The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is very basic, bed is comfy, but pillows are tiny. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, especially the shower (I'm 6'2) and there was some black mould on the back of the door. You get what you pay for and this did the job of being a place to sleep and shower.

The location was excellent, and the backyard area was wonderful—I met some very kind people there. However, when I entered the room, the smell was so strong it almost made me lose my sight. The beds were old and creaked with every movement. The person sleeping in the upper bunk sounded like he was drowning and was talking in his sleep, not to mention the other people snoring. It was only one night, and I will not repeat the experience at the same place again.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also very satisfactory, and the front desk staff were really friendly. Luggage storage is free during your stay, but there's a 5-euro fee per use if you need to store your bags after checking out. Also, the hotel's Wi-Fi password is easylisbon60A, and the signal was just okay.
