The hostel was a little difficult to find and could do with an outside light on the sign as I arrived in the evening. Other than that it was really lovely, staff were great and very friendly! I was able to check in in the early hours of the morning which was perfect as my flight was a late one. Everything was sign posted throughout the hostel so easy to find showers and toilets and the bed even had a usb and usb-c port in it so that made for an easy charging experience! There’s also a lift which was great after travelling with luggage!
Beds were clean and comfortable and it was mostly quiet throughout the night.
Would definitely come back for a longer stay, close to local metro stations, lovely cafe called Hygge and the banksy museum which is a must see and very affordable!

I recommend rooms small but clean, the downside is a shared bathroom for the entire floor but apart from that everything is fine. Good price-quality ratio.

To be honest, the room is cleaned and quiet enough. But outside the hotel, it’s kind of dangerous? I think, there are always some people sitting right on the stairs of the entrance,it’s hard to have a entirely stay there, all in all, except for the location, everything is good enough.

I had a really pleasant experience during my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made getting around the city so convenient. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, they were always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitude really added to the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
At first, I saw that this hotel was attractive. The stay was comfortable, quiet and clean. The terrace was very freehand to look at the pool. The beach in about 5 minutes was even more intoxicating. Looking at the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful sunset was simply intoxicating.

The stairs are long and the service counter is on the fourth floor for a long time;
The hotel is located in the sightseeing area and there are stations nearby, but the smell of oily smoke in the nearby restaurants is very heavy.
Very basic room with almost no amenities. The room is very dark with only bedside lamps and a basically useless hanging lamp. The toilet door knob is broken so we couldn’t close the door. The hanging lamp was not working when we first entered the room but receptionist was very helpful to help us change the light bulb, only to realise it’s so dim so basically useless.

In January, a woman traveled alone and used a single room.
It is located right in front of Rossio Station, but the front of Rossio Station is very busy and bright, so I was not afraid at all even when I entered the accommodation at 11:00. Check-in was easy and there was an elevator, so it was easy to move even with heavy luggage. It was very clean, the bed was soft, the sectors were well divided for easy luggage storage, and Castello soap and body wash were provided as amenities for convenient use.
During my 3-night stay, I went out with a 'Do not disturb' tag one day, but when I returned to the accommodation, I went to the front door at 'n', but the Do not disturb tag was attached and I didn't clean it. We can clean until 8:00 pm, so please tell me comfortably.” There was a note on the door. I think he is the one who takes very good care of me.
If I were to pick a downside rather than a downside, it might be a little embarrassing because the washstand is in the bedroom, and it could be a little dark because there is no ceiling light, and the brightness of the backlight is not very bright, so I think I can point out a little discomfort when putting on makeup.
I think it's the best accommodation for a woman to travel to Lisbon alone and stay!

GGuest UserDecent location. Room size was fair however the floors could have been cleaner. The blanket was very thin and even with the heat on, I had to fold the blanket in half so that I would be warmer. The room was quite noisy, I could hear people talking in the hallways, their rooms, and there is quite a lot of traffic by the elevator. The bathroom was ok, the shower water pressure was nice but the temperature control was a bit difficult to turn. The sink water did not have any warm water option, and it felt quite wasteful every time you needed water from the sink it would keep running until it turned off. The wifi was spotty at times but when it did work it was fine. They had a bar and welcome drink which was nice, the outside patio also looked cute. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: toast, cereal, some fruit, and cucumbers and tomatoes. One gentleman asked for coffee and the attendant pointed to the machine and said ”it's all there”, but when I looked at the machine, all the coffee options said ”unavailable”. The machine needed some cleaning as well. The selection of teas were quite nice though. The location is decent, about 10 min walk from the start of the Avenida da Liberdade. They do have a kitchen on the ground floor if you preferred to cook your own meal (which would have been better than the disappointing dinner I had). They offer walking tours too which is cool. Typical hostel experience.
떠떠연이I didn't expect much because the reviews were really bad, but it was better than I thought. But there were so many ants that I couldn't even think about eating anything at the hotel. But the location is really the best.
KKY ChoonLocation is good, within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from a Metro station.
There is a very nice restaurant for breakfast just next to the hotel.
No cups provided in the room. In the bathroom, there is only one bottle of body shower, no shampoo provided.

ZZhengbangI love this hostel so much. It‘s very warm and lovely place to stay. The staff and guests here are very nice and friendly. I‘ll still choose Lisbon central hostel when I back to Lisbon. And I also recommend it to my friends. Thanks again for the good experience there.
CcatonlaiReally great spot if this is what you're looking for: young professionals and digital nomads.
A little pricier than other hostels but very clean and acts as a natural filter for more mature and respectful guests.
The working areas are the best I've ever experienced at a hostel with ample plugs and desk space. The location is absolutely amazing as well. Walkable and very close to a central metro and tram line.
If you're looking for a rowdy crowd in their early 20s, this is not the place. For millenials and 30 year olds coming to work and travel (not to party) this is perfect.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is decorated in a white theme, feels quite new, and is spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located very close to Dongfang Railway Station, just a few hundred meters walk, offering easy access to the city center. Note that bottled water and tissues are not provided, so guests should remember to bring their own.
SSatoYusukeIt is cleaned and kept clean every day.
The employees are very kind.
There are several supermarkets nearby. You can make a simple meal using kitchen microwave, IH cooking heater and kettle.
You can walk to the main attractions in Lisbon. There are a lot of homeless around, but there is no problem in particular. It is peaceful.
Metro station, bus, tram, all in a convenient location. The room rate is cheap.
