A rare hotel that has photos which are accurate. If you want to visit local areas you can go to the train station (10 mins) and find the yellow busses which stop in the underpass. They will take you into town and then you switch busses. Around 10 yuan to panda park or ancient town. Take the first bus to the panda park and you should catch them before nap time. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I uploaded a photo of a very affordable eatery a 10 minute walk away.

If you're hiking Mount Emei, I highly recommend staying at 【Huajia Inn】. My experience this time was absolutely perfect, I have to rave about it! 📍 **Amazing Location:** The inn is right next to Baoguo Temple Scenic Area, super close to the tourist center and the hiking trailhead. For early risers like us who want to climb the mountain, it's a blessing! Just a few minutes' walk and you can start your refreshing journey, saving time and effort. It's incredibly convenient for hiking! 🌸 **Beautiful Environment:** The courtyard is meticulously maintained with an abundance of flowers, putting you in a great mood as soon as you enter. The overall decor is rustic and minimalist, not the flashy influencer style, but rather a tasteful design with natural wood and a Zen aesthetic. The details are impeccable, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. ❤️ **Service is Beyond Excellent:** The owner has a typical 'I' personality (introvert). He didn't talk much at first, but his service was extremely thoughtful! He not only contacted us in advance to provide directions, but also personally came out to meet us when we arrived. 🏔️ **Mount Emei's Unique Hiking Service:** Last year, I met the owner accompanying guests on a hike. This year, I came to Emei alone for a pilgrimage and asked the owner, ”Going for a hike?” He said yes! And then for two and a half days, covering 50 kilometers, he even helped carry ice cleats! Who else does that?! If you want to challenge yourself with a 'mini Emei' hike, trust me, you must stay at Huajia. The owner has exclusive money-saving tips – those who know, know! 😜 (Attached is a photo of the owner feeding cats on Mount Emei – so much love!) 💰 **King of Value for Money:** Most importantly, in such a prime location, with such service and environment, the price is incredibly affordable. Students and budget travelers, go for it without hesitation! Both the hardware and software far exceeded the price expectation!

Just a two or three-minute walk from the bus station, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The front desk even helps arrange shared car charters for sightseeing. I went on a day trip to Tagong Grassland with fellow hostel guests and saw both Mount Gongga and Mount Yala. I'll definitely be back! 😍😍

The hostel is well-established, and there is a welcoming community of travellers. The host was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations around town and aiding with transport arrangements. I was upgraded to a different room that was large and comfortable.

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. I arrived quite late, but there was still a special deal on Trip.com. Plus, check-out was at 2 PM, so overall it was excellent value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, especially considering the very affordable price. The room was essentially a studio-type unit, providing plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. It also came with a washing machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient during our trip. Although the building is a bit old, everything was well-maintained and functioning properly, including the air conditioning. The receptionists were very helpful during both check-in and check-out. Feel free to approach them if you need any assistance. In our case, the laundry detergent had run out, and after informing the staff, they promptly refilled it for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. It offers excellent value for money, spacious accommodation, and friendly, helpful staff.

Having stayed at the Chongqing branch, I must say the lobby space here in Chengdu is truly massive. It features an outdoor terrace with a smoking area, a separate board game room, and more. You need to change into slippers after checking in. The beds in the rooms are just as comfortable and clean as at the old branch. One downside is that I was woken up around 3 AM by voices or phone calls from the hallway and bathroom. I was on the bottom bunk near the room door, and even with earplugs in, the noise probably lasted at least half an hour. The room doors don't close automatically; you have to pull them shut. If a roommate doesn't close it, there's always a small gap. I noticed the same issue with other room doors in the morning. I imagine the rooms across from the public restrooms would find it even noisier. The men's shower room lacks shelves for toiletries. Overall, it's good, and I recommend staying here!

I am very satisfied with this stay experience. The boss used to play antique literature, so the decoration style of the whole homestay is unique, very distinctive and charming. And the boss wife is very enthusiastic with the staff, prepared Rhodiola, oxygen cylinders, etc. in case we have any discomfort. Dinner and the young lady dance performance, the next day we took us to the forest to hike, and also fed the groundhog, very relaxed. I heard from the boss that I can see the horse deer, ride horses, etc. in the future, and I will definitely come again in the future!

The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. He managed to help us with the check in luggages and bring it to airport without any charges. He also reply very quickly for every enquiries with a positive attitudes. Highly recommend this facilities. Will come back and stay here in the future.

The atmosphere is nice, and they offer cocktails and beer. However, the room is a bit small; it's hard to find space to walk around once you open two 24-inch suitcases. The table isn't big either, barely fitting two takeout meals. It's very noisy; the door provides almost no sound insulation. You can hear people talking and swiping key cards in the hallway even in the early morning. There are a lot of foreigners, so if you want to experience that kind of vibe, this place is a good choice. It's very close to Chunxi Road, about a ten-minute walk, and there's a market downstairs where you can buy local specialties and fruit.
