I booked a non-smoking room with a king bed, but this wasn't honored at check-in. Although I was granted a late check-out until 12:30 PM, and the hotel even called at 11:00 AM to remind me, the power in my room was already cut off at 12:00 PM.

Great location, central in Bukittinggi! Room was not very clean but okay for us. We slept next to the reception where they smoked, so our room smelled like cigarettes the whole time (which was not very pleasant).

The hotel is near the beach, clean, just don't use the elevator... take the stairs...

the air conditioner is not cold enough even though the temperature is set at 16 degrees. but overall it's OK. according to the price 👍

Nice stay at Hotel Padang. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The restaurant served good food and was convenient. The entrance is very Instagrammable and gives a nice first impression. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.
