I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't ***y restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.
fantastic staff
i would like to mention that Prerna and Biju were excellent. they are really helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Neel from the restaurant was also very good.
thanks
Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.
good hotel and well maintained. has a spa and massage with good gym facility. Perfect for business traveler. on the highway so makes time travel a lot more easier.
Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.
There are food stall-like shops lined up in front of the hotel, and the area is crowded with locals. Because of this, it is a little difficult to get in by car (taxi). The breakfast was vegetarian-friendly (maybe because there were a lot of Indians), so there was no bacon or sausage, and at the end I was told that there would be no coffee today (although it was one day out of three nights). It was a shame. There are no problems, but there is nothing particularly good about it, so I think it's worth the price.
It’s really hot to meet the hotel’s air conditioning line. The hotel room is very large, it is the most cost-effective hotel of its kind. But breakfast is generally like, the individual does not like the waiter around the old, staring at the progress of your meal, feel free to come over and collect the plate, ask if you want to eat. . .
Excellent stay. Luxury and cleanliness were top notch. Staff was really friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was really scrumptious. The only suggestion i have is to reduce the rates of dinner and lunch buffet, and the rest of the individual food items, it's way too expensive. The portion size is quite small as well. But the rest of the property is very exquisite, clean and beautiful. Must visit one time.
It was indeed a nice hotel to stay with good proximity to the airport but if I can ask one improvement point, I hope its swimming pool to be avaialble from earlier than 7AM.

Very Good
GGuest UserGreat stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold.
Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)
PPatrickLiuDefinitely worth recommending. The attitude of the service staff is excellent. The service quality is good and extremely considerate. They attach great importance to and are attentive to all service links. Although the construction status of the nearby roads is very poor, it does not affect the quality of the internal living. I highly recommend it.
NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended
GGuest UserWe were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants.
Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff.
At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel and best thing is that they upgraded my room to premium and it was super huge and spacious , ***** with that the service is top notch and quick.
Highly recommend and loved the cheese cake.
DdyhxThe hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms are dated with a stale smell. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom but the taps were creaking with age and the bed and pillows were so soft I find myself sinking into them (in an uncomfortable way). Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear rumblings ***** the corridor as my neighbours walk past and even their closing of doors. Breakfast was quite a spread but nothing much appealed to me (the bacon was so tough it was like plastic I couldn't bite thru), the only plus are their desserts, the muffins were decent.
The front desk appears understaffed but they try their best and kept the smiles, mostly.
GGuest UserHotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use.
The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.
