The staff was service, majestic and pleasant to treat.
It is true that it is in a quite remote area from what is the center of Santa Maria, to reach the beach walking is a good 20min walk although it has a lanser both to go to the center and to the beach.
It seems quite disappointed in general, old, unrenewed, though by the price, compared to the resorts that are near is nothing bad.
A quite complete breakfast, supermarket (with similar or more expensive prices than in Spain) nearby.
In the room there are no kitchen shops (such as cutting knives) and also washing plates and spons to leave things in condition
The hotel is located in a historical and well-known location, very beautiful location (although the beach club is too crowded and little privacy) but absolutely decadent and not worth the 4 stars... the rooms have small beds and are very old with noisy refrigerators.
Restaurant La Tortue very good and with incredible view.
The breakfast is low and the reception service is very friendly although it has difficulties with booking systems. Wi-Fi connection is also going and coming. I would advise you for restaurants but not to sleep in our rooms
Gorgeous location, huge and clean rooms. On the negative side no late check out was possible, although apparently it is not yet the full season. Breakfast is also limited, like one croissant OR one slice of local cake.
A 4 star hotel that is perfect for the country we are in. We only booked with breakfast so we could do more activities but I don't know if it offers the all-inclusive option. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms with air conditioning and minibar. You cross the street and there is the beach, quality-price ratio a little high for the type of hotel but recommendable. Quality and varied breakfast with omelettes and fried eggs made live.
We stayed in this hotel for only two nights, and the experience was disappointing as we arrived. With outer temperatures of about 29 degrees, we quickly found that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Unfortunately, one of my friends was sick, victim of the tourist (catched elsewhere), and had to stay in this stunning room. When I mentioned the problem with the staff, they just put their hand on air conditioning to make sure it worked ”normally”. It was unacceptable not to benefit from all the facilities, but they did not show any willingness to find a solution.
I tried to bear this unsustainable heat, but in the middle of the night I couldn't bear anymore. The hotel was completely complete and then offered two rooms, ”as by magic”. But I had to return the keys from the morning. Later, they called a technician who checked the installation and assured me that he was ”cold” in the room. However, even after having left the air conditioning operation at 16 degrees for 24 hours, The room was still stunning.
This experience has clearly highlighted the lack of professionalism and a poor management of problems. No practical solution has been proposed, except for a possible fan... which has never been brought. It is really sad to live such an experience for the last days of our stay in Cape Verde, especially after choosing this hotel because of its many praiseful comments.
The hotel is very nice and very comfortable and it is very nice to get a good price.
We were first in Robinson Cabo Verde. We would be very warmly welcomed with a glass sect.
The sports offer was perfectly tailored to us with cycling and yoga.
The food was very good from the preparation, from the selection there would still be air upwards.
The beach is a genial, beautiful clean sand evening beautiful sundowner.
Our room was OK but is also renovated.
The biggest criticism is the appearance of the employees. Little emotionality, no smile. You run through the club and no one of the employees greet. It certainly depends on the indigenous people, but we haven't experienced any other Robinson yet.
Overall we would like it, but we wouldn't travel there anymore in March. The first week was extremely cold and windy the second week was, unfortunately, always very fresh in the evening.
Hotel is in Beutyfull location, the lovely restaurant and the team are everything, the team was beyond to make my stay very special, I really recommend , it is very central location with lots of restaurants around and hotel him self it is big enough to enjoy you holiday to max level
Located just a few minutes from the centre of Santa Maria and the beaches.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

LLunaThe hotel is very well located and has a very good buffet. The animation and workers are very helpful. The hotel is a little old but it is very good
