The hotel is good and quite comfortable, but the facilities are a bit old and run-down. The description said they spoke Spanish, but that wasn't the case. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay.

This is a good budget hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, though without a view. All in advance for a window with view of the street. The WiFi was very reliable. Bus 760 terminates outside the hotel and will take you to city centre quickly. Cash or prepaid passes only on the bus - single journey is €2.3.0 But you can walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes and it's all downhill.. There are several decent and inexpensive restaurants nearby, an artists park with cafes and a small supermsrket a few minutes walk away. A good location to stay.

The location is super convenient, really close to the Old Town attractions, and you can get there directly by bus. The facilities are pretty basic, very much in the budget airline 'easyJet' style, but if you're looking for good value for money, this place could be a good option.

I regret booking this hostel immediately after enter the room. Room is too small and air circulation is not good. Not enough spaces to place personal belongings. I booked here based on the high reviews score but I think it is overrated. I hurt myself when I squat down to close the metal drawer. It has some sharp edges. Breakfast is okay if it’s is included in the booking. If buy it separately at 9 Euro it’s overpriced.

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.  The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.  The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was truly a great experience from the very beginning. We arranged the host’s airport pickup service, which made our arrival very easy. The host picked us up at Lisbon Airport and drove us directly to the accommodation with all our luggage, which was very convenient after a long journey. The house is located in the beautiful coastal town of Lourinhã, not far from Torres Vedras, and within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing environment. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with a classic Portuguese villa style. The rooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all spacious, comfortable, and well designed. It felt very cozy and welcoming, almost like a home away from home. What impressed us the most was the warmth and kindness of the host couple. They were incredibly friendly and helped us solve many problems we encountered while staying in a foreign country. Their support made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. I stayed here with my child for about half a month. During that time, we visited many nearby attractions such as the dinosaur park, Areia Branca Beach, Peralta Beach, and the local castle. One of our favorite moments was watching the sunset near the Fort of Paimogo. It was truly unforgettable, and we both felt the trip was absolutely worthwhile. Later, we also rented the host’s car and traveled to Lisbon, Cabo da Roca, Belém Tower, and Coimbra. All of these places were amazing and made the journey even more memorable, although Pena Palace was a bit less impressive than we expected. When we had time, we bought fresh ingredients and cooked our own meals in the kitchen. It was comfortable, economical, and very enjoyable. We were especially grateful that the host kindly lent us some seasonings to use. The only small inconvenience was that after washing clothes in the washing machine, it was sometimes difficult to dry them during rainy days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient. The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage. Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol).

Great stay in a clean and well-located hostel I had a great experience staying at this hostel in Lisbon. The location is perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The place was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Mmoke899I chose a room with a bathroom, which is actually the master bedroom of the house. It's quite spacious and has everything. The location is also very good. There is a subway station downstairs, and there are many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby. The kitchen at home is also very easy to use and has everything. The parking situation is not clear. It may not be easy to park on the main road. Comparing the beds in the youth hostels nearby, the price was about twice as high as that in the youth hostels, but they were much more comfortable and comfortable, so I decided to change and did not continue to stay in the youth hostels. Although the landlord is not good at speaking English, he is still very enthusiastic about using translation software to communicate and help. Thank you very much. All in all, it is a very cost-effective choice. If you feel uncomfortable staying in a youth hostel, this is a good choice and highly recommended. (Note that the owner has more than one house, so different house types may not be in the same location. The two houses are not too far apart on foot for four or five minutes. Since there was no phone call in advance and the language was not well understood, the location on the map It’s just one of them, but it’s not where I live, so it doesn’t matter if I wait for a while. The specific arrangement is subject to the landlord’s arrangement)

MMrsakwok’s BlogYou really can't ask for too much at this price! The location is good, but you can't park in front of the door. There is a lift for luggage and luggage storage, but no washing machine facilities. The rooms are a bit small which is ok, but the bathroom is really narrow. I can't imagine how a tall and strong person would use it. The breakfast buffet is always filling, as long as the staff serves it on time. (I took this photo when I passed by the restaurant and there was no one there. Not bad, isn’t it!)

PPingyihuiziConvenient transportation and smooth travel. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is very convenient for sightseeing. Every area of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and breathable. The kitchen is equipped with a self-service coffee machine, which is super convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, helpful and handsome young men from Lisbon. They answer all questions and meet all requests, which is very heartwarming.

SSharon ShaminiDom Sanchio 1 is a charming rustic-style hotel with a fantastic location. It’s well-connected, with plenty of taxis, the train station, buses, and the iconic Tram 28 just around the corner. Victor and Tarsis were absolute gems—always ready with helpful recommendations and suggestions, which made our stay even better. That said, there are some downsides. Housekeeping was very minimal, limited mostly to towel changes and a quick bed tidy-up. Breakfast was repetitive and quite basic throughout our four-day stay. The biggest challenge, however, was the bathroom—it was incredibly small, probably the tiniest I’ve ever come across in a hotel or hostel, requiring you to walk sideways just to get in. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place if location and friendly service matter most, but be prepared for the compact facilities and simple amenities.
