I really liked this hotel. It felt like one of the better and more elegant places to operate in the area. During my stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly and always helpful when needed. For Asian cultural people, this is a family hotel, the overall style is very American. The environment is good. But it was the worst experience: 1. I ate two 🍳 for breakfast. The yolk was not ripe. Maybe the bacterial problem of the yolk (not the sterile egg should) and then I felt a little uncomfortable after eating for a while. Then I started to vomit in the afternoon and burned. Fortunately, my physical fitness is good. The fever was reduced the next day. 2. There should be bugs on the bed, and the feet cannot be seen 😅😅😅 Fortunately, Ensenada is the last stop, otherwise I really want to die

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

The room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service attitude is very good. Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful. During the day, the hotel provides free airport transportation. It made guests feel at home! Good reviews

The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .

RRalph MxThe place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!
