We had great experience staying at Lotus Grand AKM. We were auto upgraded to much better rooms with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The service was also unparalleled. We booked two rooms and heard excellent feedback from everyone in the family. The bathrooms were also in pristine condition making the stay even more comfortable and definitely recommendable.

Location not difficult to find There are many restaurants and shopping malls around. There is air conditioning and the room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly until check-out.

Old finished, small but well maintained rooms. Responsive house keeping staff. Supportive front desk staff, sufficient parking lots and night stay facility for the driver. However they can improve the variety of breakfast options.
