It was my first time to visit Hainan. I did a lot of research and finally chose: Lanyu Hotel in Qingshui Bay. I was very nervous before going because I arrived early. I thought I would leave my suitcase in the hotel lobby and check in at 2 o'clock, but surprisingly, when I arrived at the hotel, not only did they check in the room for me in advance, but also a professional housekeeper helped me take the suitcase and sent it upstairs. After entering the room, I found that the room was fully equipped, very hygienic, clean, and I could see the sea and garden. It was also very close to the sea. It was only a few minutes away from the sea. My children and I were very satisfied. If I come again in the future, I will choose Lanyu Hotel again.

帶老帶小一起，他們挑食，特意選了民宿，方便自己做飯菜。首先，行程到達前，有提前聯繫加微信，還建了羣，個人覺得沒必要，有一個負責任的人能及時回覆解決問題就行了，其他幾人完全是擺設，不過也是一個服務周到的噱頭，可以接受。去時是淡季，我選了山景房（相對便宜一點），最後入住的應該是海景房，意外的驚喜，視野很好。整個小區人流量稀少，很安靜，小區進門左轉是充電/非充電停車場，右前10米左右就是我們住的房間，門口保安服務態度很好，問充電問去海邊都耐心的告訴我們。鬧了個烏龍，乘電梯上去，沒找到給的房號以為走錯了，又下樓，問了微信管家説是對的，房間在隱蔽的類似防火門後面，又重新拖着大包小包上去。來到門後，過道很黑，感應燈亮了光線也很暗，需打手電。提前告知了密碼鎖密碼，進去後發現沒電，問了管家，説過兩分鐘就會來，結果等了好幾個兩分鐘還沒來，又過了好一會兒才有電，出去玩水回來要沖澡，發現居然沒熱水，再問管家，説讓自己去開廚房外側陽台的熱水器開關，就這遇到的兩問題，建議管家提前告知，省得顧客產生不愉快的心理，我們那時候小盆友沒熱水怕冷都鬧了。房間還算整潔乾淨，桌上擺了盤叉勺等，好看，但不實用，大包小包要放，把它們都拿回廚房清洗了再用。這裏要説的是，訂房前看了須知，調料什麼的出於安全衞生考慮，一律需自己採購，可以理解，但洗潔精也沒有，也是自備，我們就住那麼幾天，完全用不完，就留在那兒了，所以賣家完全可以留着給下一位用或者備一瓶放在那裡，用不了多少的。因為我要吐槽的是，我們一開始到達時，沒來得及買各種調料跟洗潔精，但我發現，櫃子裏的碗盤沒有乾透就被放進去了，灶台上的鍋蓋，洗菜池上掛着的砧板刀具什麼的，都是粘膩膩的，想清洗乾淨都無從下手，廚房通往陽台的紗門，摸上去也是粘膩膩的，聯繫了管家，説會安排人來搞衞生，或是換一個房間，因為行李已打開，長者小孩趕了一天也累了，就不換房間了，本以為當天會來搞衞生，沒有，第二天聯繫的，那時候外出玩好回來準備帶娃午睡了，也因為早已買好洗潔精清洗過一遍要用的碗盤都已燒過飯了！紗門也用濕巾擦了要開門碰觸到的地方，不擦不行，洗衣機在這外面陽台，晾衣服開門會弄臟手，粘膩！將就着用了就沒讓他們來搞衞生了。碗盤餐具什麼的品種挺多，完全夠用了。環境好，出小區左轉開車1分鐘，再走3～5分鐘就到海邊啦～邊上還有飛上天的項目可以參與，老的老，小的小，我衹有看看的份兒了。不知道是不是我的錯覺，天氣晴朗，牛仔褲洗了晾在那兒，晾了一天總感覺潮潮的，其他薄款倒是乾的，是因為海風潮潮的緣故嗎？説了一大堆，希望店家不要罵我，但總體來説，我還是滿意的

The room was warm and the front desk staff was very gentle. The hotel is fully equipped, washing machines, refrigerators, etc. are equipped, and the hotel's hygiene is also particularly clean and the corners are spotless. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to Wanlvyuan, Qilou Old Street, Yundong Library and other net red punching places, the traffic is very convenient. The overall feeling is great, will stay again next time.

However, living near the airport has its pros and cons. Being close to the airport will inevitably be affected by the noise of airplanes taking off and landing, but in order to catch an early flight or a night flight, it is also good to choose a place closer to stay for convenience Service: The reception service at the front desk is quite good. If you need to make an appointment for airport pick-up and drop-off, you can inform them in advance 😊

The hotel is at the end/start of the famous qilou street (you can’t drive into the street but only can drop off at the end of the street) which was great because I did not have to walk that much! Reached hotel at 9am and room wasn’t ready but the staff was super nice to give us a free upgrade to the SMART room since our room was ready, and because they wanted to let us rest after an overnight flight! Staff also remembered us and greet us every morning/night! They would also replenish the toiletries every day which was so good for a budget hotel/hostel! The room was extremely clean too, bed was soft and comfy! Asked them about checkout time, they were very flexible about it and gave us till 2pm even! I guess that’s the good thing about small hotel/hostel? Would stay here again!

Very good accommodation experience, authentic sea view room, just on the beach, it should be 5 minutes walk, super large balcony, the sea breeze is really comfortable The service is also very good, the brother will pick up at the gate of the community, parking is also free, parking spaces are sufficient, there are many supporting facilities downstairs, and Ruixing, satisfying my coffee stomach 😁😁 In short, this price is really beyond expectations, very, very much, super recommended

和男朋友專門選了這家能看日出的海景民宿，體驗真的超棒！房間有個大陽台，每天早上5點半我們就裹着被子坐在窗邊，看着天空從深藍慢慢變成橙紅色，太陽從海平面跳出來的瞬間，真的感動到想流淚。下午去博鰲書屋看書，點杯咖啡坐在窗邊，看外面椰林搖曳，特別文藝。晚上去海的故事酒吧小酌，聽着海浪聲聊天，這種氛圍太適合情侶了。房間雖然沒有豪華設施，但勝在乾淨整潔，空調製冷快，熱水24小時供應，性價比真的高。

Then I ask the personnel and they find a way to change room to another one. New room had windows, and everything was perfect. So pay attention what you book =)
