5-Star Hotels in Chu, Kyrgyzstan

The Sheraton Hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip to Bishkek. Located in a prime downtown location, it's within walking distance of Ala-Too Square and right next to Bishkek Park, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The views from the upper-floor rooms were stunning, offering panoramic vistas of the Tian Shan Mountains and the city, and I even witnessed a breathtaking sunset. The breakfast was extensive, blending local and international flavors, and the service was attentive, friendly, and courteous. (Хочу приехать снова!)

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

I stayed at the Orion Hotel Bishkek; overall, it's a very decent hotel, close to a true five-star standard. I liked the location in the city center, the comfortable and clean rooms, and the comfortable bed. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are good, with plenty of choice and everything fresh. The spa and pool are a nice bonus, especially after a long day of work. Among the minor downsides, in some places it feels a bit old and could use some updating. But overall, the experience was positive. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. I'd come back again.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован

The hotel's facilities are good, but the service, management, and overall guest experience are severely lacking. 1. The hotel phone is consistently unreachable. 2. When I wanted to extend my stay and inquired about room rates, the sales team was unresponsive – no calls returned, no messages replied to. I waited half the morning with no follow-up, which is completely irresponsible. 3. A front desk staff member promised to bring a new room card to my room, but after waiting two hours, nothing happened. 4. I was trying to relax in the lobby bar around 11 AM, but was constantly disturbed by the deafening noise of carpet cleaning and sofa repairs. 5. Breakfast was very disappointing.

It is one of the few five-star hotels in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. It is located on the south ring road and is about 4 km from the hotel to the city center. From the hotel, you can easily reach the scenic spots such as Snow Mountain Park on the outskirts of the city. There are Chinese restaurants and hypermarkets not far from the hotel. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

This is a new hotel, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. They offer Chinese-speaking staff and a Chinese breakfast, which is really great and convenient for a Chinese traveler. Nona at the front desk was very enthusiastic and spoke excellent Chinese, so communication was seamless. It'll be my top choice for my next trip.
