The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Really good! The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with tea plantations all around and fantastic air. The room was comfortable too; the twin beds could be pushed together to make a super-large bed, perfect for stretching out. The front desk service was also excellent, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

## Thousand Islands Lake: The ultimate staycation choice! Voco is truly an excellent choice, a hotel under the InterContinental umbrella, so the quality is superb. Getting to the hotel is very convenient. It's about a 25-minute taxi ride from the high-speed train station. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle bus from the high-speed train station (¥15/person) to a nearby intersection and then a connecting shuttle to the lobby. The hotel is surrounded by lake views. Rooms with balconies offer clear and beautiful scenery. (Personally, I feel that the views from the 3rd and 4th floors are better than the 1st and 2nd floors). The hotel service deserves a perfect score. The day before check-in, I received a call, and a staff member added me on WeChat. A special thank you to Selena! She introduced the hotel and provided travel tips. Any questions I had were answered very quickly! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering the food. Regarding the food, I only tried breakfast, and the variety was incredibly rich. From classic Western fried eggs and bacon to Chinese congee and soup dumplings, there was everything imaginable, satisfying all taste preferences. I'd also like to mention that the gym equipment is of good quality! It's more comprehensive than many other hotels.

I chose this hotel because of the Banyan Tree brand, but honestly, the service needs improvement. When I arrived, I had to climb some steps, and there was no bellboy to help with my luggage, even though there weren't many guests checking in at the time. During check-in, there wasn't much information provided about the hotel's services – I had to ask about everything. When I inquired about a taxi service, I was simply told to go to the concierge, and the staff member had no expression at all. On the other hand, the environment is truly amazing, especially the view from the lobby, which is super comfortable.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Zhejiang's ancient towns. While the entrance isn't grand, it holds a charming secret within. The hotel boasts an inner courtyard with a covered bridge, and from my window, I could gaze upon a picturesque scene of small bridges, flowing water, and lotus ponds. The intricate eaves, carved windows, stacked tiles, and dark walls perfectly encapsulate the ambiance of a Jiangnan village, especially when strolling through the alleys in a light drizzle. This hotel provided me with the most beautiful ancient town experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The welcome fruit wasn't just a couple of apples and cherry tomatoes; it was a selection of premium fruits. The bedding felt like high-end sateen cotton, though I'm no expert, I could tell it was of excellent quality. There were even multiple pillow options. The room was spotlessly clean, which is a huge plus for me as I'm a bit of a clean freak and have high standards for hygiene – this place passed with flying colors. Breakfast needed to be reserved a day in advance. While the variety wasn't extensive, every dish was exquisite and catered to both Chinese and Western tastes. The personalized butler service was excellent; Grace was available 24/7, ready to assist with any questions I had, both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel's location is right in the middle of Wuzhen's West Scenic Zone (Xizha). Although it's on a street, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place.

Coming to Hangzhou, I finally saw the江南 (Jiangnan) I'd only read about in textbooks. I didn't rush to see all the sights; I simply walked slowly along West Lake, watching the weeping willows brush the water and boats glide by. The air was filled with the scent of water and flowers. In the evening, the setting sun painted the lake a gentle orange, and in that moment, all my fatigue melted away. It turns out the beauty of Hangzhou isn't for checking off a list, but for feeling and experiencing. I was very satisfied with my three-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange smells. The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept exceptionally well. The soundproofing was also good; I wasn't disturbed at all throughout the night. The shower had great water pressure and stable hot water, making for a very comfortable shower. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and they proactively helped me call a taxi. There are plenty of dining options nearby, right downstairs, offering great value for money. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Our stay at naked House Valley was so fantastic that we didn't hesitate to extend our trip in Moganshan by another day, choosing naked House Castle, which is part of the same group. We stayed in a 'little rammed earth round house' at naked House Valley. The entire hotel is nestled in a valley with stunning scenery, and the different restaurants offer excellent experiences, with both the Chinese and Western restaurants serving high-quality food. Before leaving Moganshan, we even made sure to experience naked House Valley's 'naked House Taste' again.

Service: The service attitude was superb, and the staff guided us through the check-in process from start to finish. Environment: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the hotel was quiet and pleasant. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel maintained excellent hygiene. Bedding: The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows were the best we've encountered in any hotel during this trip. The bedding felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Food: While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was exceptionally delicious and well-prepared. They had everything from NFC juice, milk, coffee, and soy milk to Coke and Sprite. I highly recommend the incredibly tasty xiaolongbao, and the freshly made beef noodles were absolutely fantastic – the beef was tender and soft, and the noodles had a great chew. Everyone should definitely try them! Parking: The hotel has its own parking spaces, which makes parking safe and worry-free. The most important thing bears repeating three times: You can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard! This was a huge hit with the kids, allowing them to watch the squirrels eat up close. Finally, I'm giving a five-star review again. Hesheli Hotel received unanimous approval from our entire family, and we hope to have the chance to visit again in the future.

An absolutely wonderful vacation! We avoided the summer peak and my partner and I chose a ¥4888 package: the Cliff View Suite, Rose No. 5, which was fantastic! Our butler, Anna, was incredibly attentive, checking in with us daily, restocking anything we needed, and taking care of everything so thoroughly that we had no worries during our stay. The package included not only a double breakfast but also a complimentary autumn set menu and a travel photoshoot, all perfectly arranged, allowing me to fully relax and breathe in the fresh air. The hotel facilities and entertainment options were also great, with an outdoor infinity pool, outdoor archery, billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, and more – absolutely superb! My favorites were definitely the food and the travel photoshoot, very satisfying 👍👍. Must give five stars; it's perfect for busy city dwellers like us to relax and unwind.

I was looking for a unique hotel by West Lake on Ctrip, and after browsing through the first 8, which were all too expensive, I settled on this one, ranked ninth, because it seemed like good value for money. It turned out to exceed my expectations! I had booked a mountain view room, and the front desk staff, Una and Vincent, helped upgrade me to a 180-degree mountain view, which was incredibly lucky. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and it's very convenient for getting around. The internal details of the hotel are also excellent, and they even offered afternoon tea. But the biggest surprise was the breakfast – while the variety wasn't huge, every single item felt thoughtfully prepared, and I wanted to try so much. I'll definitely be back next time! 👍
