The all-girls room is in the building next door. There are three rooms in total, two bathrooms and a large kitchen. I made pasta with simple ingredients.
The four-person room I stayed in was very large. There were no bunk beds, and each person had a wardrobe. I think the front desk will try to arrange roommates of the same culture together when assigning rooms, so turning off the lights and sleeping is no problem. Roommates can communicate. Each bed has a wall lamp that can adjust the brightness. The room has a window (Figure 1) facing the road, which is very noisy. I need earplugs to sleep well.
The front desk Lisa is a German girl. She is very enthusiastic and responsive. She will take the initiative to introduce all the information you need to know about the surrounding area.

Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa.
Beautiful, old building very centrally located.
Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance.
Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly!
I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean!
Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use.
Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!

Let me explain the check-in process and the hotel's environment:
1. After booking through Ctrip, you need to contact Ctrip customer service to receive a hotel link and fill in your passport and personal information. ⚠️Note: You must fill this out in advance. Only then will the hotel send you the main entrance access code and the locker key code for your room. You need these codes to enter the hotel and get your key. ⚠️⚠️Do not book the hotel and then forget about it, even if you're out all day or in the afternoon. There is no front desk here in the afternoon or evening. There is only someone at the front desk when you leave in the morning to pay the city tax.
2. Regarding the surrounding environment and the hotel's cleanliness, I personally think it's acceptable. The room size is suitable for couples.
3. The hotel is quite clean and tidy. It's also quite quiet at night, although you can hear people walking back and forth in the hallway.
4. No personal toiletries are provided, only hand soap, disposable cups, and bath towels.
5. I also brought my own disposable bedding set; it's entirely up to you.
See the pictures for the rest.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Florence, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and spacious. On our first night, our room was quite noisy and we didn't get much sleep. We reported it to the front desk the next day, and they promptly moved us to a much quieter room, which we really appreciated.

No free safe storage for a simple backpack for hostel guests, only paid storage, never had this before in my hundreds of travels... Doesn't accept euros- legal tender in cash, only card payments. Very average, overrated in my experience.
The hotel room is small but has a large terrace. The environment is good. Parking is free. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast is average but enough. I can't ask for too much at a low price. I am satisfied with everything.

There is no air conditioning, it is too hot to sleep at night, and it is noisy when the window is open.
If you come here in summer and on the hottest days, you should be aware that there is no air conditioning and it is too sad to sleep.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe stay was very pleasant. The bus station is just a 5-minute walk from the hostel, with direct connections to the central station, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The regional train station is right in front of the hostel—we caught our train to Pisa within just 2 minutes of arriving. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Self check-in is available, and you can store your luggage for free. An automatic cleaning robot helps keep the place tidy. There’s also a 24/7 coffee machine, and games like pool and foosball are available. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price.
HHONGSHENGI rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!
RRickyI live in a three-bed room, the environment is clean and tidy, and the aunt at the front desk is very friendly. It is necessary to pay attention to the remote location, and you need to pay cash to pay the city tax. These two points are not convenient.

GGuest UserThe hostel itself was clean and well located, no complaints about that. But the girl at the reception was extremely rude. On the day of check-in, she was standing with another girl at the counter — when I asked if I could check in, she just said “no,” and they both laughed. When I asked what was wrong, they rolled their eyes and said it was “just a joke.”
On the day of check-out, I wanted to leave my luggage until the evening to explore the city. For the first time in 15 years of traveling, I’ve encountered a place where you can’t store your bags for free — you have to book paid luggage storage online. My card was declined by their website, so I politely asked if I could pay in cash or what I should do instead. She simply said “no,” turned away, and started helping other guests.
Usually, hotel staff try to assist travelers and offer some kind of solution, but this kind of attitude was truly disappointing.
AAnonymous UserThe room is really beyond expectations, fragrant, not far from the train station, that is, this street feels very few people, a bit deserted, but there are buses and trams at the door, which is also very convenient ~
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, it takes a few minutes to get to the big attractions. But the hotel environment is generally the same, the room is large but the bathroom is very small, there is a smell, my friend's room shower is hot water whether it goes left or right. And the breakfast is very general, nothing delicious.
FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
