I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The room is bright and spacious! A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China! The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great! I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Citizen Center subway station and just a short walk to City Balcony. The rooms are clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the light show from your window at night. The buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. There's also a noodle shop in the hotel's basement, and after eating, you can explore the underground shopping street.

Traveling during off-peak season, and staying for two nights, plus it was my birthday, so a big thank you to the front desk for upgrading my room! My room had a view of the iconic HaoGu Pagoda. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the lake area, making it convenient to visit Nanhu World, Zicheng Ruins Park, and the Catholic Church. The hotel's garden design is so lovely, it could be a tourist attraction itself. From the front desk to the guest rooms, and the staff at the breakfast, Chinese, and Japanese restaurants, everyone was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room cleaning on the second day was thorough and not sloppy at all. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and even after two days, there was barely any repetition. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This was a really great experience! Initially, I was a bit apprehensive because I saw some online reviews mentioning the hotel facilities were old. But once I arrived, I didn't find anything old at all. Perhaps it's not super modern, but overall, it's quite grand. The staff and employees were extremely professional; they were always happy to provide excellent service whenever we asked. Of course, I can't say the hotel is absolutely perfect, which is why I gave the facilities 4.5 stars – to leave some room for improvement. The only minor suggestion I have is for the hotel to consider the needs of female guests regarding toiletries. For example, a softer toothbrush head and adding a comb for styling hair would be great additions. Overall impression: Super satisfied, I'd be very happy to be a repeat customer! This hotel was comfortable and very close proximity to the train station. It is just literally a road across from the hotel and we lobby realised on our last day. Walking to the West Lake was a close 10min walk. It was not a strenuous walk as you will be going through a mall with lots of food and shops to get to West Lake. The male staff at the reception who checked us in was polite but the ladies were more welcoming. There were 2 lady staff at the restaurant for breakfast who were extremely caring and nice to my son. They would ask me if I wanted to pack some food for him as they noticed he did not eat much. This is a lovely gesture other hotels do not usually have. I love our tatami room as it combines into a huge bed that is comfortable for 3-4 petite people. The only downside is the Laundry room where it is located in a room where the door can be closed. This made me feel unsafe as there was one night where 3 other male guests came in with a top and underwear. Though there are CCTVs but just felt the laundry room would be better if it is near the reception area which is similar to one of the Shanghai hotel I stayed in. The dryer was weak and took many hours to dry my clothes therefore I observed for many nights, the dryers would constantly be in use for long periods. Overall Hangzhou service is so much better than Shanghai. Everyone is caring and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hangzhou is nice, full of trees and historical sites. The hotel was recommended by the trip planner. Nice cosy rooms. Spacious, and comfortable bed & pillows. There are some nice touches to the room, and the blue was quite pleasing. There is a shower & bathtub as well. Toiletries are provided. The buffet selection is quite good and quite tasty. We only stayed for 1 night. The staff did help with the bags when we arrived. Check in was seamless but they speak limited English though. Overall nice hotel and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the location much as we used a driver. The hotel is located at the corner, about 10-15 mins from Qinghefang Street by car.

This time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Shaoxing, the overall experience was full, and the whole process felt comfortable! Special names are to praise the two staff: Wang Jiaying, the service manager, is dedicated to doing things, from check-in docking, demand response to the itinerary assistance are meticulous and thoughtful, the attitude is gentle and professional, and people feel intimate everywhere. Sales Director Stephanie also personally, communication efficient, arranged properly, service is very careful. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is a big surprise. The seafood ingredients in the store are particularly fresh, delicious, and the dishes are authentic and exquisite. The dining experience is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with complete supporting facilities, and all the staff are warm and courteous. It is very suitable for business travel or leisure travel. Highly recommend this hotel, I will choose here next time I come to Shaoxing!

We took a quick weekend trip to West Lake with our family of three. To make sure we had the best experience, I did a lot of comparisons and finally chose Xizi. And I was right to! The beautiful environment goes without saying, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast spread was so rich and varied, I just wished I had a bigger stomach! It was close to the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel even prepared Zongzi gift boxes, making us feel completely at home and valued. If you wanted to go to any area, a quick call to the front desk would have a shuttle car ready to take you. Our room was on the first floor, and upon entering, a pleasant aroma filled the air. I loved the new Chinese style decor, even the bedding had a Chinese flair. During an evening stroll, we passed by Building No. 1 and, with the Leifeng Pagoda in the background, learned that this was where leaders from over thirty countries and regions took a group photo during the Hangzhou Summit. Now for the minor drawbacks: the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great; you could hear people opening doors and talking in the hallway. The bathroom door, however, was quite heavy and took some effort to open and close. And there were some cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed – a small detail. Overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow the brilliance; it truly is a dazzling pearl on the tender and picturesque West Lake!

First time in Yiwu and I chose Marriott, as expected. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Trade City, and just across the road from Dongkuo Market. Behind the hotel is Xinguanghui Plaza with lots of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was great, truly living up to the Marriott name as a seasoned international brand. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't the best; I could hear some noise from next door.
