It was in a great location, close to the bus terminal, with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores open until late.
Also, the shower had plenty of water and hot water.
It was great to have a work space and a pool.
Because I want to go to the Mayan civilization, I choose Toulum as a resting point. The town is not a big main street, but the tourism resources are abundant. There are endless tourists from all over the world.
The hotel is strategically located in the center of the town, just opposite the ADO car. It is convenient to eat, drink and play around. The safety factor is high. There are Chinese restaurants and milk tea shops opposite the hotel. Surprise!
The hotel has a large courtyard that is awesome and feels like a paradise.
The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet
Exceeded expectations, recommend to friends!

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.
BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!
There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado 23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.
Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor!
Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.
GGuest UserTo be quite honest, this hostel/hostel took me by surprise. I secured a deluxe double room for two nights, and this was by far one of the cleanest (inclusive of private bathroom) rooms I had on the trip. The facilities were amazing too - rooftop terrace and bar, arcade game station, pool, basketball, etc. The only thing that I didn't get was why we had to leave our driver's licence behind (or $25 USD as an alternative) at the desk for collection at check-out. I think this was the security deposit from memory, but in my opinion, the handing over of my driver's doesn't sit right with me. Just make people pay the security deposit and refund it back to them at the end.
GGuest UserIt not in the center of the city or in the hotel zone. No public transportation there. Taxi is expensive. They wanted 300 peso/person from ADO Cancun station. Petty pricey. No Uber either.
Going to airport, luckily there is Uber. Cheaper than taxi which is about 350 peso.
Checking in was lengthy. Cube was abit cold for me even temperature was hike up to the highest.
They ask to pay tax and fee again. Even though clearly in my booking it stated tax and fee included.
Opportunity to charge more. Didn't want to and too tired to argue.
Cube is clean. Locker and cube locked out once. Have to get them to reset.
Breakfast okay.
Thanks
GGuest UserWas a very cute little glamping experience. Loved the little huts.
Now note you have to understand the experience you are booking here. It is a hostel essentially and its glaming not a hotel.
Now only issues had was it is cold showers so remember that.
Only bad things and it was not places fault its other travellers is we had a drunk guy all night in tent next to us puking and relieving himself near our tent all night.
And also the receptionist tried to rip us off a little bit make us pay for some things ww already paid for but i think she was new.
Other than that lovely place.
KKristinaThe hotel is absolutely gorgeous, lots of palm trees, flowers, birds - during a day that's a quiet paradise. But at night... Sweet Jesus, there are two bars next to the hotel, and you can hear them both PERFECTLY. If you are a night person and won't be in bed until 2am, you're good. But if you dare to try sleep a little earlier, you may be a little bit distracted.
Rather than that, the hotel, facilities, people, service, location - everything is awesome.
MMichael DugaIts a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank.
Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods.
Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family.
Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.
GGuest UserGreat place to stay alone or with another person.
Fantastic location (near all bars and clubs).
You could hear the music a bit but good enough for a good night sleep.
Service was amazing and gave us 10% for use at their cafeteria.
Room was amazing with good quality AC and fan with a fridge and small kitchen
Will definitely give this hostel a 10/10.
GGuest UserThere are convenient gas stations and parking spaces near the location. The room is very large, very quiet and tidy. But I have a white down jacket in the room. I don't have any contact with me at present. If the store picks it up, please contact me. Thank you ****************.
