excellent staff n good deals! this is not my first time & each time i arrived all staff is very helpful and smiling, make our long journey become warm and welcome. Lexis is a must visit !
The hotel is quite old and a bit run-down. The rooms weren't particularly clean either. The first room I was given hadn't even been cleaned, so I eventually had to switch to a different one. There was a wedding happening downstairs, and the music was audible late into the night. I would not recommend this hotel.
Except for location.. the price charge as compare to amenities provided as well room nothing to ‘shout about’ .. thin towel, for long term traveller (3 days or more) no cabinet to store your luggage etc
There's a Jusco nearby, I didn't expect to find one overseas – maybe it's just behind the hotel?
Facilities: I'd say they're on par with a budget hotel back home.
Cleanliness: The biggest complaint is that they don't provide slippers. I was surprised by that! I can understand not having toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Environment: It's okay, I guess. The Wi-Fi signal is only decent at the front desk; anywhere else, it's pretty useless.
The front desk staff were very efficient and competent. However, extra items like pillows were out of stock. More stock needs to be added to meet customer needs. Room cleanliness could be improved; only basic cleaning was done, neglecting detailed cleaning. The wooden bed frame is a bit worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, the room offers great value for money and is close to all amenities.
Stay for 1 night and its was great experience. The hotel & room was clean. Just no lift here. Receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Suggested us a place for lunch.
This hotel location is quite good it is 5 min drive to AEON mall , MCD and 10min drive to KTM orhighway toll.
Also it has Pizza Hut , Mr DIY , 7-11, KK mart in walking distance. The turtle in the lobby is cute.
Bad thing : need to pay the street parking coupon (8am-5pm) & no netflix/ youtube channel in the TV
Very Good

GGuest UserThe location of the place is just nice for me. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the room, the cigarette smell was so strong. The floor was damp and you can see the watermarks on the floor It was slippery too. There's cobwebs on the wall. The room was pretty spacious with 2 king-size bed. Luckily it was for a night. The cleanliness of the room was an issue for me.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is close to KTM Seremban, but only after I booked for two nights did I learn from my Grab driver that this hotel has many guests from Vietnam. I felt scared even when trying to sleep at night because I heard all sorts of loud noises outside my room, and I'm a woman. There's no elevator for three floors, and towels and soap were given at check-in, not provided in the room as is usual in hotels. When I opened the room door, I was shocked to find only a tray with a roll of toilet paper on the table – no cups, no glasses, no mineral water, let alone coffee or tea sachets. The air conditioner was too cold with no remote, so I had to turn off the switch when I couldn't stand the cold anymore. The floor creaked when I walked, and so did the bed, which made me feel eerie staying here, and I couldn't wait for morning. Overall, I really regret it and only slept one night. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable and even came with a stylish electric kettle — a small but nice touch. There’s a laundromat right next to the hotel, which is convenient if you need to do laundry during your stay.
Drinking water is easy to get — you can either ask from the housekeeper or refill from the dispenser outside the room. Basic toiletries like toothbrushes and shampoo are also provided, which is great.
However, there was one major downside: you absolutely cannot leave food on the table. I left some snacks out for a few hours, and when I came back, they were completely taken over by red ants. If you're looking to boost your protein intake, maybe it’s a bonus; otherwise, it’s a real problem.
Aside from the ant issue, everything else was solid. Just make sure to keep your food sealed and off the tables!
