out most of the time. But the location is really okay since it's near to the beach where we enjoyed going to.

No complaints, as the price of the hotel is quite cheap, a place to sleep, location is not bad, short walk to Mango Avenue, Robinson Fuente etc, many shops around, aircond is old fashion window type but it's working well, water pressure is good, old country and western hot-cold shower mixer, the blanket is thin though, but again as said earlier, it does the job, good enough for a good night rest, buy your own drinking water from downstairs mini mart, basic soap shampoo and toothbrush/paste provided by hotel. For budget traveller, this is recommended, but but for those who are fussy and have better budget, pls skip this one.

We love our stay there. Excellent location. The hotel is very close to everything like Jollibee, McDonald’s, 7Eleven, restaurants, Chinabank, among other things and public transportation is an easy catch.

TTgjaneGreat hotel. Found it with only one review, went to look at it and booked it right away. The hotel is brand new, very clean, beautiful, cozy, the rooms and bathroom are large, completely consistent with the photo. The room has shampoo-conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, hair dryer, tea-coffee, a stocked refrigerator with prices, a safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan. The pool is clean, they give out towels for the pool. Breakfasts are a la carte: European and Filipino, very tasty, not small. The hotel now only offers breakfasts, beer and fruit can be bought at the reception, other food can be reached on foot or even order grab-delivery. The hotel is a little out of the way, but if you have a car or a bike, then there are no problems. The hotel also has parking. The only thing that was strange: we never waited for hot water, it says that there are solar heaters, but the water was always equally cool (not very cold, we washed without problems, but there was no hot water). Yes, the water in the shower is fresh, not desalinated.

GGuest UserBreakfast was great. The location is excellent, close to everything, and easy to find. My only minor issues were the lack of in-room slippers and no toiletries provided. However, they made up for it by offering unlimited drinking water conveniently located just outside the room.

GGordonThis is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

AAnne34👍 What works well •Location: It’s very conveniently located near Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (just a 5-10 minute drive) which makes it a good choice especially if you have a flight early or late. Staff & service: Many guests report friendly, helpful staff and good service. For example: “Staff was friendly, accommodations were clean and secure.” 👎 What could be better •Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently. •Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.” •Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic.

GGuest UserThe room we stayed in was very nice. Super clean and big enough. The location was great. Lots of food options to satisfy anyone’s needs and curiosity. I’d recommend the place right across the street which has a few options for Filipino BBQ. Or you can go to new town and drink expensive coffee at Starbucks. Whatever satisfy your fancy.

DDr. StephenThere’s no ocean view. Unless you hang off the small balcony that faces a wall. No Jacuzzi, no Onsen, and no smoking zone as advertised and instructed upon arrival. I was cooking bacon and, although I couldn’t hear any alarm, I had security staff insisting they enter the property to check. Fine. 5 minutes later, despite trying to eat, I had to ask them to leave when one of them wanted to take a photo of my meal. That’s intrusive, because it’s unnecessary, and I couldn’t wait to leave the building after that. The location is good, close to the shops and restaurants, the new museum being built, and 5 minutes away from the only open space, a vacant lot, the town as allocated as a smoking area. Unfortunately, it’s covered in cigarette butts and trash and from the moment you arrive the local girls stalk you. Awkward. This was fine for 4 days but not somewhere I would want to stay for longer or live.
