The hostel offers nice, well-air-conditioned and spacious cabins, along with a generous breakfast. While the male staff were friendly and welcoming, the female staff seemed rather unfriendly. The only downside was the smelly toilet. Would coming back to stay again. My cabin is the above unit, quite inconvenient but more private in a way.
The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used.
Generally good experience.
I stayed for eight nights. The first room was quite small but acceptable; the second one was much better and more comfortable. The bathroom was very good and modern, although the lighting — both in the room and bathroom — could be improved.
The hotel has been recently opened and feels like a modern business-style hotel. Cleanliness was good throughout my stay. Amenities such as a kettle, slippers, or toiletries are only available upon request, which might be inconvenient for some guests.
The staff was polite and responsive. The location is excellent — right in front of Porta Venezia metro station (not Lima), just three stops from the Duomo, and also very convenient for reaching the fairgrounds. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just across the street.
Overall, the service could still improve a bit, but it’s a good value for money. I would stay here again.
The location isn't the best, and the area isn't exactly welcoming. The hotel itself is okay for a night or two. Public transportation takes half an hour to the city center. While it's not mentioned in the description, all payments on site are accepted by card ONLY. This includes city tax, breakfast, and the cafe/bar. The staff is pleasant. Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 PM is terrible.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Milan Central Station. It is a quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket nearby. You can take the subway to Milan Central Station to the cathedral. You can also go to the LIMA station on the other side of Buenos Aires Street. It is three or four stops away. The facilities are OK. Breakfast options are quite rich.
Was an excellent experience with everything you need. Even when you go to the pool you receive a special Towel. The bonus was the cart taking you back and forth to the train station.
Highly recommend
Convenient location for the subway. Parking nearby. The rooms would need a renovation which could be achieved without excessive costs. The promotions have an interesting quality-price ratio
The staff was nice and overall the place is decent and clean, with a nice outside area with hammocks and a place to chill, location isn’t great but it’s ok if you’re on budget (easy to transport in Milan) near some tram stations.

GGuest UserPeople were so friendly and kind in general. Their staff is very nice, you can ask them about anything any time and they’ll give you an answer.
In my opinion I think the room needed more light, but besides that, everything was fine.

Yyour fellow wandererThe hostel felt safe and clean! They've got plenty of activities that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to participate in as I was only in Milan for 2 days. They also gave a complimentary drink ticket to use at the bar. It is about a half an hour walk from the city center, but the area felt quite safe. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, making it very accessible.

DDreamonskyI still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice.
However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training.
There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast.
When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything.
Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.
CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️
SSzn YiVery nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.
