The hostel location was superb! It is really near from everything, so it was convenient. A lot of foreigner staying here, so probably it was fit if you’re looking to sosialize. The host speaking english so it was good.

I stayed here during my solo travel around Sichuan province and I have to say the service here was brilliant! The girls at the front desk were lovely and super helpful, and I was upgraded for free which I really appreciated being on my own. Due to the change in policy I couldn't fly with my battery pack so had to have it sent via SF to the hotel, the reception helped me to pay the fee and kept the package at the desk for me to collect when I got back late. I also extended my stay by one night and the staff were great at communicating the details and keep that same room. The location of the hotel is also brilliant, right on the main shopping street~ I've been to many before so I wasn't that bothered by the shops themselves but to new travellers in China it'd be quite an experience and is very convenient for the station and taxis (though traffic is particularly bad in Chengdu so allow extra time). The cleanliness was reasonable, the fixtures and fittings in the room are a decent standard, my room included a bath overlooking the city view which was particularly cool; the rubbish collected and sheets changed consistently and the water was replenished every day by the nice Ayi even if I hadn't finished the previous bottles. Thank you to the hotel for a great stay! I would definitely stay here again for such a decent price in this location ✨

We booked 2 Star Delight Deluxe Double Bed rooms from 10 to 12 April. Although there was no view from our hotel window, the outstanding service from the staff truly impressed us. One of the staff members went above and beyond, she patiently explained to us twice how to visit JiuZhaiGou, including where to go, what to see, and even where to eat. Her dedication and warmth made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. They also gave us the JiuZhaiGou map, offered umbrellas on rainy days, and even provided some fruit for us to enjoy. Right outside the hotel, there are many local food stalls, and from across the street, you can see the mountains. At night, the view was so stunning that we mistook the misty mountain outline for clouds in the sky, absolutely beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Many Thai travelers stay here — it’s a popular place that has been recommended by word of mouth. The staff speak English very well, which made communication easy and comfortable. Downstairs, there’s a cozy café and a hotpot restaurant. They even serve yak meat! I highly recommend trying the yak milk yogurt — it’s delicious and considered a local specialty.In the morning, the hotel offers simple one-dish meals like rice or noodles. In the evening, they also serve rice dishes and hotpot sets. Next to the hotel, there’s a convenience store. If you need canned oxygen, the hotel can help arrange it for you — and it’s cheaper than buying from the convenience store. there’s no air conditioning, only heaters in the room, which is usually sufficient due to the cool climate.The hotel also provides luggage storage, and they can help arrange transportation to the national park or even book bus back to Chengdu. They also give great advice about visiting the park — super helpful for first-time visitors!

Excellent location. Surrounded by food, shopping and the river which had bars, food, night market, boat rides . Located in a building with locals and we chatted with them as they played MahJong. It was a great glimpse into the local life of Chengdu people. The rooms were spacious and the Air Conditioner was cold after a long day of walking and exploring. Host was excellent and gave us our privacy and checked in every few days to ask if we needed Housekeeping or replenish anything such as toilet paper etc. as a family, we were very satisfied with the place. Easy to locate , the name of the hotel is prominent. Room is definitely clean and bed comfy. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast shop available just next door. Walking distant to Jiuzhaigou scenery park but hotel offer a free car ride to the entrance. The ticket service counter and pick up point of bus to Huanglongjiuzhai station or Songpan is just opposite, where you can also find a lot of food options and chained cafe like lurkin, CHAGEE kfc. Location is good.

Fantastic hostel! The beds were clean and comfy with plenty of space, and each room came with lockers for personal items. The shared bathrooms and showers outside were spotless, modern, and fully equipped. Just a heads-up: remember to buy toiletries at the front desk beforehand, lol. I completely forgot and only realized it the next morning! The atmosphere was also really great. My roommates were incredibly considerate – super quiet! One time, someone came in while on the phone, saw my curtain drawn, and thought I was asleep. They actually waited until I opened it to apologize, even though I wasn't sleeping, haha. Highly recommend! P.S. The golden retriever at the front desk was so well-behaved and adorable! Wishing the dog good health and safety, and the owner all the best with their work!

I was i bit confused becuz the communication went through wechat and there were no reception like in a hotel. But it worked fine. they gave me a room number and pw. There is a 100yuan deposit, but as a foreigner i dont have a chinese bank acct and i couldnt transfer through wechat. So they waive the 100yuan which was nice. Its about 5 min away from the subway with lots of restaurants on the way and a FamilyMart downstairs. The room had microwave, washmashine, fridge, keddle...etc. I had a room at the 23th Floor with a great view. Overall I had a great stay.

Very comfortable hostel with every kind of help for travellers. Immediately close to the river, to the park, to the metro station D gate (line n.3) and to Anshun covered bridge Perfect base also to visit Chengdu downtown (Jisha old culture museum, Panda reserve..) and around (Leshan Buddha area, for example!) Clean and wide room, kind staff. Thank you.

The hotel is located very near the city centre, and it is a very convenient location in terms of shopping and dining. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. There's even a free laundry service which is very convenient for travelers. The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. The only issue were the thin walls and the loud people in other rooms, who talked stridently in the middle of the night and even yelled like they were out on the streets. It seemed like they were inside the room with us. But overall, it was a good experience.
