Some of the staff members were nice, but some were rude when asked about things (all the girls were nice). The rooms had a good size but the ladder used to climb to the top bunk beds were super painful, i don't know who designed them but they literally hurt. There were not enough plugs, some beds literally didn't have any and the ones that did were mostly in uncomfortable locations. The place was mainly clean, the kitchen was closed but the fridge was still usable however I left something there and someone ate it in a span of three hours so I wouldn't recommend doing that.

The location is very good, just in front of train station. Only one thing is that a bit difficult to find the place as it is one of the apar**ents and the name is written small beside the bell. The room is big and clean.
Travel to Europe by motorcycle! Passing through Venice, because there is a car convenient, I found a cost-effective accommodation! The landlord is a Bangladeshi, you need to contact by phone or whatsup before you check in! The size of the room is OK, health is ok! If there is no car, it is a little troublesome to take a bus! In a community, parking is available, security is ok!

Overall the hotel is ok, for the price paid and location, you cannot expect more. The structure is old and shabby, the room has a strong scent of deodorant that is almost nauseating. There is one shower and two toilets to share, but there is no hot water, even after letting it run for minutes it wouldn't become anywhere near 30/32 degrees C. The breakfast is actually huge, but with cheap quality products. The view from the room was actually gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, close to the train station and 25 minutes walk from San Marco and there is a gorgeous restaurant nearby called Osottosopra. The reception and service is really nice, they can keep your bags, the people working there are all kind, gentle and willing to help and make your stay nice. I'd recommend this hotel only if you want to sleep one night in Venice for cheap and are ok with shabby facilities.

It's about a two-minute walk from the train station, which is incredibly convenient. Lugging luggage on the cobblestone streets of Venice is incredibly difficult, especially when carrying luggage up and down bridges, so being close to the station is crucial! San Marco is a bit further away, but you can always take a boat! Venice is so small, so everything is never too far away. The room, while small, was fully equipped, clean, and quiet. Great value!

We stayed in room 211 SANDWIP from May 5 to 7.
From what was stated on the website:
1. There was no refrigerator in the room. The place for it in the photo on the website was empty. But there was a refrigerator in the shared kitchen.
2. Wi-Fi did not reach our room. It worked in the toilet, the Internet in the room periodically dropped out.
Pros: It is obvious that the room has been recently renovated. There are shutters to block out the light. The surface in the shower is very pleasant visually and tactilely. There is a window in the bathroom. They let us enter the room before check-in time to put our luggage.
Cons: A little mold above the window in the bathroom, sometimes a corresponding smell appeared in the bathroom. When checking in, they did not show the shared kitchen and what was there in principle, later we found it ourselves. The floor is a little dirty (fine dust). In fact, it is not a double bed, but two single beds close together, but you can't feel it. The soundproofing is poor, you can hear your neighbors in the common hallway and they don't try to be quieter (it's good that there aren't many neighbors). There was no duvet cover, they put a regular sheet instead. The temperature of the hot water varied greatly from time to time (during the day, sometimes you had to turn the hot water up to full to make it comfortable to wash), and the pressure is weak.

EET1991This is probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It has more amenities than you expect. I’m surprised to see how diverse guests are and how they come from different ages. Everything was modern and it has all that you’ll ever need. Will stay here again if I come back to Venice.
BBrazziSmall room and in a lofty undertouch for a night is well, a bad common point, cleaning ok but it could be a little more ordered.
Gentle and available management

GGuest UserAucun accueil physique.
MMarianne TanLocated near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.
The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).
The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)
BBuduThe room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner.
TTee LLWhen we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances, the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade.
It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt
The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.
