2-Star Hotels in Central Java, Indonesia

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and caring. We were travelling in Indonesia with my grandparents but my grandpa was unlikely got hit by a motorcycle. His condition was very serious. The hotel staff spontaneously went to the hospital to help us and gave us a lot of useful information. They also bought us food and drinks. We are really grateful to have them with us during those difficult times as we do not speak Indonesian and obviously we were under great stress. Their assistance relieved us. They even tried their very best to find someone who can speak Chinese to see if they can offer us help. Moreover, they offered a free hotel room just in case we were unable to transfer to a bigger hospital in Yogyakarta. Their hotel may not be the best in the town but their warmness and hospitality far exceeded any five star hotel I have stayed before.

We booked 2 rooms, quite clean and spacious, it's just that when we left, when we returned the doors were open (I did ask for both rooms to be cleaned) but the doors should have been closed again, the door of one room was locked, but when the card was inserted, it couldn't be opened, (red color) finally called the reception again, and it was updated, but when we entered the room, there was a puddle of water in the corner, I checked the next room, the same, was it leaking?? Because it had been raining heavily, the officer said it didn't leak, oh well. The next day we left again, but when we returned, both rooms couldn't be opened, updated again, the last receptionist was not very friendly, a bit grumpy (female) don't know her name

Strategic location, coincidentally there were activities at the Donohudan Hajj hostel and Front One, one of the closest hotels. Friendly and good service, affordable prices, cleanliness and facilities according to the price. Success is always front one Boyolali airport

This hotel and cafe is within walking distance of Borobudur. It's in a very quiet location and easy to find – the cafe is right next to the road. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room that day for some reason. I tried asking the owner, and he recommended waiting three minutes, but the water never came. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, so I had to work in the cafe. Otherwise, the owner was very warm and pleasant, and the food was delicious – I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner there. It's quiet, but I was awakened at 4 a.m. by loud Muslim prayers because there's a mosque nearby. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and had a good rest. The room and bed were clean. Thank you for your hospitality

The bed is awful. Moved to different and it was the same. The staff was kind enough to find a different room with maybe different bed. But unfortunately, both room have bad beds...I stayed at different hotels in semarang on the same level as this one and they have GOOD bed/matras. Will I go back? NO

This time I went to Borofutu, and went up the mountain at about four o'clock to watch the sunrise and 8:30 tickets. The hotel is a homestay, but it is very clean. Gas water heater, the water temperature is right, and the shoes need to be taken off outside. It is very close to the Borofutu scenic spot from here. You can use it, there are supermarkets and snack streets around. By the way, I think of watching the sunrise on the mountain and finding a motorcycle driver to get off the bus. They will take you to the place to buy tickets for the mountaineering. The fare has to be talked about by yourself.

Потрясающее место, рядом с Боробудуром. Обязательно посетите. На ресепшен дали карту и все объяснили как куда попасть во сколько и какие храмы рядом. Улица оживлённая есть и сим карту купить и поесть. Очень хорошо. Из номера вид на горы и рисовые поля.
