See what I mean even got water outside collect for own consumption no more bottled water. Turned green. Go go green power.

The capsules were not sound-prodded well. It was easy to hear and smell others... The AC was running, but I think there should be a noise generator. The water in the bathrooms were very hot, very nice pressure. NO breakfast provided, don't read the old reviews. Location is nearby a Starbucks where you can work on the 2nd Floor, but be prepared to be bothered by a bunch of massage people. Near the water front.

Overall, it is good value for money. It is less than 10 meters away from my dive shop (cooldivive). The public bathroom is clean and not crowded. There is a place to dry clothes. The room does not have air conditioning but it is not hot. The sound insulation is indeed poor, but the neighbors are civilized. It is a good choice for those who have not booked a dormitory for diving students.

Honest review as recent guest of Promenade service apartment, it's highly recommended! The place was clean and tidy, easy to locate, conveniently close to the city, restaurant and variety of convenient shop. Not to mention their excellent customer service by the receptionist. There was a guy in dark coloured coat (i believe he was the superior) and a receptionist upon checking in, and upon checking out, the female customer service (who i believe are also a superior) attended us. They were very helpful, warm and friendly while delivering service. We are very thankful and satisfied with the service given by the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying there. The location here is fantastic! It's surrounded by popular foodie spots, but the Wi-Fi is terrible – barely good enough to send texts. If you rely on a good internet connection, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, because the Wi-Fi here is practically useless!

I check out before 1pm and the reception told me the hotel rules customer should be check-out at 12:50 or I'll be compound rm10 for late check-out, later I show my booking history and it says check-out time was 1pm then she started apologize because she was mistaken and told me she don't know about trip.com and says that it should be 12:50 on Agoda and return my money as well.. but when I check on Agoda the checkout time was still 1pm.. what she trying to do with it?

Great location! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. The only downside was that housekeeping didn’t replace the toiletries or towels on the second day. Still, it’s a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Convenience hotel , my booked room got some technical issue , then hotel is upgrading mine. good place with nearby food , walking distance to api api night market. A very good service and satisfied.
