My time at this hotel was truly excellent. I stayed here during the winter, from 29 Jan -3 Feb. Everything, from the staff's service to the room's cleanliness, the amenities, and even the little gestures, really impressed me. First off, I got to the hotel pretty late, around 3 AM, and I had let them know beforehand thru Trip.com. A female staff member opened the door, and check-in was super quick and easy. Then, the next morning, when I had a little trouble with the hot water, she actually came to my room to help me fix it, even though it was still pretty early. That kind of professional and helpful service, making sure guests are taken care of, really stood out to me. I definitely have to give them props for that. The room itself was nice and roomy, really clean, and looked just like the pictures I saw online. The air conditioning, washing machine, bathtub, and projector all worked perfectly. It did take some time for the aircon to heat the room and since it was winter, it can get really cold. They tidied up the room every single day, so I always came back in the evening to fresh towels and everything neatly put back in place. They also offered free Wi-Fi (which I didn't actually use) and free luggage storage, which is a great perk if you need to check out early but don't want to carry your bags around. On top of all that, the location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the nearest subway station. The only tiny downside is that since it's located inside an apartment building, getting up the elevator can take a bit, and it can get crowded with all the residents. All in all, I had a really great experience here, and I'd totally stay again if I ever come back to Chengdu.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even upgraded my room type, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive (WiFi, air conditioning, TV, etc., all worked great). The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and it offered excellent value for money.

This hotel is perfectly located right at the entrance to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so everything you need is right at your fingertips. The room facilities are excellent, and everything is spotlessly clean – sparkling windows and all. Beyond just providing for guests' physical comfort, they even offer a fantastic cultural experience with the epic show 'Gan Shan Ren, Jiuzhai Qiangu Qing,' which is truly a rare and commendable touch. The scenery is beautiful, the rooms are peaceful, and the people are even better. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient, always willing to answer our questions, making us feel completely at home.

El desayuno, aunque repetitivo, es consistente y sabroso. Sería perfecto si incluyera alguna bebida como zumo o la opción de servirse café o té libremente.

that's a pretty nice and budget friendly place to stay. the room is little, but there is everything you need to live there for a sport period. the outdoor place is really coy and nice, people are also friendly. thanks to all people working there, we didn't have any issues while staying there. liked that water turtle in the pool, it's cute

The inn's location is excellent. It's right behind Mount Lu (Lushan), and across the street is Moon Town. (Just a heads-up for visitors: the cable car station and the mountain gate for Mount Lu are not in the same place; they're several hundred meters apart.) The place is also clean and even provides disposable towels and toilet seat covers, which is a nice touch.

Location: Changping Town Perfect for: Travelers visiting Four Sisters Mountain (Siguniangshan) or Changping Valley (Changpinggou). If you are planning a trip to Four Sisters Mountain, Changping Inn is an absolute gem. Its location in Changping Town is incredibly convenient, making it the perfect base for hikers and sightseers alike. Dining & Cafe: The hotel features its own restaurant and an on-site cafe. I highly recommend their hotpot—it is exceptionally delicious and a must-try! Having high-quality coffee available right at the property is a huge plus for early mornings. Cleanliness: The rooms are spotless and, most importantly, strictly non-smoking. You won't have to worry about any lingering cigarette smells here. Exceptional Service: One of the biggest advantages for international travelers is the staff. They speak English and are incredibly attentive. They provide excellent local recommendations and truly go out of their way to ensure you have a smooth trip.

Staying here was incredibly comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to Baoguo Temple, and the bus station and coach terminal are right outside. There's also a street full of local snacks right at the doorstep. The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning kept it warm, and the shower water was wonderfully hot (much hotter than at the place I stayed nearby). The owner was very helpful with all my questions. If I get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely choose Huajia Homestay.
