Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

This is a good budget hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, though without a view. All in advance for a window with view of the street. The WiFi was very reliable. Bus 760 terminates outside the hotel and will take you to city centre quickly. Cash or prepaid passes only on the bus - single journey is €2.3.0 But you can walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes and it's all downhill.. There are several decent and inexpensive restaurants nearby, an artists park with cafes and a small supermsrket a few minutes walk away. A good location to stay.

The location was fantastic, right near Liberty Avenue, perfect for walking around and shopping. The triple room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I originally booked thinking there was paid parking available, but it turned out there was an issue with the car park, so we couldn't use it. This meant we spent our first day driving around looking for a spot. Parking in the city center is quite complicated, so we ended up using an underground car park beneath a commercial plaza. They charged every 15 minutes, and it cost over 37 euros for one night! Luckily, the next day was a Friday, and from 7 PM on Friday until Sunday, parking was free.

I regret booking this hostel immediately after enter the room. Room is too small and air circulation is not good. Not enough spaces to place personal belongings. I booked here based on the high reviews score but I think it is overrated. I hurt myself when I squat down to close the metal drawer. It has some sharp edges. Breakfast is okay if it’s is included in the booking. If buy it separately at 9 Euro it’s overpriced.

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.
The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.
The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

I stayed with my friend for 3 days. The hostel was amazing, clean, quite, perfect location to easy everywhere just walking for 10-15 mins. The hostel staff is so helpful, friendly and nice person. Definitely recommended for Lisbon. Best ever hostel experience. Thanks again.
We had a wonderful stay here! It was truly a great experience from the very beginning. We arranged the host’s airport pickup service, which made our arrival very easy. The host picked us up at Lisbon Airport and drove us directly to the accommodation with all our luggage, which was very convenient after a long journey.
The house is located in the beautiful coastal town of Lourinhã, not far from Torres Vedras, and within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing environment.
The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with a classic Portuguese villa style. The rooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all spacious, comfortable, and well designed. It felt very cozy and welcoming, almost like a home away from home.
What impressed us the most was the warmth and kindness of the host couple. They were incredibly friendly and helped us solve many problems we encountered while staying in a foreign country. Their support made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
I stayed here with my child for about half a month. During that time, we visited many nearby attractions such as the dinosaur park, Areia Branca Beach, Peralta Beach, and the local castle. One of our favorite moments was watching the sunset near the Fort of Paimogo. It was truly unforgettable, and we both felt the trip was absolutely worthwhile.
Later, we also rented the host’s car and traveled to Lisbon, Cabo da Roca, Belém Tower, and Coimbra. All of these places were amazing and made the journey even more memorable, although Pena Palace was a bit less impressive than we expected.
When we had time, we bought fresh ingredients and cooked our own meals in the kitchen. It was comfortable, economical, and very enjoyable. We were especially grateful that the host kindly lent us some seasonings to use.
The only small inconvenience was that after washing clothes in the washing machine, it was sometimes difficult to dry them during rainy days.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient.
The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage.
Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol).

Loveeeeedd the green heart hostel! Starting off they accommodated our early arrival. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful when it came to finding places to go, eat and answering any other random questions I had. This place is not far walking distance to some great places. Would definitely come back and stay here if I visit Lisbon again!

AAnonymous UserThe room with bathroom inside the room with balcony.
No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mmoke899I chose a room with a bathroom, which is actually the master bedroom of the house. It's quite spacious and has everything. The location is also very good. There is a subway station downstairs, and there are many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby. The kitchen at home is also very easy to use and has everything. The parking situation is not clear. It may not be easy to park on the main road. Comparing the beds in the youth hostels nearby, the price was about twice as high as that in the youth hostels, but they were much more comfortable and comfortable, so I decided to change and did not continue to stay in the youth hostels. Although the landlord is not good at speaking English, he is still very enthusiastic about using translation software to communicate and help. Thank you very much. All in all, it is a very cost-effective choice. If you feel uncomfortable staying in a youth hostel, this is a good choice and highly recommended. (Note that the owner has more than one house, so different house types may not be in the same location. The two houses are not too far apart on foot for four or five minutes. Since there was no phone call in advance and the language was not well understood, the location on the map It’s just one of them, but it’s not where I live, so it doesn’t matter if I wait for a while. The specific arrangement is subject to the landlord’s arrangement)
GGuest UserThis is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!
GGuest UserThe hotel is 8 kilometers from the Lisbon Passenger Transport Center and 7 kilometers from the main attractions, which is not convenient. The hotel is located on the third floor, there is no elevator, the stairs are narrow, and the luggage is a problem. The hotel room is large in size, with a balcony, windows can be opened, a public kitchen, and facilities are complete. There is a front desk on duty and check in is fast. Suitable for light traveler.

TTrace hangThe hotel has a more classic style a slightly older look, the counter you need up to the second floor just can find it, for beginners we tot we came to the wrong places.
The location is good and clean, and the breakfast is quite good with the service.
