A perfect stay at Siri Villa Chiang Mai - truly happy everything! Our experience at Siri Villa in Chiang Mai was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect – tranquil, beautiful and full of thoughtful details. It's really like a home away from home here. We stayed in one of their amazing pool villas that were very spacious, stylishly decorated and offered complete privacy. The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. We love waking up to the sounds of nature and spending serene afternoons by the pool. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. Many thanks to Kun Oi and Kun Fung who did a great job making our stay unforgettable. They were always smiling and ready to give us any help we needed – from local referrals to arranging transportation to make us feel completely welcome. Their warm hospitality truly touched our hearts. We also enjoyed the Som Tam event available daily from 14:00-15:00. It was a very interesting and delicious experience – we had so much fun making our own spicy papaya salad! Another lovely surprise was a bottle of wine waiting for us and a fantastic floating breakfast served right in our private pool. These private touches made our stay feel more special and memorable. We were impressed with everything about the hotel – from the welcome drinks and complimentary minibar, to the daily breakfast and afternoon tea that made every day feel like an enjoyment. Siri Villa is not just a place to stay, it is a heartfelt experience filled with warmth, comfort and happiness. We left with many wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. We stayed in premier king room for 2 nights and it was amazing. With kids club and waterpark inside the resort, for sure both adults and kid will have something to do and enjoy their own ‘me time’ to relax. Hotel lobby is huge and heaps of cultural decors for Photo shots, room is very well maintained and very comfortable, a king bed and small single bed with cartoon characters quilt/bed cover for kid. My daughter surprised by Huge teddy bear once we entered the room. Breakfast and coffee was the best one we had in Chiang Mai so far, definitely deserved 6 stars for it. One downside is the water temperature in the pool and spa, pool was too cold even at the noon 12-1pm on sunny day and spa was too hot, staff claimed to be 41 degree, but I can feel it’s even hotter than nature hot spring in Japan that can boil eggs. Apart from the resort, location was very good too, there are a few nice restaurants and a small mall with BigC supermarket within 600m walking distance, love it. Will 200% come back again next time.

This hotel was fantastic! I really appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is new and looks great, providing a fresh and modern atmosphere. The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

We stayed 4 nights, 2 nights classic city view and another 2 nights mountain view. Bed was comfortable. I like the service that they provide pillow selection as I usually sleep with memory foam. Great services. Staffs are attentive and I would like to thanks the concierge name “Noon” who helped us alot on planning the tour trip and recommended us some of the nice cafe and food. The spa was great too. Definitely will come back again.

We are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere. The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone. Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay. Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly. Provides in-room dinning menu from ＜Deck One＞ my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously. My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran. CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom. CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc. CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously. We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?

The location of the hotel is really convenient, it only takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel by car from the airport, the environment and decoration are very elegant, very suitable for a group of friends or family to stay. Initially booked when I saw not many reviews, a little worried, but later WeChat contact with the staff, found that they are very responsible, if there is any problem, will immediately arrange the staff to the hotel to handle. Special reminder to remember to add breakfast when checking in, only 350 Thai dollars / person, you can enjoy a fine breakfast, the hotel did not arrange staff to the villa to cook breakfast, the process will not affect the guests, juice soy milk coffee, fried ghost, a choice of staple food, fruit and dessert, really very rich. The disadvantage is that each room water pressure is different, hot water is not very stable. The hair dryer has very little horsepower, it takes a long time to blow your hair, and if you need to wear makeup, the room is dimly lit, which is not very convenient. Overall, this hotel whether you want to walk to eat, shop, massage is a walk out the door across the road to find, so it is really convenient.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return in the future.

For the price paid, I was expecting a 5 star kind of facilities, but a bit disappointed. The photo of the hotel looks good, but it is actually sitting in a small plot of land. So there is no facilities exactly, with a small pathetic swimming pool. The rest of the land is stuck between 2 walls by residential neighbors. The room itself is normal. The only take away is the breakfast - western ala carte no buffet, is really nice. But unfortunately we missed most of them since can't wake up early.

In the evenings, the riverside area transformed into a magical space with twinkling lights and the soft murmur of the water. As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is OK and the staff is very friendly. The rice noodles I tried there were, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai. In conclusion, this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai is a gem that offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty, Thai culture, and exceptional service. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Chiang Mai in a serene, luxurious setting. Highly recommended! Get a motorbike, they are a large yard to park!
