❌run away ❌ 👍🏽10 minute drive from OR Tambo Airport. Reception and check in was smooth 🙄 No elevator in hotel. I had to carry my 2 x23kg suitcases up a flight of stairs. No porter service or any staff offered to assist me 🙄 Room is small but ok for staying over night for catching an early morning flight. 🙄 Air-conditioning is very noisy I couldn't sleep 🙄Walls are not sound proof.... 🙄Plugs are all situated across on the small table 🙄 When using the kettle the phone could not charge 🙄 No bottled water - at more than RMB400 per night I expected to at least have that 🙄 Hotel operates on an online ordering system, I tried to order room service but when I couldn't ,I sent the contact person a msg via the system - 24hrs later - no response.

My stay at the lodge was very pleasant. After many hours of flying, the amenities are sufficient to relax and have a rest before connecting flights or before your next move. Staff at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. Andrew who is part of staff in charge of pick-up and drop-off, waited quite a while for me the collect baggage and was extremely patient and understanding. I’d highly recommend staying there.

Overall my stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very mice and helpful. The location is is ideal. The place was clean however, all the towels were dirty but the staff quickly changed them and gave me new ones once I informed them.

Staff was quite receptive and really helpful, all facilities were functional and the room was impressively tidy. It was worth every penny. Cheers!

The reception welcomed us warmly, making us feel very comfortable. Our room was spotless, and the staff was attentive, even providing us with a bucket for ice with ease. Everything was spot on

Environment: Very good 👍 The hotel is located in the center of Chinatown in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is only about 7.5 kilometers from the airport to the hotel. The hotel can arrange a car to pick up the airport in advance. It is convenient and safe to travel. There are many Chinese restaurants around, such as Diaoyu Island, Shunde Restaurant, Waguan Shijia, Mong Kok Restaurant, Chongqing Hotpot, Northeast Dumplings, etc. Wanfulai Supermarket has a full range of daily necessities, even tea brands are available. A Chinatown basically meets your life needs.

Was wonderful. Unique aesthetic design of the hotel is nice, lovely pool overlooking a view, excellent service and amenities like bar and restaraunt. Overall a great experience with lots of activities like fishing, quad bikes, nearby spa and poolside chilling.

Excellent service, enjoyed my stay. Peaceful place
