Super situation! Super host who helped me and guided me well. The guesthouse is very clean, very comfortable. There is hot water. I could got a very good Indonesian breakfast in the morning. I recommend 100%.

Just a little input for victoria cafe who joined in the app didn't look at who stayed, this incident is the second time I have experienced, I stayed here from the new opening until 2023 like to stay here because of the convenience, But what makes me uncomfortable the order service lwt the kmr application I ordered there was another person who ordered that even lwt booking lgsg to villa victoria cafe and klu when I didn't get my room, I was very sorry to the villa, Because I paid full on the app, the sunrise voucher and the name of the stay was not on the list, it turned out that after checking, I accidentally found the name of my order on the email, of course I didn't receive dong yes, Because I have to be so, my money was refunded because the double order of the application and the booking lgsg, and the incident in the year 2023 I had no solution at first and the refund of the villa was not available, because I saw that there was a name of my order, I was not there, just the villa employees can't avoid it, Always check twice y the manager of villa victoria cafe next time please be careful so that there is no loss for the next booking, the service strategic villa should also be good, the ratting is 👌 , bgs employees service, cm is less meticulous

Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

GGuest UserVery strategic place as it is super near to Jam Gadang, only couple of minutes walking distance. The staffs are nice and friendly and super helpful. Theres only 1 small lift, and it is taking forever on the lift waiting as the limit is only 5 person to be in the lift. May need to improve on the pest control as theres an incident when my nephew had a cockroach resting on his shirt (out of nowhere) while he was walking. May also need to consider the room’s air freshener (they are using coffee smell type?)

Hharun hasbiworth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.

MMuhamad GandiI booked this accommodation for my wife who was going to take the CPNS test. When she arrived there, she was very happy because the homestay was clean and close to the test location (walkable).
What impressed her the most was the friendliness and generosity of the staff, coincidentally she arrived early (around 10 am) and the type of room she had booked was not ready (because check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm), the staff even offered her a place to rest and went straight to the room that was ready (a better type than the one she had booked) without any additional charges.
