The location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are. However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained. Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah. Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there. But the bathroom… that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy? The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.” Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile. Great location, lovely people… just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

If you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang! We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

This hotel comes with balcony clean and good price. Surrounding have food court offers all kinds of food. Massage, spa and manicure. All within walking distance. Bed and pillow super comfortable. Highly recommended, if you are visiting Batam.

No issues, but it's a bit noisy at night since it's next to the road. On the other hand, it's convenient because it's in the city center. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the 4th floor was also spotless.

We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this resort. We truly enjoyed the wide range of amenities available, which made our time together even more memorable. One of my favorite moments was playing table tennis and billiards with my father, a simple yet meaningful bonding experience. The resort also offers a karaoke area that the whole family can enjoy, adding lots of fun and laughter to our stay. The pool was well maintained and relaxing, and the beach area was equally pleasant, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. Having several restaurants within the resort was very convenient, giving us plenty of dining options without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again.
