A very good hotel if you want to stay in Hoi An for a beach holiday.The city is about 5 km away. It's literally a 7-minute walk to the beach, if you go a little to the right, there will be a nicer beach (palm trees, sun loungers if you want, restaurants with seafood). The general area of the hotel is small, but very beautiful. Huge plants, a clean pool, which is deep and large enough to swim. The room itself is clean, there is a kettle, water, tea / coffee. There are free bicycles (I went to the lighthouse and to the starting point of the round boat tours). The service is also great, the nice girl at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast is ordered in advance from the proposed items (pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, etc. + tea or coffee).
Cons:
- I couldn't fall asleep for a long time because of the strange creaking of the wooden wall behind the bed - The room had a balcony, but there was no table or chair on it, and the view was mainly over the roofs.
I stayed at the hotel for one night and would have stayed longer if there were rooms available.
I recommend the hotel.

The best hotel we stayed in during our trip!!! Staff contacted us via WhatsApp in advance to confirm check-in time and sent us location and passwords. We stayed in a room without washing machine, but the staff was so nice to offer us to borrow the washing machine in other unbooked rooms. The location is very convenient while it's not noisy at all. There's fantastic swimming pool and facilities. The room was tidy and neat. The shower room is a bit small, but the water pressure's superb. Love the stay here. Would recommend it to friends who's gonna visit Hoi An to stay here.

The house is very comfortable and the room is very clean. It is the best one I have ever slept in. It really feels like going home. It is very kind and welcoming. On the day I arrived, I also gave a travel map intimately. The location is on the edge of the ancient town. It is also very close to the walk. I only knew that the owner was Chinese when I came, and the style was also very Chinese. If you are afraid of communication problems, you don't have to worry about it. You can communicate in Chinese.

I highly recommend staying at this place. The room was spotless, and the owner gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. He kindly showed me a map of the area, highlighting must-visit spots and recommending some excellent local dishes to try. The location is very central, with a charming thrift shop just across the street. They also have an adorable dog, which added a delightful touch to the stay. Additionally, the owner was incredibly helpful in arranging a taxi for me. If I visit Hoi An again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

Arrived in Hoi An and met Ms Ten. I stayed for a night and she let me used the room in the 3rd floor. Fortunately,still young coz you need to use the stairs. I like her being Auntie mode and even gave me an umbrella on the first day to be prepared in case it rained.
~The room is clean and the toilet is also well-maintained.
~I went back late around 12 midnight and almost got lost. Lucky, the guy who were also staying bought in the Mini Mart if not I might stay outside to sleep.
-Considering the price, I’m satisfied to have a clean room and available toiletries.
~Thanks, Ms Ten for suggesting her husband to drive me to Ba Na Hill. Also, for lending me her bike.
~I will definitely go back to stay again as its very convenient place near Hoi An Night Market.
Suggestions:
Put up lights at night until dawn for late comers.
Make bigger poster of name.
Sweep more coz its a bit dusty.
Add some aroma oil or air freshener in the lobby.
Put more shoe racks for better organisation.

A good inexpensive hostel not far from the old center. I lived in a female room. Bed linen is frequent, they give one towel. Toilet and shower are shared and are located on the floor, everything was clean. A good breakfast is included: in front of you they cook eggs if you want, there are pancakes, bread, salad, rice, coffee.
Cons:
- А very hard mattress;
- There is an air conditioner right above my head that runs all the time. I had to create a barricade to block out the cold air, otherwise I would probably catch a cold.
I recommend the hostel, good value for money.

CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

The place was clean, the staff were very helpful, room had a strong aircon, and it was the first place we were able to watch a movie since we started travelling! This was a nice rest bite for a couple of evenings though we did connect a portable speaker to it so we could hear better as it was very quiet.
There was also a working fridge which was lovely but it goes off when you leave as you take the key for the electricity so if you need something to stay refrigerated just ask and they will pop it in the downstairs fridge instead.
We had the number of the owner and she was quick to answer and helped us with everything, from checking in early to sorting washing loads to booking taxis in the morning etc.
Good location too, not far from the old city, some nice restaurants nearby (peanuts the vegan place we would recommend). If you want to go to hoian specifically for being on the beach then this place is a drive away so not the most convenient but also only 15mins max and grabs are cheap! We would deffo stay there again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying an and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs.
The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with high-quality furnishings and linens that provided a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, such as the fitness center and indoor pool, were top-notch and really enhanced my stay.
What stood out the most, however, was the level of service. The concierge went above and beyond to provide recommendations and assist with arranging local activities and transportation. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was refreshed promptly each day.
Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, exceptional service, and great value made this one of the best hotel stays I've had. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

BBenBoxThe owner and her family were very warm. The room I was in is spacous. And the bathroom is clean. Each day, the service was impeccable from a clean room as well as offers to enjoy a meal from them (no charge). I was also their last guest before the ***** New Year. They provided wonderful help for my trip such as must see places that they go to as well as help with transportation (provide bikes) and assist in finding good deals for transport. They put in the work to make you enjoy your stay, for the fee/night the value of service is incredible. It's also just north of the ancient town and south of the beach. Great location and at night so quiet. I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you to the family and I wish them CHÚC MỪNG NĂM MỚI.

GGuest UserIt was very convenient and easy to access Hoi An Old Town and the night market.
Breakfast was a style where you could choose from the menu, but the tour departed early both times during the two nights, so we could only choose the menu that was served the soonest, which was disappointing.
Still, the staff was very kind and prepared breakfast earlier than the regular breakfast time.
The shower had a glass wall between the sink and the shower, so the sink got wet when you used it.
The floor was slippery when wet, but there were flip-flops in the room, and I wore them when I took a shower and it wasn't slippery, so I recommend using sandals.
The towels were thin and quite well-used, so they were not very absorbent.
The hair dryer was quite weak, so it took a long time to dry my hair.
The facilities were a little old, but overall I think it was a good hotel.

GGuest UserСкрипят и с трудом закрываются двери. Комната должна была быть с окном и видом на сад. В итоге хозяйка сказала, что соседи построили дом на месте сада, поэтому вида нет (но и окна нормального в комнате тоже не было, из-за чего был затхлый запах).
В комнате есть вентилятор и кондиционер, не жарко.
Шум днем, так как хозяева находятся дома, но это понятно, так как это не отель, а Homestay. Вайфай не очень хорошо работает, видеозвонки подвисали.
Душ, как и во всей Азии, течет по всему полу ванной комнаты.
На ночь закрыли калитку, пришлось в 10 вечера звонить в звонок, чтобы открыли, но может это и плюс.
Наш номер включал завтрак. Выбора нет, предложили омлет либо яичница с багетом и кофе/чай, банан. Достаточно, чтобы плотно позавтракать.
Прочитали в отзывах, что хозяйка дает бесплатно велосипед на прокат. Сама не предложила, но мы спросили, и она дала. Она также предоставляет мотобайки, но уже платно.
После выселения хозяйка предложила также оставить чемоданы у нее, пока мы гуляем. Часто интересовалась, все ли хорошо и какие у нас планы.
