My recent stay at Hotel Aristo was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a prime location, this distinguished establishment offers a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and refined service. From the moment I stepped into the tastefully designed lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an atmosphere of quiet sophistication. The room exuded understated luxury — impeccably clean, well-furnished, and designed with comfort in mind. The bedding was plush, the lighting ambient, and the bathroom featured premium toiletries alongside a refreshing rain shower. High-speed internet was readily available, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Hotel Aristo’s location is strategically convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions, shopping districts, and fine dining options. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, always ready to assist with a courteous smile. For those in search of a hotel that combines affordable luxury with attentive service, Hotel Aristo is a commendable choice. I would gladly return and recommend it to discerning travelers seeking both comfort and class.

The location is right in the city centre. The capsule is very nice, provide better privacy and security. Toilet and bathroom are integrated, with shampoo provided. Hair dryer, water dispenser, fridge are available. Lockers are available, but the lock don't work. Consequently, all are occupied by other guests who checked in earlier. The management need to control and carry out inspection. Moreover the AC in the common hall is faulty. Please improve on these two areas. The rest are good!

Overall, it is good value for money. It is less than 10 meters away from my dive shop (cooldivive). The public bathroom is clean and not crowded. There is a place to dry clothes. The room does not have air conditioning but it is not hot. The sound insulation is indeed poor, but the neighbors are civilized. It is a good choice for those who have not booked a dormitory for diving students.

For a twin room without windows, there are actually two doors: • First, the main door to the unit (which has three rooms inside) • Then the second door is the door to your actual room (Room 1/2/3) So far, the room was super comfy, clean, and complete with the amenities. 👍🏻👏🏻 Thank you, Promenade Service Apartment — definitely will repeat my stay here next time! ☺️💖 P/S: Sorry, I didn’t take any pictures during my stay (it was just an update for my mom 🙏🏻)

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the accommodations were comfortable. It would be even better if they could update some of their services. Nevertheless, it's already quite good, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Recommended.

The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

the place is comfortable with a great environment, and there are convenience stores nearby for added ease. The staff provides excellent service as well.

What I love about this hotel: (1) Spacious room (2) Iron and iron board provided in the room (3) Complimentary tooth brush (4) Sofa in the room (5) Clean and bright (6) Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket (more shops across the road) What I am not happy about: (1) Loud noise from the bar/pub from the adjacent building My personal rating: 8/10 for comfort

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. Elevators may be slow during peak hours, but the stay remained comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is good. The facillites also fine but if they provide a telphone and cupboard will more perfect. Got a lot of restaurant around the hotel and the laundry is Just near the hotel. Counter service also helpful. I definitely will Come to stay at this hotel again. Fully recommended.
