Great hotel! Location: near to metro station and the landmark bell tower, walking distance to Huimingjie, day tour bus drop us at the metro exit right outside the hotel. Room: clean Breakfast: good varieties in western and Chinese style breakfast! Service: good service

First and foremost, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the pleasant stay. Ms Tao Zi, Ms. Jing Jing and their colleagues at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Ms. Yi Gai Li and her colleagues at the breakfast and high tea restaurant were warm and friendly. Appreciate all your wonderful service and warm welcome. When I booked the hotel, I just wanted a clean, value for money with a good location hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. Overall we had good night rest and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again to the hotel for exceeding our expectation.

The hotel room is very clean, and the items are neatly arranged. The bathroom and shower are separated for wet and dry areas, making the stay comfortable and reassuring. The front desk staff, Renee is also very warm and welcoming—highly recommended! The staff is very helpful, and I really like this place. The breakfast is delicious, the view is beautiful, and everything is great! The hotel is majestic, I wasn’t expecting such luxury from an airport hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from Terminal 3 arrivals, and there’s a tunnel that takes you directly to departures in just 5 minutes without even leaving the hotel. The reception is open all night, and the receptionist was kind and professional. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring thoughtful touches like a bathtub, bathrobes, and a desk. It would have been nice to have coffee options available at the bar, and it would be convenient if the reception on the 3rd floor (near the terminal tunnel) was open. However, these are minor details. All in all, it’s an excellent hotel and highly recommended for long layovers!

The looks and feel of the hotel is nostalgic. A bit old in terms of the room that we stayed in. As Xi’an is known for its spicy food, it’s a reprieve to have some non-spicy options provided at breakfast. The spread for the buffet dinner is nice and filling. Overall it’s a great place to stay-in and relax.

Huge 5 star hotel on the Main road, Main advantages are close metro and shopping mall. Otherwise hotel it self is rather old fashioned and little bit tired. Executive lounge doesnt pay off, food there is very avarage. Breakfast was good but very cold hall. Ability to speak english very limited:-).

I love this hotel, the staff were super nice they even gave me some souvenirs when I check out, help me load my very heavy luggage to the taxi, the house keeper also super nice I ask for some extra tea once but they gave multiple time and very considerate too, I take a tissue box from the bathroom since I didn't see any tissue on the working table and the next they they put another tissue on the working table for me😆 , the only downside that I feel is that they don't have food delivery robot that can deliver food right to your room, they have the ** food cabinet but unfortunately when I use they they didn't work for me since I don't have local phone number so I'm not able to retrieve my food, the front desk try to help me by calling the customer service but no luck. Other than the robot food thing oh and the metro also a bit far, this Hilton Hotel a pretty good place to stay

Highly recommend this hotel!!!!! All the facilities are new and the rooms are super clean and spacious. No doubt it was a five star stay. We only stayed for 1 night, but have decided that this hotel will be our go-to-hotel every time we come to Xi’an. My parents enjoyed their stay too. My hubby was very happy that the front desk staff were able to communicate in English. Also accepted the international payment. Oops, did not take any photos of the room.

Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.

It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Zoe Kiko was very courteous, helpful & friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s near to the Everbright City. & within walking distance to the wild goose pagoda. We can a variety of delicious food around the hotel.

The reservation description said that it opened in 2019, so the setup and maintenance are a bit poor, and the sink and basin drain very slowly. In addition, there are many tour groups, and the hotel is quite noisy. My car was parked in the open-air parking space opposite the hotel gate. I thought it was free, but after leaving the hotel and about to get on the highway, I found a QR code for payment under the wiper. It's not worth going back for 6 yuan, but why did no one take the initiative to inform me of parking matters from check-in to check-out?

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

The hotel is very close to the highway exit. I stayed in Beijing for one night. The hotel should be a high-end hotel in Hancheng. There are ground and underground parking lots. The rooms are very large. The hotel is decorated in a dark luxury style. It is dark everywhere. The decoration is high-end. However, the shower water is hot and cold, and it is impossible to take a shower. I only stayed for one night and did not ask the waiter to check. The breakfast is Chinese style, very simple, and the coffee is instant.

Weinan Jianguo Hotel is really nice. If I hadn't been away on business, I would have wanted to stay here for a few more days. The room is decorated in a grand style, with mahogany classical furniture, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and has a superior location. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and Wuyue Plaza, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The service attitude is excellent, and welcome fruits are sent in the evening. The service can be said to be super good, whether it is the girls at the front desk, the brothers at the door, or even the sanitation cleaners, they are all equally good, very worthy of praise, and even more worthy of recommendation.

Brand new facility but the staff is not yet trained to welcome foreign guests. The registration to the police is their duty but they sent us the WeChat link to do it by ourselves. We had to insist so they do it. The swimming pool is great. 👍 Dining service can improve too (why spoiling the food by pouring the wasabi sauce in front of us without instead of leaving the sauce in the pot for us to add the suitable flavor). They are trying their best and we can feel their efforts but the result is yet to achieve. Better management should be provided to guide the team..

The hotel facilities were also up to date. I was amazed at the vegetation coverage rate of the hotel park and even the entire Hancheng... The room had everything it should have, it was very thoughtful and comfortable, and it was very suitable for bringing children. The most important thing is that this is Hancheng, not a first- or second-tier city. It is OK to be able to achieve such a standard. At night, I went to the ancient city and the amusement park at the door to let the children relax, and came back to eat a bowl of noodles until late at night. What else can I ask for?

I stay at this hotel every year when I take my kids home to visit relatives. I have been staying here since before the epidemic, and it has been three years in a row. The reason for choosing this place is that the room is large and the sanitary facilities are good. It is next to Wanda Plaza and Chaoshi Lane. There is also a row of small shops on the opposite side of the street, which provides a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun. During the May Day holiday, the room type was upgraded for free. It has almost become my second home in Xianyang. There is also a minibar for free drinks. Bingfeng is so refreshing.
