For the area and the price I paid with a discount on trip.com I was very very pleased with my whole stay. There are certain things lacking if you're looking for a truly luxury experience but I was extremely pleased and the entire staff were so lovely and friendly

We had a comfortable stay for a night. The location is accessible to many shopping malls and restaurants. Room is very spacious. We were given a complimentary upgraded room . We would love to stay again in the future.

Our family had an amazing time celebrating a birthday and Valentine’s Day! The room was clean and super spacious, the food was absolutely of good quality, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Shoutout to Christine Suapengco and Shaine Castro for their assistance, so helpful! And of course, big thanks to Ms. Vanessa Varilla, Michelle Valencia, and Margarette for their warmth and kindness . You all made our experience unforgettable! We are already looking forward to our next staycation!

This was definitely an excellent experience being able to enjoy Japanese luxury in the heart of Manila. I’m truly impressed with the professionalism of the staff as they treated us well and attended to our needs in delivered things on time. The staff were full of knowledge and all well presented from the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and health centre. The rooms were well presented and very clean and the rooms were just high caliber and so clean and fully stocked with amenities. After check out the Concierge Team assisted us with bags and organising a grab driver to the airport and this happened in seconds

Long time renovation, 1+++ no Pool etc availble, no entrance Hall, dringend renoviert, minimum Rezeption, Too expensive dringend renovation. Room, Bed, Aircon, TV 5*****

GOOD: 1. Buffet breakfast was wide and varied. Appreciated that they anticipated the Valentine's volume of guests having breakfast and had addl seating and food set up in the lobby area outside Cafe 8. 2. Water refilling machine by the elevator lobby prevented used plastic bottle wastage. Good green initiative. 3. Room was still the same... Comfortable but getting old. No electric outlet on the right side of the bed? COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Considering their check in is at 3pm vs other hotel's 2pm...we only got the sms that our room was available at 4.05pm. Then we had to queue at the check-in counter which only had 2 people! Two! It is Valentine's day and you know you have full house situation... We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our room key. Total 1.5hrs wasted before getting into our room. We then asked if we could ask for 30min extra late checkout on top of their 11am check out versus 12noon hotel standard. FLAT NO was the answer. We have mixed feelings about our latest stay in Crimson Filinvest thus the 3 out of 5 star rating for their service.

Very enjoyable hotel. The swimming pool was great (though a little chilly in the evenings). Very easy to get to the MoA. Very nice bar upstairs at pool and downstairs. Huge TV. Comfortable bed. They are transitioning to use a QR code to order things like room service...but it frequently didn't work. Even the lady at the front desk wasn't able to get it to work. I like the idea of it, but it still needs to be worked out. Also, they only give 2 containers of water... They staff gave me more when I asked, but they should stock rooms with at least 4. I would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and incredibly clean. Plus, the view from our room was amazing. There was a great food selection during the breakfast, and we truly appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff. In a nutshell, it was a wonderful stay!

The staff were attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view of Manila Bay added a special touch. Dining at Café Ilang-Ilang was a highlight, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to different tastes. The location is also ideal, close to cultural and historical sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the Manila Hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort, history, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay in Manila.

That hotel was so clean and services very very great. We traveled 2 little babies and all staffs were very helpful and decided all of request. ✨️We had king bed and it was so comfy and clean ✨️Shampoo and shower gel was so nice organic smell and great quality ✨️Very liked their love enviromentally things. ✨️Staffs very nice and polite ✨️When come in room that has already good cleaned and it was so good feelings for us ✨️Breakfast was buffet and great tastes

The hotel is beautiful as soon as you arrive, it smells like roses and lilacs, and even that halls are beautiful. The room itself was quite large but was very lacking in decor and lighting. There were no laps on any tables and no decor anywhere in the room so it looked very boring. But all public areas of the building amazing and felt like luxury.

Loved our experience at MDR ❤️ Booked an overnight stay with my son and requested a SIMPLE surprise for him at the room, and yes, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN without confirming nor declining my request. LOVED THE INDOOR POOL because it’s only 4ft and it’s the perfect depth for him without me worrying cos I did not swim 😄 Breakfast was GREAT! We chose the continental bfast buffet but I think they have a filipino buffet also at the 4th floor. LOVED the choices too. Staff were VERY accommodating, polite and friendly. There was a power interruption at 10am until check out but it was fine.

If you are thinking of celebrating an anniversary, this is the perfect hotel! The lobby is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of items on the menu and was fun to look at as well as eat.

Our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati with our family was absolutely amazing! The service was exceptional — the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding: a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym. The dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals that catered to both adults and kids. The breakfast spread was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The location was perfect as well — central and convenient, with shopping malls and attractions nearby. It made exploring the city so easy. Our stay at Shangri-La was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return for another family vacation!

Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall. Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

verry good appartment,frontoffice employe Leigh helped me verry good with my desire for having Netflix and made it posible for a upgrade woth a little bit more pay 😊. They Appartments are big and clean and have everything you need,clean everyday and the breakfast is amazing and you can choose alot of different dishes. If you want you can cook your own dinner in the kitchen,have a refrigerator. The location is perfect,when you go outside there are bars restaurants and clubs,7/11 everything is in 50 meters from the entrance,in the famous burgous area lots of things to do at night,but when you inside the room its quiet and you hear nothing from the party seen! Club Octopus 100 meters away

1. Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. Location is very good with many mall surrounding the area. Makati is very safe area to walk around. I'm so happy through out my stay & definitely will choose this hotel again.

I recently stayed at **Conrad Manila**, and while the hotel has its strong points, there were also a few areas for improvement. One of the best things about this hotel is its **prime location**—it is conveniently **connected to the Mall of Asia**, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Additionally, it is **close to Manila Bay**, providing scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, despite its reputation as a luxury hotel, the **facilities feel quite outdated**. Some areas, including the rooms, could use better maintenance or renovations to match the high expectations associated with the Conrad brand. While the overall stay was still comfortable, the hotel would benefit from an upgrade to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the **location is a major plus**, but improvements in the **facilities and upkeep** would make a stay at Conrad Manila even more worthwhile.

Staff went well out of their way to make you feel welcome and to know that you could ask for their help on anything at anytime. Very convenient location and good range of food in close by restaurants

Crossed my fingers then hit the ok button to book this hotel. The welcome and hospitality were better than I expected. The room with loft was a bang for the buck. It had shower and toilet on both floors. Surprisingly, the soundproofing was superb eventhough it was facing the airport and highway.

The room was clean and spacious. The room service food was really good. The steak at the Cur restaurant is also good, but pricey. Overall, had nice experience.

I love the service and friendliness from the various staffs in Diamond Hotel, concierge, lift lobby staffs, gym staffs, restuarants staffs, doormen. I love the cleanliness of the room, from the bed to the desk to the toilet as well as the closet. I love the gym as well, the equipment was pretty adequate, there's tv for extra entertainment and also water dispenser to quench my thirst during workout. I will definitely come and stay in Diamond Hotel again in the future.

1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay. 2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request. 3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels. 4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)

I would like to recommend the whole staff from Admiral Hotel for the best stay! Everyone’s the best — from the front desk, concierge, dining staff, and more! Please book your stay here and you definitely won’t regret it! The best part is that it’s a pet friendly hotel. They welcomed my baby without any hesitation and attended to our needs like his food. 😊
