GGuest UserThe location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

ValleThe hotel is very good in every way, large and comfortable beds, a/c, TV, swimming pool, the hotel staff is wonderful, no problems at all, if you have any questions they will resolve them for you, including the hotel maintenance staff. There is parking, it is not a party area, it is quiet, close to Palma, the airport, close to pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. We will definitely return.

PppwongGood location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

GgaaaainI had a really great stay at this hostel. The location was perfect and everything was easy to access by walking or public transport. The staff were very kind and welcoming from the first day, which made me feel comfortable as a traveler from another country. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the atmosphere of the hostel because it was easy to meet people from different countries and have conversations in the common area. It felt social but still relaxed at the same time. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and the overall place felt safe during my stay. I especially enjoyed the view around the hostel and the local neighborhood atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this city. Thank you for the good memories and hospitality!

DDejan SkaljacThe hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too. We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

YYeva_shineI had a very pleasant stay at Suncoast Ibiza Hotel. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, while still being comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and perfect for adults looking for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are fairly basic, which is why I didn’t give full marks, but everything essential was available and worked well. Overall, it offers very good value for money and is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ibiza. I would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️🍹

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeIf one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.
