My stay at Yongningmen Yazhi Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with both the public areas and guest rooms decorated in a warm and comfortable style. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, treating guests kindly, and you could feel their dedication in every interaction. The biggest surprise was upon checkout, when the customer service manager thoughtfully presented us with a special Xi'an refrigerator magnet and a small shadow puppet souvenir. They were small, exquisite, and full of local charm. These heartwarming little details were incredibly touching and added a wonderful memory to my trip. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and wore traditional Tang Dynasty clothing inside the hotel. They also offered buggy services to the restaurant that served breakfast and gave us an emperor’s pass for free admission into Huaqing Palace. The hot bath in the room was very nice. They also offered free desserts at night and stocked our rooms with drinks and fruits every morning. They also offered a freeTang Dynasty photoshoot in the style of the famous Yang Guifei. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know how to use the AC. When the AC was set to auto with the snowflake icon, the room temperature went down below the set temperature, and with the sun icon and auto it went above the set temperature. With just the fan set to auto the room could not cool down.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

Whenever we visit Xi'an as part of our trips to the Northwest, we always choose to stay here. **Facilities:** Excellent, well-equipped, and easy to use. **Hygiene:** Very good. **Environment:** It's very close to Xi'an Station, only about 300-400 meters away. There are many bus lines nearby, a metro station, and it's easy to hail a cab. Plus, there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity. **Service:** Very good.

Amidst the vibrant chaos of my Xi'an trip, the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely my best choice. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature before I even arrived, so stepping in felt incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The butler service was outstanding. Communication was always warm and prompt, and the information provided was accurate and high-quality. Housekeeping was especially timely. Following Lucky's recommendations, I visited many places, which significantly boosted my travel efficiency. A big thank you to Lucky for her thoughtful care. The Four Points by Sheraton rooms are very new. I recommend choosing an inner-facing room; they are quiet and offer a beautiful sky view from the window. All amenities worked perfectly. The complimentary apple juice was delicious, so I even asked Lucky for two more bottles. Kudos to all the staff; their 'three-meter greeting' (approaching guests to assist) was excellent. Most importantly, with such a great location, superb service, and fantastic rooms, the price was surprisingly affordable! I can confidently say that among all the hotels in Xi'an, this one offers the best value for money. Oh, and the lobby bar was excellent too! They really got into the World Cup spirit. It's a shame I had to leave a day early; if I'd stayed one more night, I definitely wouldn't have slept – I would have spent the evening at the lobby bar! In a word, choose Four Points by Sheraton; you won't regret it.

The buffet breakfast at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a perfect experience! The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!

I absolutely have to rave about the service at Tanghua Hualuxe! It was consistently exquisite, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my entire stay, with every detail adding to a wonderful sense of occasion. Upon arrival, the bellhop immediately helped with my luggage, and a staff member, dressed in traditional Tang attire, offered hot tea and gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's gardens and local attractions. It happened to be my birthday during my stay, and the room was beautifully decorated in advance, complete with complimentary desserts and a handwritten card – a truly heartwarming touch. Room service was incredibly prompt; items were replenished and requests adjusted super quickly. The concierge proactively recommended routes to avoid crowds at tourist spots and suggested lesser-known photo opportunities. The hotel itself offers a rich cultural experience with its Tang Dynasty etiquette and garden tours. The rooms were spotless and odor-free, with elegant furnishings and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful courtyard at night. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was delightful, characterized by genuine, perfectly-pitched attentiveness rather than forced politeness. This is a rare luxury hotel that masterfully combines rich cultural heritage with genuinely warm and thoughtful service.

Overall satisfaction, good service, staff speak softly. It is a good place to escape the heat! The hotel is quiet, hygienic and comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to the room, very rich. When I left the store, I also sent a souvenir, which is a local specialty. The room presented two cups of American style, because I didn't want to use paper cups, I gave my own cup. I thought it was about the amount of two cups, but the result was that the cup was full, far greater than the amount of two cups.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again
