Loved our experience at MDR ❤️ Booked an overnight stay with my son and requested a SIMPLE surprise for him at the room, and yes, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN without confirming nor declining my request. LOVED THE INDOOR POOL because it’s only 4ft and it’s the perfect depth for him without me worrying cos I did not swim 😄 Breakfast was GREAT! We chose the continental bfast buffet but I think they have a filipino buffet also at the 4th floor. LOVED the choices too. Staff were VERY accommodating, polite and friendly. There was a power interruption at 10am until check out but it was fine.

Our stay at The Manila Hotel was exceptional. The hotel’s historic charm and well-maintained interiors create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view of Manila Bay added a special touch. Dining at Café Ilang-Ilang was a highlight, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to different tastes. The location is also ideal, close to cultural and historical sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the Manila Hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort, history, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay in Manila.

1. Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

That hotel was so clean and services very very great. We traveled 2 little babies and all staffs were very helpful and decided all of request. ✨️We had king bed and it was so comfy and clean ✨️Shampoo and shower gel was so nice organic smell and great quality ✨️Very liked their love enviromentally things. ✨️Staffs very nice and polite ✨️When come in room that has already good cleaned and it was so good feelings for us ✨️Breakfast was buffet and great tastes

verry good appartment,frontoffice employe Leigh helped me verry good with my desire for having Netflix and made it posible for a upgrade woth a little bit more pay 😊. They Appartments are big and clean and have everything you need,clean everyday and the breakfast is amazing and you can choose alot of different dishes. If you want you can cook your own dinner in the kitchen,have a refrigerator. The location is perfect,when you go outside there are bars restaurants and clubs,7/11 everything is in 50 meters from the entrance,in the famous burgous area lots of things to do at night,but when you inside the room its quiet and you hear nothing from the party seen! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interconnected pool deck allows for easy access to multiple pools. Most Nobu hotel staff are very helpful especially Karl of front desk, but some staff are rude and very disrespectful the team of XRAY security. We asked them politely but they answered us in a disrespectful way, maybe they think they owned the hotel how they talk. Maybe they they just lack of manners because that’s how they grow up and they need more “RE TRAINING” to do how they treat a hotel guest. The hotel is connected to DreamPlay, an indoor theme park by DreamWorks, designed specifically for children. It offers interactive play zones based on popular DreamWorks movies, which will keep younger kids entertained. The hotel can be enjoyable for a family stay, especially if you're looking to balance luxury with activities for the kids. However, keep in mind that the ****** and nightlife may be a downside for some. And booking through Trip.com is very convenient.

Very enjoyable hotel. The swimming pool was great (though a little chilly in the evenings). Very easy to get to the MoA. Very nice bar upstairs at pool and downstairs. Huge TV. Comfortable bed. They are transitioning to use a QR code to order things like room service...but it frequently didn't work. Even the lady at the front desk wasn't able to get it to work. I like the idea of it, but it still needs to be worked out. Also, they only give 2 containers of water... They staff gave me more when I asked, but they should stock rooms with at least 4. I would definitely stay again.

Crossed my fingers then hit the ok button to book this hotel. The welcome and hospitality were better than I expected. The room with loft was a bang for the buck. It had shower and toilet on both floors. Surprisingly, the soundproofing was superb eventhough it was facing the airport and highway.
