AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.Â
BUT⊠The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesnât help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, thereâs crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned! Â
Thereâs tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado  23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I wouldâve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, CobĂĄ and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! Thereâs very few trips at that price to see all that.Â
Also I saw other travelers say thereâs not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; weâll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did đ we stayed for 3 days but wasnât really a place to make friends or meet other travelers⊠ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor!
Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.
PPolishTravelerThank you very much for wonderful beautiful hostel, great location, great hot water đż at shower đż and beautiful swimming pool đâïž on top roof!
Next time, I wanna go your beautiful hostel in Cancun, Mexico đČđœ
GGuest UserI was very comfortable in the hotel, I stayed for 5 days. Fernando, a very professional and friendly girl, did everything for the guests. In general, all the staff of the respiratory are very kind, thank you!
The room has everything, blood is comfortable, the air conditioner works perfectly. It is necessary to keep in mind that the hotel is 2 stars, the room has no refrigerator and price and it is normal.
The bus stop is far away, but if you stop on the traffic light right near the hotel exit, the bus will definitely take you. To the beach to go 7-15 minutes.
It is important to know that one side of the hotel building is coming out on the road where people with sensitive hearing can be noisy. However, this issue can always be solved with the resepshne, the other side of the hotel is very quiet.
The advantage of the city hotel - 200 meters from the hotel in the direction of the shopping center there is a home cafe, where to 16-30 you can eat very delicious soup and main dish for 150-190 peso đ
GGuest UserThe hotel is generally pleasant, with impeccable cleanliness and particularly kind and attentive housekeeping staff. The rooftop with the pools is truly superb; it's clearly the establishment's strong point. However, the room we had on the ground floor was a bit disappointing: very little light, without access to an open terrace, which somewhat spoils the experience. You should definitely request a room on the upper floors to enjoy the view. The location is convenient, fairly close to the center.
GGuest UserWas a very cute little glamping experience. Loved the little huts.Â
Now note you have to understand the experience you are booking here. It is a hostel essentially and its glaming not a hotel.Â
Now only issues had was it is cold showers so remember that.Â
Only bad things and it was not places fault its other travellers is we had a drunk guy all night in tent next to us puking and relieving himself near our tent all night.Â
And also the receptionist tried to rip us off a little bit make us pay for some things ww already paid for but i think she was new.Â
Other than that lovely place.
SSalmaMayThis was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didnât speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc
Not too bad.
I would return with my partner
The room itself was very good; a HUGE bed and maybe a sofa bed too? The bathroom was nice too! I like this hotel it was very good
GGuest UserThe location is amazing. The service was very nice and attentive. Very clean. It definitely gets loud at night, Monday night it was done by 12, but Tuesday 2am. Iâd assume weekends are late night as well. The pool was refreshing. Itâs not a luxuary hotel by any means, but as long as you arenât expecting that, you will be very pleased. The AC plus Fan gets COLD. The bed is firm. Bring your own soaps. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!
