I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied. If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone. While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!

It is affordable and great location hostel in milan, all the staff were friendly and supportive. The room and building was clean and had good smell. Recommend for 1 night stay.

Although the room is in a relatively safe location, I was very disappointed. The overall living environment is very good. There are university dormitories around.

The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used. Generally good experience.

IF you don't mind a hotel room in the same building as student dorms, the hotel is cool. The rooms are large, the ac is actually one of the best I've found in Europe (but don't take that to mean it will be chilly by any means), the showers are excellent and walk in, there is plenty of space to store and sort open luggage, room and surfaces to work, good lighting and fair, firm beds that are so-so comfortable, albeit great if you like firm. Also, there is 24 hr food and drink options and friendly staff. It's a bit tricky to find so I recommend you do a Google Earth view to know what you're looking for. Signs are there, but they are small, distant from the street, and if you're carrying luggage from the metro and getting tired and hot, they are easy to miss. But great, comfortable, cool rooms. I'd book again for sure.

Facilities: Excellent and fully equipped, truly having everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. Ambiance: Absolutely wonderful and cozy, it genuinely felt like being at home. Service: The owner is Chinese, and their service was exceptionally kind and friendly, making me feel completely at home and very welcome.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Very good. Clean - trash was taken out every day. Linen was changed every three days. It was warm, water pressure was excellent. Good mattress, kettle, large mirror. The room had a small terrace. No breakfast - this is not very good, but for Italy this is considered the norm. It is about 20 minutes walk from the train station, it is not very pleasant to walk in the evening, but there were no adventures. You can get to the center by metro, about 40 minutes walk.

The front desk attitude is particularly good, the room is OK. There is no elevator, which is very troublesome. The bathroom is very clean. Have the opportunity to live. The first floor is a bar at night. Very hi.
