The interior style is simple yet luxurious, creating a great ambiance, and the rooms are clean and dry. The staff are kind and efficient in their responses. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room. It's rare to find such a comfortable place to stay during a trip. The hotel has a great design, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, and a very pleasant scent that helps you relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Watching the sunset around 7 PM on a clear day from the viewing platform by the pool is simply delightful!

As one of the top hot spring hotels in the country, the check-in experience was truly impressive. The guest rooms come with private hot springs, and it was my first time experiencing hot spring water that circulates all day. From 7 PM to midnight every evening, the hot springs continuously and automatically circulate, allowing guests to enjoy a soak even after returning from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This washes away travel fatigue, making for an excellent experience. The next day, guests can visit the Baoji Pool outdoor public hot springs, which offer a secluded outdoor environment with low traffic and spacious surroundings, making for a very pleasant hot spring experience. Regarding dining, breakfast is served at the Royal Dining Hall. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation, saving guests the walk and a lot of time. The restaurant service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even specially prepared authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) on the spot, which was full of flavor. Dinner is also served here, and I highly recommend the braised Yellow River soft-shelled turtle; it's definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, with an exclusive access channel to the Huaqing Palace, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. I also want to provide honest feedback on some areas for improvement: The front desk and shuttle staff were a bit stiff in their demeanor, lacking warmth and giving off a distant vibe, as if their workplace was too high-end. Also, the cleanliness details in the public areas need improvement. I found traces of small insects inside drawers, so I recommend strengthening deep disinfection and daily cleaning and maintenance.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

My stay at this InterContinental in Xi'an exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very welcoming, especially those in the lounge and breakfast restaurant, who provided excellent service. The food was abundant and of high quality. The concierge service was also great; they even helped deliver my takeout order to my room. I've already recommended this hotel to friends visiting Xi'an.

It's incredibly close to the subway station, and just a short walk from the Bell Tower commercial district. It's so convenient, offering a quiet escape in the middle of a bustling area. Over 700 for a room with executive lounge access? What more could you ask for! I booked an Executive Twin Room, which included breakfast for two plus executive lounge access for afternoon tea and happy hour. For this price in the center of Xi'an, the value for money is unbeatable. The hotel facilities definitely show their age, but they are well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The happy hour at the executive lounge was surprisingly substantial, with hot dishes, a noodle bar, and desserts. After a day of sightseeing, I didn't feel like going out to find food, so it was convenient and relaxing to just have dinner at the lounge. The breakfast spread was also rich, offering both local specialties and Western options. Our family of three was very satisfied with the meals. The biggest plus was the service. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was warm and professional. The guest relations team even contacted me specifically to inquire about my stay experience, which shows this hotel truly puts effort into its service. In short, at this price, this location, and with this service, what more could you possibly want? I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an! 😄😄😄

The staff were gentle and courteous, proactively informing me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and local transportation routes—the attention to detail was exceptional. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and fluffy, making it easy to relax and rest quickly. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the hot water was stable. The toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including hot dishes, pastries, fresh fruit, and drinks, all authentic and fresh. Public areas were clean and tidy, and elevator wait times were short. The hotel's location is convenient; it’s easy to get to attractions by taxi and find places to shop and eat. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, with attentive yet unobtrusive service. It's perfect for both short business trips and leisure stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area. I truly recommend it to everyone!

I was extremely satisfied with the service and hygiene. I booked an executive room, which came with executive benefits. Unfortunately, I was out and about in the 'city that never sleeps' and didn't get to experience the executive lounge at night. The breakfast was the best I had during my six-day stay in Xi'an. The hotel's back exit provides easy access to other dining and entertainment options nearby, which is very convenient. The treadmills in the fourth-floor gym face the Tang Paradise, making it a great spot to enjoy a run. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit dated, lacking a smart toilet, and there were a few minor issues with the sink. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was excellent at guiding me, giving very precise instructions for poses and expressions. The resulting photos were natural and stunning, requiring no effort from my side to pose. Overall, the service was thoughtful and meticulous. Getting accommodation and photos all in one go truly elevated my travel experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Gran Meliá again next time.

Very satisfied! Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury. Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate. Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum! Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

I couldn’t have had a more comfortable nor convenient experience at Xi’an Airport Hotel. I’m amazed by the quality of service and amenities I got for the price. I had an executive suite overlooking the runway and could see planes taking off from my bed in the morning. I was able to enjoy a breakfast buffet of wide variety, the gym and changing rooms with sauna. If I’d have had time I’d have used the pool also which looked lovely. There was a very convenient shuttle to Terminal 5 for my departure and when I arrived the airport was very conveniently located within terminal 3. Staff were helpful with bags. If I get a chance, I’ll definitely be back!
