The location is really good. First, it is just on the right side of the Central Railway Station, only more than 200 meters away; second, it is only separated from the Lake of Love and the monastery by a road and a river. After the tour, it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the clock tower and other attractions. It is convenient to eat and drink inside and outside the railway station, and there is also a Carrefour supermarket.
The check-in at the front desk is simple and fast. Not only is the dry and wet area separated in the room, but even the basin is independent. Clean and safe.
The disadvantage is that the WiFi is too weak; the room space is small, and daily necessities cannot be placed.
The hotel is right on Bruges Square, and the location is nothing to say. Staying in the room, you can hear the church bells. It was a weekend and the price was ridiculously high. The room was about 5 square meters. In addition to the bed, it was a small bathroom. The price was 200 euros, which was a bit outrageous. I don’t recommend going to Bruges on the weekend.
Very nice hotel perfectly based between Oostende and Brugge. Located on a lake side, very calm position and cheaper than others. Well recommended but the shower tray sealant in the bathroom could have been changed or bleached as it was full of black mould all over. Pity as shower was good and quite wide. Room small but its an ibis budget and it is enough space for 2 people. Comfy bed too
This stay was truly wonderful. The overall environment was clean and tidy, with well-maintained and fully equipped facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The entire space had a warm and cozy atmosphere that felt just like home.
For the first time in my life, I encountered a toilet without a door, and the toilet was directly facing the entrance and the big bed. 🤣🤣
Is the toilet just for decoration?
I booked for two days and stayed for one night. During that time, I didn't dare to go to the toilet for fear of the stench in the room. I opened the window, but it was on the street and it was too noisy to sleep😂😂😂I couldn't stand it anymore, so I bought a return ticket and left the city.
But the house was still quite clean.
The hotel is well located (between Bruges and Knokke). Satisfactory quality/price ratio. The only negative point is the parking charged at €15/per day as well as the same breakfast charged at €15 per person which raises the starting price. Free parking and a €10 breakfast would be more satisfactory.
It doesn't feel far on the map, if you don't drive, you can listen far away. Arrived in the middle of the night, in the RV base. It's good to not need a room card to give you a generated password. The room is not big in Europe, basically the same, that is, the breakfast is very convenient, always used to eating simple meals occasionally is not used to it. The hotel itself has no problem with the airport transfer.
I picked this hostel for its location and reviews online. In general, I say that it is good. There are some small things that could be improved in terms of quality and overall building maintenance like updating bunk beds and sound proofing.
As for service and amenities, I felt the staff communicated well and supplied sufficient offerings especially about what to do and where to go.
I was happy to know that they do bike rentals at an affordable price and locker storage.
Only suggestion I would have is to provide bikes that are more suitable for longer distances if you suggest riding up to the coast or visiting Netherlands. While the city cruisers bikes are suitable for strolling around on cobble stones inside of Bruges, they are not so nice for longer rides (at least for me) and can make for some heavy slow cumbersome riding. I enjoyed the cycling trip to the north and was amazed by the beauty, nature and farmland heading toward the coast but the bike really made it less comfortable. I kept aching for a simple single speed road bike the entire time 🫠.
Just food for thought😌 Otherwise, I was pretty happy with my trip to Bruges. I came by train frim Liége and felt it was worth the trip.
Thank you so much for your hard work and effort.

GGao Xia 高霞Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel. At that price I got a clean room with working central heating, located on the second floor without an elevator. The room had a small desk without enough lighting needed to work. Lights located in the central part of the ceiling and next to bed. The bathroom had soap and bath gel/shampoo. Photos below were taken on the day of my departure.

AAnita ChouThe hotel is located near the river bank, there is a free shuttle bus stop in Bruges in front of the door, located near the city government and the famous Bruges clock tower, the surrounding environment is very quiet!
Hotel picks self-service check-in,
Breakfast included!
The room is small, the thick mattress is very comfortable, but the small bathroom space is a disadvantage!

GGuest UserThe staff is very friendly.
There were also staff who could speak simple Japanese.
It is about 30 minutes by bus from the center, but it is close because it is about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop.
There are houses and rice fields around, and there is a river like place in front of you, and it is a very relaxing place.
The beds and sheets are beautiful, but the only complaint is the location of the outlet. I took the bed below, but it was subtly far away.
Breakfast is buffet, simple toast and ham. Juice and coffee were all-you-can-drink.
It was normal as a hostel, but thanks to the staff, it was really comfortable.
