First of all, the room is an apartment in the form of a homestay. Our husband and wife are arranged on the top floor. We are very satisfied because the room is large, but there are no hotel facilities such as hair dryers and slippers. We need to bring our own. I think the price is very high, because it is winter, do not play the sea, so there is no resort hotel on the beach, the purpose is to be convenient and cheap. This is a bit difficult to find in the ancient city at first. You can find it on Google Maps. The hotel has a hotel name on the door. If you can't find it, you can ask the merchants in the ancient city. After arriving, you need to call the landlord first to open the door to check in. Remember to check in after 2 pm. The phone is posted at the door, okay? There is a 0 in the middle, don't add it when you call. The ancient city is quiet at night, safe, and the facilities are old, but harmless. Not suitable for the elderly and children, because this building, the stairs are not easy to climb, the spiral stairs are very narrow, there is no elevator, but it is suitable for us to have no high requirements for the living conditions, the demand is clean, safe, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. The location is also convenient, the landlord's phone contact attitude is also very friendly, and you need to check out before 11 o'clock. Very satisfied with us, very pertinent, different travel needs, choose hotels according to your needs.

This was the most authentic traditional stay. We stayed at the heritage apartment at Kotor Nest. The apartments are right in the center of old town, making it extremely convenient to set the base and explore the old town and the fortress. The ladies at the reception were the most amazing and helpful staff I have ever experienced. They were super kind and always on their toes and reachable. The apartment is a must experience place. Very charming and extremely well detailed still keeping the authentic old world charm, with a majestic piano, old artifacts. Do experience it once!

It is a particularly comfortable homestay, and the scenery is amazing on the balcony! Before leaving, I took some photos on the balcony as a souvenir. The landlord is a very friendly couple, you can see their intentions in the room. The quilt is very clean after washing, the bathroom and sink in the toilet are also very clean, there is a kitchenette and a very complete tableware, and even some basic seasonings. More importantly, it is a five-minute walk from the pier where the Blue Cave is booked, and a two-minute walk from the pier to the ancient city. This will also pass a big supermarket in the middle, which is very convenient. Because I had some trouble during the trip, they were very, very patient to disturb the landlord to borrow alcohol and chargers at night and helped us. I hope everyone has a pleasant journey here! The duvet was freshly washed smelling very clean, the toilet bath & sink were both very clean, there was a kitchenette and very well stocked with crockery and even some basic spices. What's more it's only a five minute walk from the pier where the Blue Hole was booked, and a two minute walk from the pier to the old town, which also passes a large supermarket on the way, making it very convenient. Because we had some trouble during the trip, we disturbed the landlords at night to borrow alcohol and chargers and they were very, very patient to help us. I hope you all have a great trip here!

This place is perfect if you have a car! It's on a narrow road with beautiful views, conveniently located between Tivat and Kotor. Why is there a dishwasher in the room, and who needs it? Everyone needs a washing machine. Our neighbors, some wild Indians, were noisy at night. There are no shops or cafes nearby; the closest ones are in Kotor. The area and the road to Kotor are absolutely beautiful.

Great little gem of a hotel. Well situated in the historic walled part of Kotor. The hotel and the little alleys and squares were decorated with Christmas lights, making the area feel like a fairytale scene. Breakfast was more than decent, with touches of history and sophistication visible throughout the breakfast area.

Nice newly renovated apartment. Definitely need a car to reach this place. In Feb it was cold and no central heating but had aircon on hot mode. Upon arrival it takes 3h to heat up hot water tank. Quite a lot of bugs but that s living in the nature for you 😊 Jasmina is very helpful but only contactable on mobile or viber. No email and WhatsApp

Overall it is good, the geographical seat or the service staff are good, the signal of the second floor room is too bad, a bit noisy at night, because the room is close to the front desk seat, everything else is OK!

Номер был приятный, с красивым видом с балкончика. В душе было неудобно мыться, нет полки для флаконов. Завтрак стандартный европейский, вареные яйца, сыр, колбаса, овощи, вкусные дыня и арбуз и тд. До пляжа отель находился достаточно близко.

Девушка с ресепшен встретила нас при въезде в город , довезла до отеля. Все вопросы и просьбы, которые у нас были, с радостью разрешила. Очень милая и приветливая) к сожалению, имя не запомнила. Отель чистый , вид потрясающий, завтраки - шведский стол, не обьемный, но проблем с выбором не было. Жили в отеле 7 ночей. Локация идеальная. Рядом магазины, рестораны, до зоны где можно искупаться - минут 7 пешком по красивой улице (единственной в городе) Впечатления отличные. Есть вопросы по уборке, но не критичные. Разбавленное жидкое мыло в номере, но у нас было свое, за проблему не посчитали. Хотя около ресторана мыло было хорошее. Единственное, что вначале не поняли - солоноватая вода из крана) Но, вероятно, так везде) Зубные щетки были свои. Их не предоставляли . Шампунь и гель для душа предоставлялся . Полотенца меняли каждый день. Постель- заправляли. Утром можно завтракать с отличным видом На фото вид из номера. И из коридора
