Enjoyed our stay in Bintan and it was a great choice to choose Four Points. Breakfast at Rempah Restaurant has a great variety. My kids enjoy the kids club and activities provided. We didnt really travel out to explore bintan as we wanted the kids to chill and enjoy the pool and beach. Nearest food options and small shopping area at plaza lagoi is just 5mins walking distance. Cons: we actually booked cabana king room for our stay as we wanted more space for the kids to move around, it was featured at 50m2 room which is bigger than normal room. When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

Conveniently located to malls, market and viral cafes. Massages and spas are also very near. Convenient stores located right in front of hotel. They have room services too, remember to ask the front desk. Walkable to itsumo tart area as well.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Though it’s a soft launch and they is still some construction work going on, it’s still good stay. Service of the staff are good! The manager Shintia always check on us and make sure we that we have an enjoyable stay! Was upgraded from pool view to ocean view. Enjoyed the ocean view very much! A very well equipped gym as well. Very nice scenery at the resort area. Will be back!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

I've stayed at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam twice this year, in February and May 2026, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations. This time, I booked an Executive Twin room for my mother-in-law and her friend for a short getaway from 30 May to 1 June 2026. The location is excellent—directly opposite Grand Batam Mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. The hotel is also right next to Eska Wellness Spa, where guests can enjoy massages, hair treatments, manicures, and pedicures, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Even before arrival, the service was impressive. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp regarding a few special requests, and the staff were professional, responsive, and genuinely accommodating throughout the process. Some highlights of the stay included: • Spacious and spotlessly clean room • Comfortable beds that provided a good night's rest • Hot and cold water dispensers available at every lift lobby • Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other entertainment options • Excellent breakfast spread with a wide variety of local and international selections • Complimentary hi-tea, which was a delightful surprise and made the afternoons even more enjoyable What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every staff member—from the front desk and housekeeping team to the chefs, waiters, and bellboys—provided exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness throughout the stay. My mother-in-law and her friend did not have the opportunity to use the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym during this stay, so we are unable to comment on those. However, based on their overall experience, they truly enjoyed every moment here and appreciated the comfort, convenience, and hospitality provided. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

Nice hotel suites at a very strategic location within Nagoya. Many shops, reataurants, eateries, food court, cafes and massage places around the area.. Suites are of good size and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was fine with good variety of food but a bit overcrowded. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Overall, highly recommended place to stay if you plan to explore Nagoya Thamrin area.

I stayed in both the Superior Room and Deluxe Room during my trip and found both room types to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay. Breakfast is also excellent. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a small coffee table in each room. We ordered room service and found it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably in the room. With three plates of food, there was very limited space on the dressing table as it was already occupied by the kettle, cups, and coffee amenities. A small coffee table would make a big difference, especially for guests who prefer to dine in their rooms. The location is excellent. It is about a 10-minute walk to Grand Mall Shopping Centre, only 3 minutes from BCS Mall and the morning market, and just a stone's throw away from Si Fang Yuan Dim Sum. There are also plenty of massage centres and great food options within walking distance, making it a very convenient place to stay⁹. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic location. Will definitely be back again!
